I cannot recommend Johnson Towing enough! They arrived within minutes and were so kind and courteous. They truly go above and beyond, even helping us out in the days after with some logistics. 5 stars!

These guys have helped me out twice, and both times with wonderful, kind service. I was stranded on the side of the highway one of the times, at night with no lights- terrified- and it took less than ten minutes for them to arrive. He was very kind and helpful. 10/10!!

Quick and prompt service. Ben was more than willing to assist and calmed down the situation after a serious accident. He came out in less than desirable weather handled the situation, and got our daughter back to her home after the accident. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. Great to work with! Went above and beyond "of just" towing a car.

Man these guys came in clutch. I just blew my engine coming home (it's Sunday @ 10pm) and I'm about 120 miles from home and these guys not only picked up on the first few rings but he didn't hesitate to come get me and my truck out of here immediately. Super curtious, friendly, and careful when hooking up. I would most definitely use them again should the need arise.

You never want to think about needing a tow, but when you're stuck in a ditch or in a parking lot somewhere around town it's good to not even have to think about who to call. The few times I've needed them (this morning, included) they've been fast, friendly, and the fee has been fair. Can't ask for much more than that.

When i was shaken up after totaling my car, driver Zack was so kind and considerate giving me a ride home and explaining next steps regarding my car and belongings, and suggesting self care for injuries i might feel later. I m grateful someone called Johnson Towing. His brother also helped me next day, very assuring from his experience in the business.

I honestly cannot say enough kind words about Johnson Towing! I hit a deer about 12 am on the way back to college from Christmas Break. I gave Johnson Towing a call and Ben showed up in less then 10 minutes, cheerful and happy to help! Not being from the area myself, Ben also shared tips on local body shops as well as asked all the needed questions/got the ball rolling to make things easy for my insurance company to handle. Then, he kindly gave me a ride the rest of the way to my college apartment (with all my "moving back to college stuff" in tow!), which was a trek! If God has a special army of angels for the towing industry to help all the panicked, scared, or frustrated people that have just met with misfortune in wrecks, these people are in that army.

Out of all the towing services in Stevens Point Johnson s Towing had the best pricing available. They were very professional, immediately available, honest with their pricing, and provided me with knowledgeable information about what happened on my car and what to tell my mechanic! Incredibly kind and understanding driver, very empathetic and down to earth. Very quick response times, incredibly professional and well practiced. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lockout, priced very fair as well.

Great work ethic and awesome custumer service. Picked up my f350, my 40' goseneck trailer, and gave me a ride to a hotel. They gave me a rate for towing, for storage, and thats what they charged. No hidden fees!

Ben went out of his way tonight for me and my Hyundai! He happened to have the number of someone to get ahold of after hours at the dealership for a small mess up! While traveling, I became stalled on the highway for 4 hours waiting for AAA to find a tow service. Finally, I called Johnson's Towing myself and was assisted within 20 minutes. I hitched a ride with Ben, and we spent 3 hours chatting all the way back to my home. Family owned and full of integrity, I highly recommend this company for your needs. Ben, thank you for making this gal feel safe and comfortable. Have fun on your polka adventures! I appreciate you and your company so much!

My daughter and grandson hit a deer on the highway over the Labor Day weekend, and their car was totaled. Ben at Johnson Towing arrived promptly and treated them with compassion and kindness. Highly recommend! Benji went above and beyond for my family. He not only towed our 5th wheel and f250 home but also provided us a vehicle to drive back so our entire family could get home!! While towing a large 5th wheel RV near Stevens Point, my truck turbo hose blew on Memorial Day 2018. After calling roadside assistance, Johnson Towing was there to help me within about 30 minutes. They were able to tow the truck and RV still attached all the way to Madison. Cost was reasonable and the service was fantastic. Very nice guys to interact with. Ben had to make multiple stops to get the RV dropped off and truck to the dealer. Then...drop me at a hotel. Great experience considering it was a bad day. Would recommend these guys to anyone. My elderly mother and aunt were in a terrible accident. They helped with rescuing them from the vehicle with wonderful professionalism and care. Towed the vehicle and took great care with recovering personal effects.

I give this place a 10/10!!! I got in a big pile up and called Johnson s towing and Benji was there within minutes. Towed my car and got me out of the scene immediately. I called Triple AAA as my van would not start on a Sunday morning at the Sams Club parking lot in Wausau. I had frozen food and my dog in my van. So I called Johnson Towing.
