We we're on our way to Sheboygan Wisconsin to see our newborn grandson Thursday and had alternator problems on our motorhome,we stopped there at 6:50, 10 minutes before they closed to buy a battery charger to run off of the generator,the lights were off but I could see lights on in a office, I kept knocking on the door to get someone,my wife and son were towards the back of the parking lot. The kid that was working saw me and went out the back door,we stopped him and asked him if we could buy a battery charger,he replied that they didn't sell battery chargers,just booster packs,mind you it's almost 7:00 closing. He said he couldn't help us. The next morning I called them to see if they sold battery chargers and that they did,I would not recommend them

Needed paint, said they had to mix it, but couldn't do it until Tuesday, this was on Friday, said he was too busy! Web site said it was in stock, be ready in 30 minutes!?

Fix that flashing light on the outside of your building already. It has been like this for over a year now. Getting the right parts are hit or miss most of the time. Quality of parts are low.
