We traveled out to Steven's Point because we bought our Honda out there a few years ago. I believe they are different owners, but have had great experience at both dealerships. This is about an hour away for us, but our local big name dealership has yet to impress.The staff at Steven's Point VW was great! Very happy with our experience and how much they made us a priority.

My sales person was outstanding, I came into the dealership with no specific make or model in mind just a list of wants and needs in my next vehicle. Steve was just fantastic in helping me find the right car and I couldnt be happier with his methods and assistance.

It was a good experience, I felt like it didn't take too long as we had the car picked out already. The Finance team (Ashlie) was very knowledgeable and she worked some different numbers for us to make sure that we got the right price for our budget. We still have some additional questions for the salesman (Ryan) that have yet to be answered. This is my daughters first car and I wanted to make it a good experience for her. Ryan had another customer the day that we picked up the car, so he told my daughter to make a list of questions and he'd answer them. 2 1/2 weeks later and a few "asks" later, we're still waiting for the answers.** Update **Our questions have now been answered as my daughter brought the car back and asked Ryan to show her everything that she needed to know about the car. The steering wheel had to be replaced under warranty due to the heat not working in it. That issue has been resolved.

Jeff Garsomke is awesome. My son purchased a new vehicle with him and I was impressed by the way he treated a young first time buyer. I didn't think twice about returning to purchase my new vehicle there.

Received an email for an oil change. When I called and scheduled the appointment I informed the person scheduling that I had an email coupon for $69.95. Was told it was valid. When I arrived I was told it was not. Why send emails out if you're not going to honor it?

Pulled in with a low tire pressure warning, service advisor found the cause of the leak, technician pulled vehicle in and fixed the tire while service advisor entered info, within 20 minutes vehicle tire was fixed and family was on way. We were not from area and was not taken advantage of for the service for cost.

I have not yet received information on how the problem with my navigation will be corrected. I thought they were going to call me later that day and here it is 3 days later and no update yet.

The SUV sold itself!Poor communication with the salesman, John Russell from start to finish. I was considering walking away from the vehicle completely due to the significant issues and lack of returned calls, emails and calls on 4 separate occasions. I have never had such a stressful experience purchasing from a dealer.

The work was done in a timely manner. The service manager Joey went over the work form completed by the service technician. Joey always takes time to explain on the service completed. So, we would understand what service we received.

From the minute the scheduling team picked up the phone, till the moment I picked up my Atlas from Joey to leave to dealership after my service I received nothing short of amazing customer service. Everyone is so polite and courteous. You can tell when you walk into a facility that is driven by people who enjoy their jobs and Stevens Point Auto Center is that place.

Joe was very thorough when explaining what he thought is the issue with our Tiguan. He tried several times to test drive and experience the issue, yet the warmer weather prevented that from happening. I appreciated his time in comparison to the fee charged for the diagnosis.

Garrett and the team at Stevens Point Auto Center took the time to ask questions and really understand what I was looking for. I drove through the lot and saw a used car I wanted to test drive, I also had an appointment at another dealership to test drive a compact SUV that had everything I was looking for. The used car at Stevens Point Auto Center peaked my interest so we sat down to discuss details. Knowing I wasn't quite set and had an appointment elsewhere, Garrett and his team really dug in to find out what I was looking for. They helped me decide that based on my price range, buying new would be a far better value with interest rates and warranties. I came home in a brand new VW SUV that checked all my boxes and then some! Thanks Garrett and Stevens Point Auto Center.

This was my first service appt since having purchased my vehicle in 2020. I appreciate that the drop off was all indoors being that we are in Winter in Central Wisconsin. I made am appt time and was told the service would take roughly 45 to 60 mins. The techs were right. They didn't go over the time frame they estimated and that meant a lot! Very pleased.

We had the best experience purchasing our vehicle, with the great help from Lucas Vincent. We've worked with many dealerships throughout our lives, most of which were high pressure. Lucas went over the entire vehicle with us, and had answers to all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed or pressured, and highly recommend Steven's Point Volkswagen and Lucas!
