Great service with quick arrival. I waited on AAA for 7 hours to get a tow. I had enough and called Rush Hour Towing, and 30 min later the truck was loaded and on its way. Very friendly, fast service

Great service! Dani in dispatch was a great help making sure everything was taken care of until Ivan got to me. Ivan did a great job taking care of my vehicle from start to finish. Would definitely recommend

Rush Hour Towing was extremely helpful in a difficult time for myself and family. Staff went out of their way to assist getting personal property out of a family members totalled out vehicle and storing it safely for pickup. Wow, this is the nicest tow company I ve ever done business with!!!!! Ivan was awesome and very gentle with my vehicle. I highly recommend them for personal and even business use! AMAZING!

Rush Hour towing took the vehicle to the wrong repair shop. Charged us $103. to go approximately 1 mile to the wrong place. The vehicle didnt get to the right place until the next day! When we called to complain, the owner says "haven't you ever made a mistake"? Yes we have, but then you try to rectify the mistake. Instead of yelling at us over the phone, the owner should have offered to reimburse at least half the towing charge. Their mistake cost us another day without our vehicle. It could have been done in one day. Very bad customer service.Inconsiderate owner.Service: Car towing

This was the only place out of four or five I called that agreed to come out and service me. Ivan towed my Tesla Model S from Tomah, WI to Madison. Very good price considering the distance and fantastic service from Ivan. I highly recommend this towing company Ive had my fair share of dealings with towing companies and this towing company is the only one that showed me they cared about getting my car back. Ivan, worked with us and it helped us out alot. There the best towing company we have ever dealt with. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate Rush Hour Towing. My friend accidentally locked her keys in her vehicle in my driveway on a Sunday evening. Most locksmiths in our area are closed. Rush Hour Towing was the ONLY place open in our area. They showed up to save the day in just a few minutes! They were extremely understanding!

These guys came thru for me at the end of a really bad day!! Dispatch was polite, personable and even listened to the crazy story of my day! The Driver was prompt, polite and courteous. Awesome friendly knowledgeable service. I used them twice and both times were exceptional. They even went above and beyond to aid me in diagnosing the issue with my truck as a courtesy. I highly recommend these guys!

It's been a good while now, but the gal I spoke with was exceptionally pleasant to conduct business with.I'm sorry I don't have her name; I'd love to share it here. She simply made what could surely have been a "last straw" kind of day a cool breeze on a warm day, the warm sun on a chilly day, flowers in full bloom late in the season.....get my point?She was an angel of mercy....a warm, friendly, down-to-earth gal. I appreciate people who are real, & her customer service was clearly an innate skill.

My car broke down 3 hours away from home... When I called Rush Hour Towing I was greeted nicely and given some very knowledgeable options that saved me and my wallet. They don't just take your money like other guys and make sure to understand what your needs are. But wether your looking for a local tow or a long distance tow... I would definitely recommend rush-hour towing to anybody in Wisconsin area that needs a tow or Minnesota, if they go into the state,they made my tow extremely easy and painless, and very very reasonably priced, and in my opinion, five stars is not enough!!
