Needed some new tires for me car and truck. These guys got me some REALLY nice tires for a very good price comparatively. My truck drives better than ever. Whenever I go here, I know I don't have to worry and the guys and gal up front are extremely nice. I would recommend to anyone needing car repairs!

We've been taking our vehicles to D&D for 25 years. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. We've always gotten good, courteous service, and honest repair estimates. We've always been told what absolutely needs to be fixed now, and what could wait. They schedule our vehicles in as soon as they can, and will fit them in if it is a critical issue. Additionally, Dave and Anna are very community-minded and give back to the community in many ways.

Love this place! Dave is very straight to the point and really excellent at his job! He thoroughly explains what repairs he s doing and why. I really appreciate how much he cares. I would bring my car to D&D instead of a dealer-ship any day! From out of town and went to D and D on a recommendation from someone I do not know. Dave and his team were very good at diagnosing and addressing the problems our car was having, without selling us service that was not necessary. He fully communicated with me his diagnosis of the issues the car was having. He showed the parts that needed to be replaced to us. I have no qualms about sending my daughter and her car to their shop in the event future work is necessary. Highly recommend!

I bought my vehicle in to have a dyno done on it, the staff has been excellent to say the least! They are currently trying to tweak the tune to make my vehicle run to its full potential!!! I believe Dave will do just that!!!! I strongly recommend D&D automotive service.

I don't think I can ever take my car anywhere else after this level of service. These people care about your car and you beyond what I've experienced at any other shop. You'll get only what you want or need for a fair price. If you have to have auto work done, this is the place and you'll know after your first service. This is a ring pop they left on my dash.

First Mechanic that i've gone to that doesn't treat me like i'm stupid because i'm a young girl. My 2015 Toyota Corolla is my first car that I have leased/purchased by myself, so I panic when check engine lights come on and it's not something I can figure out. For the stuff I didn't understand Dave was super helpful and explained it in a way I could understand. Turns out I have a whole new Emissions system in my car, but whoever put the new parts in did not pay attention to the electrical requirements for my car. Dave's staff was also really helpful. I also had a misplaced engine splash shield and they zip tied it for me so I didn't have to spend a couple hundred dollars at a body shop. I will give a little warning, they will seem pushy about getting your car in if you have engine light on in your car, but it's because they care! D&d just earned a loyal customer, I'm never going anywhere else in Stevens Point. They were customer focused, thorough, detail oriented with their work, and went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule and make sure my car was properly repaired on short notice and even fixed stuff the last place we went to screwed up. Thank you for doing an amazing job!!!

I found myself caught in a jam between needing to go to Wausau where I normally service my truck to D&D. They got me in immediately without an appointment and the girl at the service desk was very helpful and detailed. Great service!

We were not sure where to take our Durango because we are not from the area. I researched different repair shops and D&D Automotive got a great review so we took it here. True to everyone's reviews, they are outstanding!! They got all of our recalls fixed which we didn't know existed, then they tackled what we needed fixed. They were very informative and kept us up to date of their progress. I visited family with my Travel Trailer. After wheel bearing and tire problems on the road, Dave squeezed us in and replaced all wheel bearings, including fixing issues not repaired properly on the road and replaced all tires. Service was phenomenal. If we lived in town I would definitely be a regular at D&D Automotive!Service: TiresService: Tires

They set me up with a tow truck, loner vehicle and fixed the issues I had concerns and needed done. I had concerns about other issues about my truck, and they looked it over to tell me it was all good. I feel like other places wouldn't be honest like they were about my issues. First time using them and it was a great first impression.

If you are trying to decide if D&D is the place to take your vehicle, you really do not need to read anything past this review.Yesterday I took my vehicle to D&D because my brakes were making a noise. Dave (owner and mechanic) said they were backed up on appointments for three weeks. He then went on to say, that because it was my brakes he didn t feel it was safe to let me go that long. Dave drove my car to see if it was a serious issue or if it could wait until he had an opening. Almost immediately he looked at me as we were driving and said that I was so lucky I hadn t crashed. The mechanic who did the brake job a few weeks ago didn t screw the top part of the caliber in and it was hitting against medal and making a noise. It was only a matter of time before the caliber broke off and the brakes failed.At this point it was almost closing time, but he said that he just couldn t allow me to leave with my car like that. Long story short, he stayed past closing and fixed the brakes.My brakes are now perfect, and my belief in people has been uplifted.We need more people like this in the world!As long as I live in this area I will never go anywhere else for car issues.I cannot say enough good things about D&D. I am so glad there are still good, honest people servicing vehicles in the area! After being duped by another area mechanic to purchase a vehicle that ended up having more than numerous issues, I found Dave and the crew at D & D Auto. THANK GOODNESS I DID! I feel much safer now driving my truck, and I was treated with respect and honesty. Dave cared enough to get my severe brake issues taken care of ASAP. That's not just a good mechanic, that's a good human being!! Thank you D&D Auto crew.

Great experience at D&D. Very kind, honest, communicative and professional. Brought my car in for a tune from Dave, ended up needing some extra work done and even though they had a full schedule they were willing to knock it out to give me my car back in perfect condition for the new tune. I went to pick my car up on a Friday and when my bank gave me issues trying to pay my bill Dave was willing to work with me and let me take my car home until it was sorted out. Extremely happy with the tune. My 2015 a3 that made modest power now rocks and I have zero issues with my car. Would definitely recommend and plan to do future upgrades with them as well. Thanks guys for the awesome finished product and great service.

Best customer service ever!! Dave and his crew saved our family vacation on July 3. On our way north, our boat trailer tire blew out and tore out the wiring resulting in no lights! Buying a new tire was easy, but seven auto/trailer businesses were all too busy to help us repair the wiring. We found D&D on Google, called Dave and he told us to come to his shop. Even though D&D was extremely busy, Dave had us fully repaired and on the road again only 15 minutes after we arrived at the shop. And his work was first rate - not a quick fix just to get us on the road again! A full repair! D&D saved our family vacation! Great business. Great customer service. Great price!

Huge thank you to the team at D&D! I was lucky enough to get approved for the, In a Fix program. My vehicle had been broken down for about 2 weeks and I had been rollerblading to work when I called D&D to set up an appointment. Dave answered and said I could bring my car in right away and even offered to come pick it up if it wasn t safe to drive. Luckily I was able to drop it off and Dave was all ready for my arrival. He offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge and told me my car would be fixed in a day or 2. He is a man of his word and my car was ready to go. My car felt great when I drove away and it s been a little over a week and it s still amazing! The customer service, speed of service, quality of work, price, honesty, and compassion was top notch! I will be continuing to bring my vehicles here for any new issues and maintenance. Thanks again D&D Automotive!

The service we received from D&D was superlative. We called the shop from Florida to make arrangements for new tires to be installed on the RV we were picking up in Stevens Point and driving back to Florida. Dave helped me by recommending a very good safe tire and by having the tires ready at the shop when we arrived with the rig. Our truck was also in need of tires and an alignment. Despite the short notice, all the work was done according to schedule. We were impressed with Dave s concern for our safety and for offering us alternatives in tire choices.Dave also called us to follow-up on the work. The best automotive shop we have ever visited. Bravo for good service and for treating customers with respect and kindness.

Unrivaled customer service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I walked into D&D stressed and worried about my car but by the time I had left I felt confident that my car was in the right hands. Dave only does things right, I brought my 2000 Audi in with a lot of problems. Now I have a car that runs exactly how it is supposed to. The work done on my car included a 4 year 48,000 warranty, a secret gift and Dave dollars. Overall, best customer service and the highest quality of work I've ever experienced. Only shop I would recommend.

As a college student who lives far away from her dad who does all of her car maintenance I was nervous to take my car in when it needed to get fixed. Dave and his crew have done a wonderful job working on my VW (which not many places do). When there were major repairs he even called my father to explain what was going on, so him and I could make the right decision. I would recommend EVERYONE to come to D&D. D&D Automotive Services worked with me to not only get me into the shop quickly, but checked in with me about all of the repairs they were going to make. They lent me a loaner car at no cost to myself and were available with a phone call whenever I had questions. I grew up getting my cars serviced at my grandpa's Ford dealership and the way I was treated at D&D was the best service I've had since my grandpa closed his shop. Dave and his staff are great. Our car wouldn t start one morning. The staff respond fast and thoroughly. They offered a free inspection and actually found problems that were not addressed by other auto service places we had used in the past, problems that needed prompt repair. Dave explained everything to us (he actually brought me back to the shop and showed me what was wrong!) and we actually understood what was all being done to our vehicle. Thank you for you service! I bought my car a year ago and had been getting it serviced at the dealership, but ended up switching to D&D this time because I had a coupon and because it's two blocks from my house...and WOW I can't believe I didn't switch sooner!! I've never felt more welcome and respected at an auto shop. They were straightforward about my car's issues, didn't pressure me into repairs I didn't ask about, and were super friendly. I was pleased with the service and the price. I will definitely be coming back!

Exceptional services and fantastic crew the way they take care of their customers. Dave was super friendly and honest and upfront about his work. Brought my car in for a headlight check after finding out it wasn't a faulty bulb, eventually had HID replaced to LED. Dave was kindly enough to fit my car in same day I had called. They went over and beyond of what I had expected with taking care of my car. Thank you Dave and your crew members for a great experience and attentive automotive services provided. From the very first point of contact I had with D & D, I was incredibly pleased. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle with a short turnaround time and at a very affordable price.I went in with a list of things I thought were wrong based on another shop's report. Dave was very thorough and so honest and explained what really needed to be fixed and where there was really no need for work, earning my trust and saving me money.Above all else, I cannot speak highly enough of the kindness I encountered by everyone I came into contact with. I worked closely with Dave and Jim, who were phenomenal, but all others were friendly as well. At most garages, you don't get that kind of treatment. I wasn't another job or number, I was a real person with real needs. Thank you guys so much!

I'm new to the area and have been here twice. I must admit, their customer service is above and beyond. Both Dave and Jim have easy-going personalities and they show an interest in you. Above all else, the entire staff is professional. The customer service here is just phenomenal! On my 2nd visit, I brought my car in for a tune-up and a couple other issues. Dave called me a short while later and asked if I wanted a few things cleaned up. If cleaned, it would help heat my vehicle better. I was impressed, because I never mentioned the car wasn't heating well. Another mechanic from 2 years ago thought the issue was the blower. Dave identified the issue with little trouble and the moment I got my car back, I was relieved to have heat again! The labor itself seems to be higher than I'm used to, but these guys get it done right the fist time. Above all else, you are paying for quality service. I highly recommend D & D Automotive Services!
