Friendly staff. Gave me options on how to repair it. They even suggested the cheaper option. They were able to get my vehicle in at a reasonable time frame as well. Definitely glad that I took my vehicle there for repair.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Upfront, Rick's is a professional small business that takes care of its customers. The quality and timeliness of the work was excellent. I 100% recommend anyone looking for quality work to go to Rick's.I had recently gotten into an accident resulting in my front right tire rubbing on a metal bracket cutting into it. I stopped at Rick's, and he assisted me in getting the bracket bent enough to where it would not cut into the tire until I could get it into his shop.Rick completed the estimate for the truck right there on the spot and had the assessment back to me within the hour to provide to my insurance company to initiate the process of getting the vehicle repaired, a seamless process.I dropped the truck off on a Monday with the estimation that it would be done in the middle of the week. I called Tuesday to see where in the process the truck was. Rick returned my call and had completed all the work on the vehicle and just had to finish the paperwork. I picked up the vehicle on Tuesday at 4:00 PM.All in all, it is hard to find a good honest shop willing to work with and for its customers. I had a great experience at a shop that I highly recommend and will be going back to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great place. Very knowledgeable staff. I would've gave 5 stars but it is difficult to make an appointment within a reasonable timeline. Need more mechanics at this location.

The people at Rick's Auto Body were really nice. I always go there to get my oil changed and do all my little extras for my vehicles. They have very decent prices and hometown atmosphere. It's definitely a Hidden Gem

Excellent people. I was from out of town at Camp Williams and my alternator was acting up. I didn t have tools to do it myself or test if it was going out. They helped me out greatly and told me straight up that they didn t think I needed a new one. They could have just replaced it and charged me but didn t. Can t say enough good stuff about businesses like this! 10/10 would recommend!!!

This shop does really good mechanical work with great prices. They make recommendations to save the customer time and money. I highly recommend this shop.

Started coming over 2 years ago, would never go anywhere else, very honest, trustworthy and very good work, used to go to Chevy Buick dealer and pay twice the price, now I get excellent service for less money and I know it is done right the first time

they had a 3 wheeler for 4 months and couldnt get it running so they charged me a hundred dollars so i dropped it off at a friends and in 5 minutes he called and had it running pretty incompetent if ya ask me also they changed my brakes on my truck and forgot to tighten the bolts for the brakes i would never send anyone there and there greedy
