Well, I was hoping for better, but no. Went in for an oil change a little after 4pm. The service guy told me about an hour because his 4pm tire appt was there. Ok, no problem, I have some shopping to do, I can kill time. He wrote down my info and off I went. OVER 2HRS later my truck is finally done. I say something to the team lead about the wait time and she ignores it and proceeds to tell me the recommendation for next time is an air filter. I look at my paperwork and it says I came in at 5:33pm? Umm nope. So they falsify my paperwork to suit their que?Called today to talk to a manager. A team lead anserwed and offered to hear me out, he was very pleasant and got the manager for me who told me there was nothing he could do but address it. Not an I'm sorry it happened, not a hey, we'll discount you a quart of oil....nothing. So he'll address it and the problem will still be a problem. I'm done with Sparta Walmart automotive.

Outstanding Auto Care Center! Without an appointment they were able to get my van in for 4 new tires right away. We were only there for maybe an hour and they had it done. Our van drives so much smoother with new tires on it. Thank you to Ryan and his team for being swift, efficient and a pleasure to work with. DONT GO HERE. Lived in Sparta for 20 years. Got my tires/oil changes at Walmart. Employees come and go, and the customer service level goes up/down. Last week brought my car in with tires that were bald, and ONLY had been driven 20,000 on a 80,000 mile tire. The Walmart manager wont stand by their warranty (her employees both told me what she was doing was wrong and apoligized. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.Service: Tires

Dealing with the automotive staff was a pleasure. It was entirely nuts in their department during a fall tire sale. But your mechanics held it all together, cementing and dealing with each customer with respect. Make sure to give them the well Pat on the back, its very deserved.

The workers here really know how to do a good job. I'm always pleased with how quickly they perform the work and how moderate the cost. I used to get my oil changed at the dealership, but no longer.Plus they can usually fit you in pretty quickly for most fixes.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done today. The customer service was amazing. They fit me right in and was only a 20 min wait while they serviced my truck. Everyone was helpful, polite, knowledgeable and quick. The pricing is reasonable. Will definitely be back to the Sparta Walmart Service Center.

Incredibly slow. Iwent in the morning during the week day so that there wouldn't be too much wait. When I arrived for an oil change and a repair on a leaking tire there were no other cars in the bay and they took my car right in and start working on it. They told me to estimate about an hour, so I shop around for an hour and 15 minutes check out and head over there about an hour and a half after dropping my car off. Then had to wait another half hour for them to finish. It should not take anybody 2 hours to do an oil change and fix a tire.

Paid for oil change. They drained my transmission fluid, overfilled my oil and sent me on my way. I quickly turned around and had to find a way home. Ryan wanted me to just go in town to get it fixed up, this is a 16 Forester with under 50,000 at the time. They agreed to take it to the dealership. Ryan then ignored all my communication attempts despite being assured by other employees I'd be refunded my initial oil change.

The Mechanics were all very friendly. The place was absolutely swamped with customers so service took a bit, but that's understandable and they let me know it would take a while when I checked in. Knocking off one star because the desk clerk was not great. She wasn't very friendly at all, and tried giving another customer my car key (they declined, then were told to ask around for their key in the shop area). Still, an overall good and convenient experience.

I went here for an oil change. It was a two and a half hour wait. I said it was okay because I need to go to Walmart anyways. After spending two hours in Walmart my car finally got in the shop. They promptly change the oil and wipers which they charge me $10 for installing. If I would have known that I would not have made them for wipers on. They are very short staff on help right now so wait time is longer

Bought a set of tires here. First time doing so but the price was right and the warranty surprisingly good. Techs seemed knowledgeable and to care at this location.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are the laziest group of slugs I ve ever done business with. Damn near everytime I ve needed an oil change and tire rotation they will give me an excuse list a mile long as to why they can t. Then I tell them I ll wait, then the story will change to We re not accepting vehicles anymore, come back tomorrow .The employees that work in that department in that store are lazy slugs that will make excuses till you leave.

Went there 3 times in the last 3 weeks to try and get a quick oil change, because my schedule doesnt permit me to be able to make an appt.... 2.5 hr wait each time with maybe 2 or 3 other vehicle there... will not return

I love the people who work at the sparta auto center. They are super friendly and easy going. I'm grateful because these last couple of weeks, I've seen them a lot.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I needed to check my TPMS system because it was being weird and they knew exactly how to help me. Very grateful for this team.

Too slow to balance tires. They made me late. 20 minutes over estimated time. Only car in the bay at the time.
