Great experience. The online purchase and scheduling process was easy. I scheduled on Tuesday and expected to have to wait a week or so for an appointment. They were able to service the vehicle within two days. When I arrived they ask several questions regarding the ease of the online ordering process and if I had received confirmation and order information via email. The entire team was very courteous and professional. I had new tires installed on my vehicle and was out the door in under 55 minutes. I will definitely return here in the future. highly recommended.

Very professional and prompt service!! Dan is always willing to go above and beyond to help us. I walk with a cane and he even pulled my vehicle up to the door when they were finished for easier access for me. Will definitely recommend Pomp s to my family and friends for their needs!!

Had an alignment done on my 2012 Jeep Patriot, yesterday. Steering wheel isn't lining up correctly. All seems well, otherwise. I have to go back again next week to get that fixed, as, they couldn't fix it, yesterday. I was hoping not to have to go back a second time. It seems to be a good business with diligent and knowledgeable staff.

By far the best price in town for what I needed. Dan filled out & submitted the rebate forms while we waited. Second set of tires from Pomp s this year. Very satisfied.

They put my rear tires on the front and front in the back on my passenger side. There is 20lb difference in pressure in those tires so that of disappointing. Other than that the service was good and they got me an appointment pretty quick.

I was traveling through Stevens Point and had picked up a screw in my tire. The folks at Pomp s were professional, accommodating, and got me in quickly so that my family and I could get back on the road to our destination. Great service! I would highly recommend them!

Pomps technicians in Stevens point are very courteous and very knowledgeable about diagnosing vehicle problems and explaining the source of problem. This is the second time stopping at Steven's point Pomps and again a DEFINITELY a 5 star rating to the staff that work there. Very well knowledgeable with there service they offer. Fifth time stopping and Still great service with people who care about your problems.

I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received from Pomp s Tire Service in Stevens Point. I live 4 hours away, my Daughter had a flat tire and Rick referred me to a towing service and a new tire was put on her car that afternoon. I was impressed how efficient Pomp's Service was: time wise and with a reasonable fee. Rick made it easy to take care of everything over the phone. I would highly recommend Pomp's Tire Service. Dan and crew were friendly, helpful, and timely. On a day where I had to stay on schedule to accomplish my tasks they not only got me in and out in less time than anticipated but their service was above and beyond. They have provided 5-Star service each time we have been there and also take the time to remeber who we are so we feel welcome and not just another checkbook. Thank you for all that you have done, you have created a customer for life.

I had a screw in my tire. They got me in right away, fixed it and I was out of there in a half hour. Nice guys..I always go to Pomps. Here's why.....I went to a Dealership because I was having overheating issues. They told me it would cost over $6,000.00 to fix. They also said I'd need both batteries changed. So I took my Jeep to Pomps to get a second opinion. Because that's who I had always used. They did all kinds of work I asked them to, replaced my thermostat, sparkplugs, batteries, normal maintenance. My bill was half what Pomps had quoted me. Just $1,200.00!!! As opposed to $ 6,000.00 at the dealership. Plus Pomps found my axillary battery was Missing!!! So the dealership Stole my Battery! I Love all the guys at Pomps. They do good Honest work. Go there, they will take good care of you and your car, and not rip you off selling you things you don't need.

Called Pomp s tire asked if they had specific tire and I went with Destination AT/2 set of four . They had the best price . Was able to schedule an appointment for the next day . Everything I asked for was completed in a timely manner. Picked up the truck and could tell immediately the tires they helped me with were perfect for my Silverado Ltz ! I needed to get four trailer tires put on in a pinch and nobody else could do it . All the other places were into next week. I called Pomp's tire and they got me in the same day! Very knowledgeable and courteous! I would highly recommend them for services! Thank you Pomp's Tire for being accommodating and fast!
