I don t think there is enough space to explain how grateful we are for Zac at Wilshire Trailers. We were heading up north, and noticed that we had a trailer issue. We called Wilshire Trailers literally at 5 PM (closing time) and thank goodness Zac answered he took GREAT care of us and got us back on the road within an hour. Seriously old-school friendly- Professional and he really knows his craft.Zac stayed late-after closing time for us, and we couldn t be more grateful to him. We would highly recommend this place to everyone. Top notch. And Zac When you read this, don t forget, if you guys happen to be coming through our neck of the woods please give us a call!! Blew a skid steer trailer tire on the interstate, these guys answered the phone right at closing time and waited for me to arrive. They had that small town service that is so uncommon in this world today. Zach was a great guy, and as kind as could be! Tire replaced and on my way, thanks Zach!

My family and I were coming through Stevens Point on our way up north pulling our UTV and I noticed both bearing hubs from my trailer were missing. I googled trailer places in Stevens Point and Wilshire Trailer came up, I stopped in and explained my situation to Zac who then took a look at my trailer. Darin, the company owner, introduced himself to me and said give us 45 minutes to an hour and we will have you all squared away. After an hours time, I went back to pick up my trailer and both Zac and Darin were there to explain what they did to the trailer. They not only fixed my initial problem but they proceeded to go above and beyond and checked out the rest of the trailer. Not only was it excellent service, and they didn t over charge me for emergency service. If I wouldn t have already purchased this new trailer I would have given them my business hands down. In the future if I need a trailer I ll be doing business with Darin. Thanks again.

These guys pulled me out of a jam. I was traveling down to San Diego when I began to have problems. They went waaay above and beyond what any normal person would have done to get me and my family of 6 back on the road. You just don t run into people like these guys anymore which is sad. That you for all that you did and yes we made it to San Diego safely! Oh yes, they also sent us on our way with a couple dozen homemade chocolate chip cookies for the kids as well haha!

I recently had my boat trailer serviced at Wilshire Trailer. Zach, the service person, took extra time to explain the status of the bearings on the trailer and also explained what needed to be done. He is very knowledgeable and did excellent work on the trailer as well as provided further details on everything that was done. He went above and beyond in customer service as well by providing resources on keeping the trailer bearings in good working condition. You can tell Zach is passionate about the quality of service they provide. I will definitely be a return customer.

We were heading up north Friday afternoon and the boat trailer didn t sound right. Stopped in and found both wheels had bad bearings. Zach stopped what he was doing and fixed both sides! We left a little later than planned, but they got us going that same day and trailer pulled great!

I had issue with my pontoon trailer and called Wilshire. Rather than have me bring it in, they talked me through on how to fix it over the phone!10 minutes later, my trailer was fixed!! Sure is nice that we have a local company that is willing to help someone and not try and screw them by tell me to bring it in to look at and charge me just for bringing it in!I highly recommend Wilshire and I will definitely do business with them in the future!

These guys are 'experts'! We had a problem with the lights on our 35' Montana 5th wheel and, when nobody else would look at - these guys had it figured out in no time - and for very reasonable money! I'd venture a guess that these guys do good work, no matter what it is. We'd be happy to do business with them again, but we're from AZ, and they were there when we needed someone the most! Much appreciated!

I brought my bike here with short notice with problems with my motor they got it in and found out that the Intake bolt came loose and the washer and bolt got sucked into it. They rebuilt the motor with the parts I provided and took time out of they day to help get my parts from me. They did a great job and I highly recommend them without a doubt!!

Everytime I come to Wilshire trailer I have an awesome experience. The prices are reasonable and everytime it's a personal experience. I don't go anywhere else for my trailer repair, needs. Parts, or service. They're the best for me.

Needed some last minute work done on my landscaping trailer due to brake failure. Called them up but they were pretty booked up of course. Even with the crazy busy spring rush they have, they understood that my trailer pays my bills and without it I m stuck. They ended up working on it after normal business hours and got it all fixed within a couple days. I very much appreciated that given my heavy work schedule and needing the trailer to work. I will 100% be giving them a call for all my future trailer needs! Thanks again guys! Support your local small businesses folks and they will support you!

I own a Harley with a voyager trike kit. Kit was all messed up alinement wise. They got it all straight even though it might have been wrong kit for year of bike. (Got bike used kit was already on it) they did a great job. Bike rides perfect now. Thanks guys.

if i could have given this place negative stars I would have. took a trailer here to have the lights repaired and after a $200 Bill the lights still didn't work. the guy rewired the trailer when all it needed was to be grounded properly. so against my better judgment I decided to go there again today which is about 2 years later. when i ask the owner if he can help me he was totally disrespectful and acted like I was bothering him. will absolutely not be giving him business.

If you are looking for a place to buy a trailer or get your motorcycle repaired look no further. Darin does a fantastic job. Customer service and quality. Doesn't get any better than that.

This place is multi faceted, they sell and service all kinds of trailers not to mention they are certified HD mechanics and do great work but not HD prices. They also sell quality used motorcycles.
