Thanks Jenna for your help in scheduling my camper trailer spring repair. Dennis is the best choice for the trailer repair. I was 300 miles from home and could buy the new links from another supplier for the assembly.

Took car in for alignment, got quoted over $1400 for parts and labor for rear suspension. Those parts were simple to install on my own (literally remove wheels and unscrew 6 bolts) and only cost a little over $100. Not sure how I feel about their quoting.They did do the alignment on the front end, without warranty though because of rear end suspension issues.

Helped us out with a blown trailer tire, no appointment, just squeezed us in so we could get the trailer back on the road and get to our job site. Amazing service. Thank you.

Car needed new tires. Pulling to the right, have to drive holding steering wheel 45 degree angel to the left. Spent $2030.00. New tires, alignment, new control arms. Pulls to left now instead. Drive with wheel bent to right now. Going straight all over the road, wasn't save to drive over 50. Doesn't anyone test drive cars anymore to make sure problems fixed and save to drive.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This place is amazing! I got a flat tire as I was passing through Stevens Point and even though they were incredibly busy, they managed to squeeze me in. The price is incredibly reasonable and the customer service is unmatched. I ended up needing four new tires, as mine were quite old, and everyone there was extremely helpful and unexpectedly efficient. Since it was last minute, I didn't expect to get out of there for four or five hours and I got out in around 1.5 hours! The shop even offers a shuttle service while you wait for your car to be done. I would highly recommend this place for all services!

My car started making a strange noise a few days ago. I called the team at Schierl Tire & Service and they got me in right away. Their auto technicians found the issue quickly and fixed my car the same day while keeping me informed the entire time. The service I received was professional, friendly and affordable. Highly recommended!

I had a bad tire that blew out on my car ended up getting 4 new tires and going to schierl tire Stevens point for them to get put on made sure to write after hours I wanted to save 2 of the old tires since I don't have any spares or a donut for my car and when I talked with the front desk they added that on the paperwork even since it wasn't listed I needed 2 of the tires. They tossed all the tires out even after it was written down. Very displeased my previous shop would of never disregarded what I wanted done now if I have a flat I can't even have one of my used tires temporarily put back on.Service: Tires

I brought three of my vehicles here this year. Two of them had to be dropped off for brake system diagnosis. I dropped them off in the late morning. Both of them had needed an all new brake system. They got the parts ordered/delivered, had the work done & final test drive done before close! Speedy & quality service.

I had a bad valve stem that I noticed before driving to work in the morning. My tire was low. I called Schierl on the way to work. They were booked for the day but said they would try to fit it in. I dropped off my truck and they shuttled me to work. They fit my truck in, fixed it and at the end of the workday picked me up and shuttled me back. Everyone was professional and courteous. I wasn't even late for work. Thank you!

Great last-minute service for an engine problem for an out-of-town driver trying to get North for the weekend. They jumped in to help with an engine repair job though busy with other work. I have taken my vehicle here twice for repairs, first time they charged me a very high number for what needed to be done and later apologized and gave me some of my money back. This was after the fact that I had to bring up the ridiculous price that was charged. After that I thought I would give them a second chance so I took my car in again to get a quote and was quoted roughly $2000 more than a dealerships quote. I would not recommend going here unless you know what is wrong with your vehicle and roughly how much it should cost you. I am very disappointed in them as I have heard such great things about them.

I always have great luck with Schierl. I have done business with the one in Stevens Point and the one in Weston and both are terrific. They are quick, courteous, clean, and they charge great prices. My vehicle runs on full synthetic so oil changes can be a bit more expensive, at Schierl they charged $35 but at other places I have paid as much as $90. Their hours could be better, but I am going to keep doing new business just because of the quality.

Usually we get great service from Schierl Tire in Marshfield, but unfortunately we had a bad experience yesterday from Schierl Tire in Stevens Point. We got a flat tire on Highway 10 and our roadside assistance brought us to Schierl in Point after refusing to put on our spare tire. We had essentially brand new Michelin Defender tires on our Yukon (which were bought from a GMC dealer). Schierl did not put on the spare so we could bring the tire to the dealer for a rebate. Instead, they put on a Goodyear Wrangler tire, kept the busted tire, and sent my wife on her way. They sell Michelin Defenders but did not have one in stock. However, they should know that a brand new tire that explodes on the road is frequently under full manufacturer warranty. I called hours later to ask why things went the way they did, and the employee on the phone did not have answers, which is understandable. I hope that Schierl tire assists us in getting a replacement Michelin Defender tire under full warranty as well as refunding us the money for a Goodyear Wrangler tire that had no business being installed on our car.Update: I shared my experience with the Marshfield Schierl Tire manager. Jodi, the manager, took care of everything and refunded the cost of the Goodyear tire. So, Jodi gets a 5/5 and Stevens Point gets a 1/5. Thank you Jodi!

Aaron was awesome . Figured out my trucks charging/voltage issue and saved me time and money!!!! Nice having Eric spend a couple of minutes,with me while I waited also. The other service techs were very helpful also when I first arrive. Sorry don't remember their names.Great service.Thanks

Not completely sure what happened but I kind of feel like I might've been taken advantage of. I went in for an oil change, mirror put on and asked them to drive my car because something isn't right with the way it drives and I feel unsafe to be honest. They said it was my breaks, tires and struts... Well I asked what would be the most important thing to fix now to help with the problem I'm having and they said the breaks so I paid all together $760 for everything and my car still drives the same way, might even be worse and I'm stressed out about it and a little disappointed...Not exactly sure what happened but if you plan to take your vehicle here make sure you ask directly for what you need and hope you get a good mechanic.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the employees at Schierl Tire & Service. They saved me from a horrible weekend, and I owe them so much for it.Little backstory, I do not live in Stevens Point. I was visiting my girlfriend Friday night. Saturday morning comes around, and I leave for my home around 11AM. My brother was visiting from his service in the Navy, and he was at my house waiting for me to arrive home. He could only stay a night or two, so we had many plans set in place for the weekend. I only got as far as a few blocks away from my girlfriend's house (which happened to be near Schierl's) and suddenly I hear half of my exhaust scratching across the road beneath me. I looked everywhere online and every place I found who could help me was closed; and wouldn't open until Monday, the only place I found that was open was Schierl's. I walk over to the shop, and see they are clearly busy and are only open for one more hour. I walk up to the front desk, and the gentlemen behind the counter heard me out as I expressed my problem. They informed me they were booked (which was very clear with the amount of people and cars I saw) - but do you know what happened next? The employee said they could wire up my exhaust for me since they had the tools for it and it would take only a few minutes. The employees at Schierl's managed to just squeeze me into the schedule before close to ensure I could at LEAST make it home.To my surprise once the job was finished, they didn't just wire up my exhaust for me, they actually managed to give me a more permanent fix to actually solve the issue. They didn't even charge me any extra for doing that, just the original very cheap minor service fee that I was quoted from the start.The car is running amazing and I made it home safely to spend time with my brother. The employees at Schierl Tire & Service saved me, and I am so grateful. I highly recommend their services to ANYONE.

I picked new tires online. Soon after I received the quotes, I was contacted by email and setup appointment. Prompt & friendly service, new tires & alignment. It may not be cheapest in town, but will recommend & use them from now on .

I came into Schierl tire in Steven's Point yesterday for a slow leak in my tire. I don't live in Steven's Point and was worried about getting on the highway with that tire which ended up being a nail in that tire. They were able to get me in right away, which was great !! Danny who works the front desk was so friendly and worked efficiently making sure folks were taking care of. I can't thank you enough Schierl tire for all yours help and thank you for being so professional and nice to folks. I will for sure come back....

I came in to get my tire fixed. I had the worst time getting the spare on, I came in after a hectic day at work, and finding out that the repair was FREE. Made my day. The service was amazing, even without paying I was offered cold beverages in a nice sitting area off to the side, as they even put the tire back onto my car. For free. To stress that. 10/10 would go again, but hopefully no more flats anytime soon!

Had an oil change and snow tires put on all very affordable. Only complaint is that I brought my car in advance to make sure they had parts only to find out when I brought it in for actual repair They didn't have the review mirror despite me bringing it in a week prior.

I got a flat tire on my 5th wheel trailer while traveling with my family, (wife, 3 kids, and 2 dogs). Schierl had me back on the road with a new tire in less than an hour, and checked the tire pressure in the rest of my tires to make sure my family was safe. When I got home from our trip, I decided to have the other three tires replaced so it didn't happen again. At Schierl I paid $180 for one tire, back home I paid $800 for the other 3. I wish I would have gotten all 4 new ones at Schierl. I wish I remembered the name of the young man who changed my tires. He was very helpful during a very stressful time.

This is under CVD19 regime: Schierl offered free pickup and delivery. I ordered an oil change. They called before coming, arrived on time, put protective sheet on driver s seat (don t know if they wore gloves). It was returned in less than 2 hours with oil changed and all the inspections that would have been done at the Honda dealer. They called for approval to change two air filters before continuing. The cost was In the range of Honda s, perhaps less. I am very pleased and will use their service again.

Asked for tires oil change headlight and asked to have the ball joints fixed on my work car and they only replaced tires. They never installed my headlight or checked the ball joints never checked alignment after they put tires on the car. The car still had a shake after I left. Not going back 0stars

I had a coupon for a "free" oil change..So I go in to get my oil changed..and before I leave he tells me I owe 28$. I asked why I was being charged for a free oil change and they tell me that the oil change there is 45$, I was never told that in the beginning, The manager said they were supposed to give me something to sign stating the price .they never did. I will never go there againUpdate. The manager of the store reached out to me..his name is Eric. He apologized to me for not being shown a price, or having me sign something. He explained how important customer service is to him..and told me I will receive a free oil change the next time I need one. Thank you to Eric for making things rite. It shows how much he really cares. Thank you again!!

Wife had a flat on Highway had to have car towed and picked Schierl Tire on Main St in St Point mainly for convenience. Kevin was great and the service was performed very nicely. Would recommend to anyone in need of service.

Wheel bearing went out on my trailer while traveling. They took care of it quickly and at a good price. Whole staff was very nice to work with. Id recommend them to anyone!

What a wonderful experience. I had a flat tire and was told by another company that it was not repairable. I took it to Schierl first thing this morning and they said it was repairable! The guys up front and the techs were all very nice, quick service and appreciate the honest service! Such a wonderful experience.
