I was able to get an appointment quickly and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely go back. Car is in great condition now.

I used to schedule appointments here regularly but not after last year. I was greeted at the counter, but was quickly talked over twice so he could schedule people who just walked in. I only needed a sensor changed, but he seemed happy to do it. He gave me some off the cuff excuse to call me back to actually schedule my car. No call. I came back, but got the same experience. I would guess one hour of labor is beneath them?

Very unprofessional, had an empty shop and told me they didn't have time to fix my tire unless I took it off My truck first. What a joke dude. Learn to run your business. I recommend everyone avoid this place and go to Sanborn's just down the road WAY BETTER.

worst place to get tires. The sales person made me wait 15 minutes while he talked on the phone. just to pick up tires. He didn't have them reagy and only had one. It takes me 30 minutes to get there. Hr just laighed and didn't care. Never will go that again!

Dropped off after hours last night with no advance warning or call as the car broke down at 7pm in Westby. Called this morning and the were able to look at the car AND FIX IT today! Excellent service. This is our 2nd visit there and I would definitely recommend this place for your car needs!

I had been calling shops in the area, and nobody seems to carry 225 55 R19 size tires. I called Mr.Tire and they actually did have 4 tires that size! I was surprised because everywhere else would have to order them. I went there and snagged them up. Great guys, quick and friendly service. I will definitely be calling them if I have any more tire issues in the future.

Good group of guys. I figured with an hour left before closing, I'd leave my car overnight to get the tires changed, but they rushed it through and got my vehicle out the door in no time. They were courteous and accomodating and I appreciate it.

I stopped in about 7:45 am with a flat tire. ( Still on the vehicle).. basically stranded. Went inside the office. First thing the guy said to me was "how did you get in here?". Door was open. He then said "what can I do for you after 8:00". The guy was VERY unprofessional. I think he swore 3 times the entire time I was there and Then told me I could leave it there and they could get to it later today. Needless to say I was going to buy 2 new winter tires theo match the other two that I bought from them a year ago. He told me he couldn't get them cause he was having problems with a distributer and they weren't seeing eye to eye... doesn't surprise me! The guy has no personality and and if people skills were dynamite he would not have enough to blow his nose. I drove on the flat tire to another place.

Called at 6:36 am, asked for an oil change and a tire repair. They ask me to leave my car there while they did the work so I did and walked home. Came back a little after 3pm and the oil change had been done but no tire repair. I had asked them if they can still repair the tire and was told "you can leave it here and pick it up tomorrow, we close at 5."

They seemed annoyed when I dropped the vehicle off. Didn't call to give assessment and price prior to completing repair, when they did call to state repair was complete had to ask for the amount of repair.

I went in with what appeared to be a nail in my tire. They quickly took it off, inspected it and found no puncture. No charge and very friendly owner and employee. Highly recommend.

Fast service. Great work. Went in for a flat tire, and the saw me right away. I was pleased with the quick turnaround since I needed to be at work at a certain time.

No complaints, honestly. Not many places will patch a tire anymore, but Mr. Tire does. The price was fair and the service was prompt.

Was humiliated and made to feel like a child when i thought i could charge what I could not pay at the time. Never made aware that they don't do that! Took my key off of my ring. I had to walk home and get the money! I will never return to that dump!!!
