They contacted me each Tuesday and Wednesday to keep me updated on car repair status. They work closely with my insurance (USAA) and I will never be charged more than my deductible and what my insurance allows. Also, they did great work, which is guaranteed.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They kept me updated and worked with my insurance company. Most importantly, the work they did on my vehicle was superb! I was delighted to find they detailed the inside of my vehicle as well. I highly recommend Gerber Collision! Thank you for taking the stress out of the re I air process!

Highly recommend. They handled everything. Fast, professional, friendly estimate. On repair day, my rental was there waiting for me. They far exceeded my expectations for service, even completing the job faster than predicted.

Gates was recommended to me by my insurance company, and I am grad they did. From the very beginning they were easy to work with, kind and understanding. Corene in the office was very knowledgeable and thorough. She understood how all aspects if the process worked and understood that I didn't have rental coverage through my insurance. Instead of having to spend even more money on a rental, Gates provided a nice, clean, rental car for me at no charge. Their communication throughout the process was top notch providing ongoing updates and timeframe on return of my vehicle. I would 100% work with them again and recommend them for any repairs needed.

I took my car in for a dent and they made it look like brand new! They said 5-7 days and I got it back in 6. I really appreciate you all for fixing my car and making it look perfect again. Not to mention the friendly service! I d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you!

Great place to get your vehicle fixed! Overall a very good experience.I had jury duty a couple weeks back and Monday evening I had an altercation with a concrete support beam in the parking garage. Not a ton of damage, but I crunched up my fender and it peeled my bumper, headlight, and grille forward.I called progressive who promptly conferenced in Stark Collision and set up an appointment for Wednesday that week. I brought the vehicle in and they had it repaired by Wednesday of this week. The finish of the new parts are amazing, as well as the refinishing work they did on the bumper. I also had headlights from a different version of Dakota (black bezel), and were able to order that part as well, which was nice. There is no indication of a collision - and that's the way it should be! The people at the front desk were nice and answered some general questions and concerns I had.The only small gripe I had was the lack of one of their free loaners when I first dropped it off, but they told me they would have one for me Friday. But in their defense, they were SUPER busy due to a recent heavy snow. I also didn't expect a free loaner and it was a bonus, so I wasn't concerned and borrowed a family friend's car for a couple days until they got me the loaner. The loaner was nice, clean, and I was very thankful they provided me with one.I cannot say anything bad my experience with them, a very hassle-free experience!

I had a complex repair after a crash with a deer. AmFam totaled my car and I ended up taking the settlement and paying Gerber extra to get my Malibu repaired. They were excellent about explaining everything carefully and in detail all the way through. They underpromised and overdelivered, if you will. Gates in Stoughton did an amazing job fixing my truck after it was hit. The customer service is fabulous and the work completed is perfect! The experience was phenomenal! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed.

I had some minor cosmetic damage that I needed to fave fixed. I received spectacular service from this team. They bent over backward to get me back on the road quickly! Also, very fair prices which are posted right on the wall. Awesome to work with. I would give them my highest recommendation!

Lori at Gerber in Stoughton is absolutely phenomenal. Anybody who works in customer service can learn a lot from Lori. She went above and beyond every step of the way and made the process significantly easier. She's amazing!

As a repeat customer(not always my fault btw), I received great customer service from Gates in Stoughton. Corene and staff were more than helpful and very accommodating. Thank you for making it look like nothing ever happened to my van! :)

Had to have work done on my 2011 Ford Fusion . One thing that stands out the most was they where very polite. Wanted to let me know that the paint may be very close to the old. But of course sun and shading is hard.Also what stood out was they texted me daily on the progress of the work. Kind of walkin me trough it step by step. They showed me a very professional shop right there.Some others have said they are higher on there fixes. But what would you want. The quality is well worth it the end result. It is hard these days to trust some one you have never done business with.Well they get my 2 thumbs up award ! ! ! ! Jeff S.

Someone scraped the back passenger side of my car. I took it through a car wash to see the damage better. I took my car to Gates for a repair bid. The manager came out to look at the damage. She got some cleaner and miraculously cleaned away my damage. I felt silly but she made me feel like it was nothing, and she didn't charge me for "fixing" my car. She definitely earned my trust if something else happens.

Quick appointments and efficient estamate personnel. In Stoughton. Went to 6 different places only 2 looked at my vehicle and gave their opinions to me. They are the 2 I got estamates from. There were other 3 other Gerber places but they didnt want to take 5 mins and look. The guys in Stoughton did even though they too were busy. Thanks to Tim for looking.

I have nothing but great things to say about Corene and the entire staff. Everyone went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible and even lined me up with a loaner so I could continue punching the clock. The mechanics did top notch work and finished the job several days before the projected completion date. Two thumbs up...

Would have been alright if they had fixed my vehicle. But my insurance totalled it. When they took things apart and broke pieces instead of taking them off properly. I got my vehicle back and had to replace alot of things they broke off

Brought in my vehicle to look at 2 dents and a paint smear on the bumper. They graciously brought out a cleaner and cleaned off the paint on the spot. No charge. Much appreciated!
