I got 2 flat tires on the way home to Appleton. I had my car towed to their shop. They looked at the damage shortly after they opened up Monday morning. They told me that they would first look for used tires and but unfortunately, they didn't have my car's size. They expedited delivery of the tires from a local supplier. My car was fixed within 3ish hours, which included delivery of the tires. They even picked me up from the hotel I had to stay at the night before. My experience was 10 stars. They told me exactly what they were doing and how much it would cost. They tried to make as low cost as possible. They were exceptionally kind to me. I never felt taken advantage of, and they were completely honest with me. This is an excellent shop and they provide excellent customer service and repairs. If I ever get stuck in Stevens Point again, they will be my first call. Thank you so much for what you did.

Very helpful and quick service! My vehicle would not start after refueling while I was at the busy KwikTrip on business 51 in Stevens Point. It was turning over but not starting. Being from out of town, I was not sure who to call! I called them and explained the situation and they sent a mechanic over within minutes!! Great service and so helpful!!! Thank you!!!!

Once you approve his quote, he does the work and then doubles your bill. If you don't have the extra $2500 to pay, he charges $35/day for storage until you come up with it, and then tacks on another $800 when you come up with that. but will give a 'discount' if you leave a good review. If you leave a bad review, he threatens you and increases your bill unless you take down your bad reviews.I'm convinced all his reviews are his friends or customers he coaxed for a few hundred off their already ginormous bill.Highly do not recommend. This man is a scam artist (and I can't be bought)

I took my car in today around 3:30 pm for two separate problems, one of them I thought I had to go to a body shop for, but was not necessary, since they told me they could handle it. Both issues got fixed in under 2 hours and the price was very reasonable, I will definitely be returning!

I broke down about 30 miles after buying a car off Marketplace. The estimate for towing was $50 less than another place, but the owner suggested instead of the long tow I have it taken to their shop leaving a hefty amount to put to the repairs. Wasn't certain if it was the battery, alternator, or both. They were honest and didn't try to replace an alternator that was good. 100% recommend for your towing & repair needs.

All I can say is WOW!! Kent s not only fixed my tire (unexpectedly popped hitting exposed rebar in a parking lot) the next day after it happened but also worked with my extended warranty people to fix an issue that was happening that I didnt even realize! Regular maintenance turned into a discounted rate price and I couldn t be happier!! he was very communicative and called me multiple times, and answered my phone call. I really felt like I was being taken care of and didn t have to worry! Will only be going to Kent s for anything else I need!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I ve been taking my vehicles to Kent s Service Center for over 10 years! They are the most honest and straight forward mechanics in town. About 6 years ago I tried another place (@uto $elect) and they hooked up my cv axel wrong, and I had to take it to Kent s to fix it- I don t trust any other mechanic in town!

I work for another tow company a little bit further away. So when i broke down and had to call another company who i didn't know to help me out, i didn't know what to expect! Calling a few places, nobody was willing to help me out. Once i got ahold of Kents, i knew it would be different. They answered the phone, got my questions answered, got a nice truck dispatched to me quickly, the driver was nice, and got my car to their shop where they helped me with my tire! I'm glad i called them. They did everything right and the staff took care of us well! Thank you guys for your help yesterday!

I called this morning and asked to get an oil change. No quote. I then asked if they can check my tire to see if they can see if I need another or why it doesn't look to be receiving air. He said sure. I then asked if they do safety checks and if they had time. He said sure. Why wouldn't they tell you all of this is a charge AN HR. What a way to make your money forced payment!

I just want to say a little bit about them they take time to see what's going on with your vehicle I really appreciate how they don't stop today find out what's really wrong with your car I rate them 10 toes down I remember anyone to let them fix your car they have good workers there they don't stop until they get the job done and they also know how to talk to their customers with respect

I broke down 4 blocks away and was charged over $100 for the tow. They fixed more than I asked for (and the "fix" only lasted 5 weeks) and the total was double of what the estimate was and I wasn't notified of the whole total til I was there. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience and I don't recommend.

I am a poor college student and Kent s did right by me. I broke down in town and Kent got me towed in and repaired same day. Kent and Cody are awesome to work with and gave me a great deal. Thanks again for all the help!!!!!

You are a very sad company to do this to a Veteran!!Ik this is Wausau but ik people go to school and work in Steven point or has family members. My brother used Kent s service center &towing in stevens point . to toe and fix his clutch for his Honda civic. My brother is new to the area so he called around for a good price for towing and fixing the clutch Kent talk to my dad estimating it to cost around 2000 my dad told him he would authorize that amount. After the car was done my brother and dad drive the 45 min to pick up the car money in hand to find out that Kent actually did the work for 4500 unauthorized. my brother upset but willing to pay so he paid part leaving 2500 unpaid and was told he couldn t get a receipt or anything until after the full amount was paid and after a couple days he was told he was gonna be charged $35 perday for storage which a had agreed to. It took him 7 days to come up with the money. he went to pick up his car with $3000. where he was told he would have to pay additional 800 on top of the 2500 all had to be in cash which wasn t a prior requirement so my brother only had a card on him. When asked why the extra 800 they couldn t give a explanation so he asked for a list of things he was charged for they refused to give it saying he would take to long to write a receipt for it and it was supposedly for putting a lean on his car and filing fees for the lean. Kent had his car for less the a month and never gave notice or proof that filed a lean so my brother asked for proof and for the extra $800 to be put on the receipt but eventually after a yelling match the police was called even the police couldn t understand why he was holding the car then after my brother justdecided to pay Kent refuse to give us the car because we didn t have cash even tho there s a ATM on property locked and closed the door on us and police. My brother went to pick up his car today after drawing out all the money and finally be able to get a ride because he lives 40min away he was told he now owes 4200 instead of 3200 but if he doesn t post a review Kent wouldGraciously give him 1000 discount and he had to sign that he would take down his review. This man took advantage of young ex marine that just moved up here from North Carolina to start his new job. This man not only extremely dishonest and hand down one of the worst human being I ve came in contact with in our area. I urge u to read the yelp reviews to shows a much better representation of how shady this company is. My brother ended up paying over 5000 for a toe and clutch kit. On top of having to pay for rides to try to get his car and to go back and forth to work almost losing his job in the process. He might have stopped my brother from making a review but I witnessed heard the recording and exchanges of it all and it literally is the most insane experience. sooo please do not trust this man with your car especially if your young or new to the area.

I recently had two vehicles simultaneously needing work. Kent was able to get both vehicles into the shop within a few days. His crew did a great job getting the vehicles diagnosed, serviced, and back in our hands at a very fair cost. Something they do that s really appreciated is they request the customer set an upper limit on how much Kent s can incur in costs on a repair before calling with an update, minimizing the chance of sticker shock. These guys keep a very neat and orderly shop and they are very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them.

Kents first helped me a few years ago when I was a college student. Not only did he fix what I needed, but he went above and beyond to make sure it didn't happen to me again.I just came back to Point and took my car to Kents yesterday. Again, amazing service from Kent, his son Cody, and the staff they have there. They called me to tell me what they found, did a great job helping me understand, and discussing my options. They fixed it so fast, too! Seriously appreciate this whole place and their staff. Thank you Kents!Service: Steering & suspension repair
