Thanks to Nick and his staff I was able get right to my specific part. I was deep in a project with a tranfer case on my chevy. All the staff nailed exactly what I needed. They were friendly. The place was clean. Prices competitive. Return policy is 100% money back. Highly recommend. A+

The two gentleman working this evening we're amazing the one fixed my headlights the other one kept me company in the store as I shopped I scored some really awesome floor mats and I can now see with my headlights straight instead of one shooting at the sky and one shooting at the ground they both were very accommodating and helpful hands down awesome service

Great place and great staff! The one guy Brian has been there it seems forever, Dave is great too and the new guy Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Received 5+ star service from Dave H. Head lamp needed for our car was not in system, so he came out and pulled it, found new one and put it in. And generously put in the second one. Great way to treat a customer. Thanks!

Normally I've had good experience at the Spooner, WI location, but the lady that I dealt with today had no customer service skills. She was very unfriendly, not helpful and didn't even try to answer my question. In fact, she acted annoyed that i requested assistance. She was definitely not the kind of person I would have expected to be in a customer service position working with the public.

Great brands at low cost with fantastic service and overnight ordering in most cases. However in the store is another thing, I've frequently gotten parts from here and other locations over the years that were the wrong part in the right box. Make sure to look before buying because some parts can't be returned and they don't confirm it's the right part except by the packaging

I don't often shop for auto parts, but this place was great. David saved our fishing trip with his recommendation of a boat motor mechanic, and a gentleman named Dave did us a real solid by hooking up our trolling motor battery. It wasn't just a normal trolling motor battery installation. The location of this battery was in a really tight spot that was tough to get to. Because of the people working there I would highly recommend this O'Reilly if you are in need of auto parts while in Spooner.

It's a small town and we don't have a lot of options for auto parts.Thankfully O'Reilly's has what we need when we need it.Yes, there's an issue with getting some things, but that's the way it is everywhere and with everything these days.

I have been coming here for my oil changing, bug grooming, snow removing needs for years, and they always have what I need. From small town friendly talk, to big city essentials O Reillys proves to be a fantastic competitor to any auto parts store out there!

I know nothing about cars and I needed a new windshield wiper. These guys found me the right wiper and went outside in icy snow and sleet to put it on for me. Thanks for going above and beyond, and this isn't the first time. Excellent place.

I've never had any issues with the people or parts. Some of the guys have been around long enough they can figure out the roundabout ways to get your hard to figure out project done. Will continue to go back.

Great guys in the Spooner area helped my change wiper blades very nice.
