The staff here has not only been professional and amazing, they are also pretty Decent, and not too bad!Their manager, Shawn K, is a great guy, and seems to actually care about his guests, while Shawn's employees, Trevor and Jay, have always been so very helpful, friendly, and great to work with!I would send anyone I know, that is looking for a NEW Honda, to these guys!

Jason was great and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and worked within my price range. I was very satisfied working with Jason to find a new vehicle, he was very accommodating and transparent. Before my new vehicle purchcase, I have been going to the Honda service center for repairs and maintenance and all the service people are wonderful; they operate with honest, good, thorough work for affordable honest prices. All of the staff at Honda are friendly and helpful. I've been very satisfied with my experiences at Honda.

Great place!! My last visit I realized they carry floor mats from weather Tech. I can't wait to pick some up next visit. I left and called a few days latter about a windshield wipers sound. Was given great advice by Kelly my Honda guy. Grateful they have wonderful team members.

Our first experience with Racine Honda. No surprises! Went vary smooth, no pressure and guys were like my friends. They did everything they said they would. And, NOBODY beat their price. I might have to buy another vehicle soon because I enjoyed the experience. I bet you never heard that about an auto dealer. This dealership is different! If you are in the market for a vehicle, make Racine Honda the first place you stop. And for the 2017 Honda CR-V, out of this world. Just love it. This is our second Honda now. Thank you for both a terrific car and pleasant experience.

I was searching for a new CRV. I was in contact with Trevor and he mentioned a used CRV with very low miles. From the start, I made clear if I were to get a used car, it would need to be accident free. Each time I brought that up, the topic was breezed by and other neighboring questions were answered instead. (Including being ignored when I asked if they knew why the headlight was damaged). It wasn't until the morning I was supposed to drive down and get it that I demanded the AutoCheck and at THAT point he told me it had hit a deer but that it was "just damage," not an accident. The report showed that the car was so severely damaged that it had to be towed. So he blatantly ignored my repeated statements and inquiries regarding this vehicle's history. Despite him being fully knowledgeable of it.After I said no, he then tells me there IS a new one he had coming available if I'd like. This was frustrating to know he was holding out on me because I was clear upfront that what I wanted was a new one. So we start planning for that.But then I asked someone else and they said that dealership did NOT have any new ones ordered.I confronted Trevor and he told me it was actually an unfinalized trade and that he'd get back to me Monday. So he DIDNT have a new one in line for me to claim.And - get this - he then never got back to me.I don't know if this is on Trevor or if the dealership pushes this kind of action and behavior, but either way I will NEVER consider them for my future purchases. The lying and underhandedness were disgusting.

My wife and I went into the dealership with the understanding that we did not want a high pressure salesperson. Pete Edwardson was phenomenal from start to finish. We will be return customers. P.S. I love my 2018 civic hatchback sport.. Thank you Stevens Point Honda!

This is my third Honda CRV, purchased from Stevens Point Honda. They are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I also bring my vehicles in for routine oil changes and maintenance, the Service Department is friendly and experienced; they get me in and out in a timely manner.

We had a great experience selling our old car and buying a new honda ridgeline. Our salesperson, Wyatt Kimbrough, was knowledgable, considerate and very helpful. We would recommend Hendrick Honda and Wyatt Kimbrough.

I was interested in 3 cars from their online inventory. Someone called and implied i was on my way to the lot. Upon arrival i dealt with a young girl who didn't show me what I was looking for and instead tried to put me in something i repeatedly said i wasnt interested in.Received a call the following day from her indicating the huge suv was still available.Don't try to sell me something i don't want.I'm sure there was a variety of vehicles but for whatever reason i was given one choice.
