A really great place. Justin tries hard to please. I was in recently for an issue concerning, either a tire or a defective wheel.Prior to this appointment Justin thought that it might just be a valve stem. I waited maybe close to an hour or maybe 3/4 hour. Either way, when I went to pay, thinking perhaps the worst case scenario, to my delight, there was no charge !That's the kind of place that this is. We blew a trailer tire on our drive from Minneapolis to Hayward. The stores on our route didn t carry what we needed, but we didn t feel safe traveling without a spare. We stopped at Wolverine and within 7 minutes of the guys returning from lunch, we were back on the road with a freshly mounted tire! Top notch service and great pricing too! Thanks Wolverine!

My wife had the tires done on her yukon denali and they ripped off the chrome from the rims of the truck.When she tried to address the problem she was given some B.S if your tire technicians are to stupid to run the equipment they or the shop should pay for the messed up rims

Had a great experience when they did full lubes on two of my trucks quick fast working very affordable.Today I was looking for a flat tire but they are not open on Saturdays.Thanks for great work and have fun on your weekend.

Dropped off a tire at 8 am and was told they would fit it in since i was only in town for meeting. I returned at 1:30 and it was not done. Not happy

This review is terribly overdue but here I go. I was traveling in July of 2020 on the interstate near Spooner with my family and got a flat on my truck while pulling our camper. My spare, I found out, was no good either. I got into town and found them. They seemed to be busy but took the time to find me a comparable used tire for me and got us on our way in no time at all and for a really great price. THANK YOU! I highly recommend them and if I lived up that way would do business with them! Thanks again and thank you for taking care of the travelers!

I brought my trailer here to get new tires and have the bearings redone. A year later I had a flat tire and noticed the tire stem was placed on the inside of the tire and the tire was put on backwards. I took the trailer to another place to be serviced and they informed me the wrong hub was placed on the trailer as well. I called Wolverine to confirm the work that was done and informed them of what I found. I was told the owner would be informed. I never heard back. Sharing as I got lucky and didn t get caught on the side of the road.

Absolutely phenomenal service. There was a mix up with scheduling that was my own fault and they still got me in and taken care of. Justin worked on my car during his lunch break and got my brakes, oil change, and tire rotation done in about 45 min. If you are in the Spooner area, I highly recommend going here for your car service.

Great customer service. They have saved my bacon a couple times, squeezing me in when they were already busy. Very knowledgeable, super easy to talk to, and always seem to go above and beyond. I trust Justin and would recommend this business to anyone.

Wolverine tire always pulls through. We use them for tires on all of our work trucks and skid steers. Always great service. They always make time to work us in when we have a blown or flat tire. Always super happy and appreciate the hard work Every time. Best place around.

Excellent people to do business with. Great service, fast, thoughtful, a "real tire shop". Best around with out a doubt. I was out of town with trailer tire issues, they solved my problem and got me going. Nobody else in the North woods had a clue. Wolverine Tire came through. Thank you very much.

A+ customer service. I receive a leased work truck for my profession that requires 30,000+ miles of driving on highway and logging roads. I purchased some good off-road tires two years back and wanted to get one more winter out of the tires with the next truck replacement.Well... the old tires were misplaced or mistakenly thrown out over the summer and they recognized their mistake. Let me say, Justin made it right. I received 4 new tires mounted/balanced for the price of one!! They have a professional staff and now I know they care about their customers and the service they provide.They earned a lifetime customer. Thanks Wolverine!!!

Went there on the Friday of Labor Day weekend on my way up north. I had blown a tire on my 30' toy hauler just north of Cumberland. I don't think I was there 10 minutes and they replaced my tire on the rim, removed the spare I had installed, topped that off with air, and got the original rim and new tire on my trailer. That is the best service I have had in a long time.Thanks again!!!!

Locally owned and operated business. Great service from knowledgeable staff. They offer free tire rotations for the life of tires purchased here. I've bought several sets here, and always had a good experience.

In my experience, Wolverine is the best Automotive shop around. Wolverine's work is excellent and they tell you the truth about your vehicles problems. Their pricing is excellent and they stand behind there work.

I had bought new tires and had an alignment done a few months ago. ($700.00) I had ran over something and the tire had a slow leak. I needed the car for work. Wolverine told me that they could fix it on Friday. I called on Wednesday. 2 days. I called Jocks, tire was fixed the same morning. Wolverine couldn't make time after I spent $700.00. I'll never go back.

Traveling through and had a nail puncture a tire. Stopped at Wolverine tire and they were able to fit us in to get the tire fixed and in our way. Great customer service. Thanks

Lightning-speed service! Justin, THANK YOU! I dropped off a punctured tire without an appointment. Justin squeezed it in and fixed it while I ran a couple errands. Thanks for saving me a trip home and back into town. You guys are awesome!

They stood up to the promise to rotate the tires I bought from them. But when I went for oil change they didn't tell me about my oil pan plug,was worn, and just replaced it and charged me for it. My complaint is: I should have been concilte8 then it wouldn't have been a surprise.

Was in town for a funeral, and got a nail in my tire 30 minutes before the funeral. I took the car to wolverine auto repair. They charged me $20 for a patch job. I seriously could have bought a used tire for that price. The people were polite, but have no problem taking advantage of people. I would much rather recommend a tire shop I haven't been to... I just don't see how they could charge a person $20 for a $5 job. What a disappointment

I have done a lot of business with Wolverine but for the second time I have had new tires put on and they leak air slowly because the wheels were not properly cleaned before the new tires were mounted. Loyal customer lost

Bought 2 tires online from Goodyear for installation at Wolverine - in and out in 15 minutes. So far so good. Older showroom but clean. Service quick, counter person professional.

Stopped in last fall to order snow tires. Neil suggested a set of Cooper snowsnow tires that were cheaper. I trusted him and so thankful I did. Worse roads and winter in many years but those tires made my commute good every day. Thanks so much.
