The mechanic did a great job of determining what parts were needed to repair my car. Very courteous and respectful, unfortunately I had repairs done elsewhere. Fleets price quote was almost double the actual price I paid for the work at another shop.

Had my tires replaced. Was provided good options that led me to my selection. I received an installation date fairly quickly and the installation was done within an hour. Quick and easy.

Had great service but they did not put my hub caps on tight and we lost one on our way home. They are going to replace for us just have to being the truck back in so they know which hub cap to get. Just a lot of back and forth driving for us.

The auto repair area was very busy, but they took the time to cut my badly blown tire off the rim and mount a new one. The employees were courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you Fleet Farm Auto Service employees. You are top notch!Service: TiresService: Tires

Just realized I never left this review. Was in Sept. 2020 with an emergency breakdown and needed a serpentine belt and water pump replacement. I was quoted $300 and it CLEARLY states that anything over the original estimate must be pre-approved. Came back next day and the charge was over $430! It wasn't even properly rung up as the computer was supposedly down so I had to take their word for the unapproved overcharges being valid. I was on my way to Milwaukee for work so didn't have time to squabble, although I did question it at the time I paid. I later contacted a manager who was supposed to get back to me regarding the overcharge, but they never did. Beware, especially if you are a woman coming in alone.

Counter person in tirecenter told me to go into the store and pick up a tire on a rim to save money. That would be great if you carried front tires on rims for zero turn mowers. I had to purchase the tire and take it to the tire center to be mounted. I believe the only tires on rims similar to this size are wheel barrow tires. Not the best customer service experience, made my visit much longer than necessary.Service: Tires

Friendly staff and reasonable price. Wish they would have called when it was done like they said and reset the oil life percentage on the dash, but those are really minor issues. Will definitely use them again when I am unable to do the service myself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We called the night before we came to Fleet Farm in Plover to make sure they had the lawn mower tires we were looking for and that they would be able to put them on the rims. When we got to the store last Friday they did not have the tires we needed. We contacted the fleet farm in Waupaca and they stated they had the tires so I drove there and indeed they did have the tires but their Tire Center refused to put them on and said I would have to wait till the next day or after. We drove 45 minutes from our house to the Plover location, and another 30 minutes to the Waupaca location. I went back to the Plover location and explain the situation to the tire center and they agreed to put the tires on the rims. All in all a two and a half hour round trip and a lot of hassle so wasn't real pleased when I left Fleet Farm.Service: Tires

Amazing customer service! They made it personal to get me taken care with the best price after finding issues with my steering shaft and other steering and suspension parts. Also got new tires last fall that are great, I didn't get stuck at all this winter and I have two wheel drive. I was really scared because of being pregnant but now I finally feel safe driving and its such a smooth ride too! Would recommend to anyone!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I know prices have gone up everywhere but I think $21 is extreme when all they did was mount a front tire from a riding lawnmower, purchased from fleet farm. On a bare rim. Thank God it didn't have to be balancedService: TiresService: Tires
