I had the wonderful experience of working with both Tim and James in my purchase of my beautiful 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. These guys are super easy to talk to as well as informative. The paperwork for purchase was super streamlined and fast. I'll never buy anywhere else again! I LOVE my recent purchase!

Great experience buying here. Our salesperson, Jeff O was very kind, patient with our questions and showed great attention to detail. He helped us pick the perfect vehicle for us, a 2024 Bronco Sport. We love it! Definitely recommend.

Jeff was great to work with. He was professional, informative and did not pressure us in any way to make a decision regarding a new car. We stopped in only to get some information and look at some cars and ended buying a new 2023 Santa Fe the next day. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful throughout the process.

We had a pleasant car shopping experience with Jeff G. at Stevens Point Auto Center. This dealer operates under a "no-haggle" model so there is basically no negotiating on price. The dealer did agree to include some minor repairs that we asked for. When we came back to pick up the vehicle, all of the agreed upon repairs had been completed and the vehicle had been detailed. Jeff was easy to deal with and we appreciated his communication throughout the process.

Had a great experience buying my Bronco Sport here! Lucas listened to what we were looking for, what our budget was, and gave us different options to look at without us feeling like we were being pressured into buying. Would absolutely refer people to Stevens Point Auto Center for their vehicle needs :)

Very nice, down to earth people. We laughed with our salesperson Jeff G. We thought it was funny my husband and salesperson have same initials. JG. Jeff was very knowledgeable and did a good job for us. Thanks to all the staff that helped make our purchase a smooth one.

Garrette did a fantastic job. I bought the car site unseen. Helped me get approved with financing days before I picked up my vehicle. Which made buying the car so much faster. He was thorough when explaining to me all the features of my 2024 VW Jetta SE! Highly recommend working with Garrette and the staff at Stevens Point auto center.

I have purchased many new vehicles in my life. The experience of purchasing my new 2023 VW Jetta was very smooth due to salesperson Lucas Vincent's knowledge and guidance through the process. He took the time to answer all my questions. The whole staff was very helpful and professional, from the website administrator, Megan, to the closing with Ashlee. I am very pleased with my purchase and will refer others to Stevens Point Auto Center!7/13/23 Update I really love my Volkswagen Jetta sport. As you can see, it is a great mid size sporty car. It is a great ride with plenty of power, a roomy interior, stylish exterior, packed full with many amenities that only higher price vehicles come with. The fuel mileage is awesome averaging 47 mpg both city and highway as shown in picture.

UPDATE: 1/26/24 Car was taken to a local family-owned auto shop and there is NO SAFETY ISSUE WITH THE CAR. She was told it is safe to drive, no safety concerns of any kind. Stevens Point Auto Center and their manager and staff clearly lied to an elderly woman and tried to scare her into either $2500 of IMMEDIATE repairs or purchasing a new car. LIFE LESSON FOR ALL READING THIS REVIEW-always trust your gut, and always get a 2nd estimate /opinion.ORIGINAL REVIEW: My 83 year old mom had a horrible experience here. If I could give 0 stars, I would, due to the way she was treated and how they tried to scare her into getting thousands of dollars of work done immediately. She brought her car in due to the low tire pressure icon coming on (it has been below zero temps for days). They asked her to sign something confirming she would pay $180 per hour fee for them to look at it / fill her tires with air. They came back and told her that her car had a variety of issues, including brake problems, and it would be $2500 and needed to be done immediately as the vehicle was unsafe and she was basically driving with the brakes on. Then, coincidentally, the salesman who sold her the car years ago happened to walk into the waiting room and asked if she d like an appraisal done on her car. Told her it would take 15 min and it took over 40 min. Came back with manager and they told her her car was worth $1500 as a trade in. She had not been having any issues with her car, but they instilled fear in her, kept her there a very long time, and basically were setting her up to feel she should purchase another vehicle. She came home very upset. We have discussed with her that she needs to get one or two more automotive places to evaluate whether any of this is legit, before having any work done or buying another car. Also, they charged her $99 for basically just putting air in her tires.I live 2 hours away or I would ve done this for her myself. I plan to update this review after she gets her car looked at by other shops. Shame on them for treating an elderly woman this way!

The sales team is truly exceptional at Stevens Point Auto center. My salesman John Russell came along side me during the entire process to find the best fit for me, my family and our budget. Nothing on the lot exactly met our desires, we did a nationwide search, there were no exact matches. John a I went through the process of building a truck through there app and explained in detail and answered all of my questions, I never felt rushed or pressured. My new truck was built and delivered to the dealership in 5 weeks!!!! They gave me an extremely fair price for my trade and payments were less than expected. I ve bought 5 new cars from them in the last 10 years, I ve never left disappointed

Not so great experience. Put money down to hold a car, went in for an appointment. Stood at a table for 10 minutes before a guy came to offer a very rude low number for trade in. We ve purchased many cars, Obviously they come in somewhat low at first but after that if was sorry, very cold and no one seemed motivated. No credit checks, paperwork, no discussions. I ve never been to a dealership where they didn t do their damnedest to make it happen for you, 1) because they care, 2) because they want the sell. so freakin heartbroken

Last Monday my husband & U went to SPAC to look and try out with a SUV I really liked. We were lucky enough to have Cassey assist us, and purchased vehicle on Friday. I also loved the showroom having several new vehicles on the floor to . I would encourage anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to this dealership.

We purchased a new 2023 Ford F150 from Stevens Point Auto Center. We were treated courteously and received a fair price for my new F150. Our sales rep Jeff took care of all of our questions and was a tremendous help. This purchase came after we bought a new 2022 Ford Escape last year from Stevens Point Auto Center.

Great experience working with Tim Thurber at SPAC! Purchased a new Hyundai Palisade and also traded in my existing car. The most low pressure car buying experience I've ever had. Tim kept me up to date on inventory, quick to answer questions and wanted to do whatever he could so I could make the right decision for me. Trade In approach was awesome -- took Kelly Blue Book, went for a car ride with the estimator and came up with a fair trade in value. Will definitely consider SPAC for future car purchasing needs.

If I could give a 0 (zero star) rating review I would. Recently, a family member took their car in to have tire air pressure checked and inflated. Was told right away, it would cost a flat fee of 179.00!!! They took the the car for approx AN HOUR just to check and inflate then returned with a number of outrageously priced "fear factor" repairs. Needless to say, this placed a high amount of concern, anxiety into "her" mind. Also I found it funny, that they only ended up charging them $85 ??? to simply have tire pressure checked and inflated. WHAT A GOSH D$%M RIP OFF. The business ethics of this place are terrible and will NEVER RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone!!!

Garrette Rohde was our sales representative and Donna and I were very impressed with his knowledge regarding our Hyundai Santa Fe purchase. He was very professional and thorough threw out the entire process and helped us get a fair price for our Santa Fe trade-in. Went with my wife to look at a vehicle and from start to finish it was a great experience! Lucas was great! Did an awesome job explaining all the features advantages and benefits of each car and model. Lucas is very knowledgeable and made the buying process a lot of fun! I would highly recommend stevens point auto if you re looking for a fun, laid back, no pressure buying process!

I came across the exact vehicle I wanted with all the features I wanted. I think they must've only posted it an hour or so before I contacted them. I first communicated with Kaitlyn, and she was amazing! Her responses were fast and she was so helpful..she went and took pictures for me and had them do the safety inspection so I could come that night to test drive it. When we got there, we worked with Corey and he is honestly the best salesman I have ever interacted with. They literally just got it in so he didn't know all the details right away, but every question I asked he found out the answer immediately. He's very kind and friendly and not pushy at all. We needed to wait until the next day to pick it up, and when we got there, he had filled the tank for me! I have never had a good experience with a dealership before, let alone an amazing one! When it's time for me to swap out again, I will only be doing business here! You guys have made this family very happy!

Excellent Buying Experience! Jeff Garsomke made the purchasing process fun and informative. His relaxed, friendly and no pressure approach was much appreciated. He did an excellent job reviewing all the features of our new vehicle. The staff also assessed our trade-in fairly and didn't low ball as other dealerships often do. We're very pleased with our choice of dealership.

Bought a new car from Stevens Point Auto 3 weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Otto Gresen was a pleasure to work with! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all features of the car thoroughly. He was very understanding and worked with me popping in and out throughout the day in between appointments. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!
