Worked with Brandon, these guys are awesome!! I live in Arkansas and they made it as easy as possible, Brandon and Patrick are great. Everyone there were super nice, like talking about our accent lol. We really enjoyed meeting everyone and are very happy, this place is a class act, so if you are looking for a Ford, get in touch with them.

Bought a 2012 black F150 from Gross Ford in Spencer. They were easy to deal with and I got a very good deal thanks to Tyler and his sales manager. The highlight of the entire experience though was the test drive of the Ford Lightening not the truck I purchased which was exceptional. The Lightening Wow..Go get one..

I bought a Ford Maverick 2023 from Tyler and he did a beyond amazing job. Tyler stayed in touch always gave updates. Very patient and answered every question I had. Patrick also did Phenomenal. Patrick explained everything with lots of details. They both made sure I understood everything.

Awesome customer service! Jen, the service manager, is amazing and so great to work with. When I purchased my Ford Bronco, there were so many questions about some of the accessories that came with it. Jen and the guys in the shop took the time to explain them so we could make the decision on what we wanted installed. Highly recommended!

Worked with sales rep Brandon to get my new vehicle. I was in a situation where I needed a vehicle as soon as possible. Brandon was able to bring the one I was interested in down from Black River Falls the same day I called him. He was very straight forward and honest with me. None of this used car man stuff from him! My husband & I were looking for a different car as ours was 10 yrs old. We asked Tyler Lawrence to be on the watch for a nice safe car. We like the Ford Edge. Soon he informed us about the Edge he had & its features plus had 2 other nice cars of different makes so we had a choice. We chose the Edge & an affordable price plus happened to be in my favorite color. My husbands health did not allow him to drive so the driving was up to me. I absolutely love this car & feel very positive it was the best deal to get. We were even treated to lunch while waiting for paperwork to finish.Tyler was so pleasant & patient to work with! He certainly has an excellent personality with people.

Brandon is awesome! So accommodating and willing to show us any vehicle in -30� weather. It was cold, but Brandon was more than willing to get us what we needed. He made sure the vehicle was running and warming up for us to test drive! Thanks Brandon!!

I would highly recommend Gross Ford Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle! We worked with Tyler Lawrence and he was absolutely AMAZING all the way through the process! He made it so seamless and stress free, and provided us with an overall excellent experience. We all know trading/buying cars can be very stressful, but we really had a stress FREE experience. Gross Ford was also amazing as a whole with talking through financing, and getting all the loose ends tied up with our Dodge Durango. We love our vehicle, and when we are looking for our next, Gross will be our first stop!

Bought a truck with them last month. Since the day we brought it home we have needed to add air in the tire 1-2x daily, so the following weekend we took it to a local shop and they showed us the rim was cracked. NO WAY that happened on our way home from buying this truck, so they HAD TO HAVE KNOWN there was a problem. (We originally thought maybe bad luck running over a nail, but nope). We let them know the problem and they offered nothing but a sad apology. Additionally, they couldn t even bother to vacuum and clean out the bed of the truck that is covered in pine needles. No big deal but seriously? Can t even clean it decently. So, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here, because clearly they do the bare minimum to make a sale. Very unhappy with this dealership and if you want to be happy with a new vehicle purchase, I would advise you not buy a vehicle from here.
