No appointment needed. Had a great experience today. Came in and was done in 35 minutes! Service team was terrific. Price was nice.. Free cookies! And coffee. Clean. Friendly. Cost effective. And detailed in explaining the car or truck you bring in...

Great service and friendly employees, but the new call center from Morries is awful...awful...awful. Over all, customers service has went down dramatically since adding the new call system, bigger is not always better. Brenengens customer service is why I have driven further for years just to come to Sparta for service and to purchase new vehicles, but the new system has me questioning if I will continue as it makes the entire process more difficult, not customer friendly, and more time intensive. Sparta Ford has been doing great customer service for years, why try to fix what is not broken.It would be 5 stars if not for the new call center system, this is not a reflection of the local employees.

Had an appointment today, over filled my oil and left old oil all over my frame, asked yesterday to get my tires rotated and balanced for my appointment today and they decided to only schedule a 30 min appointment and that they didn't recommend a balance. How about I asked you to balance them just do what I want.

Took my sons car there for oil change for I was taking this car to Virginia whom the car belonged to. The service advisor Denver was courteous and also noticed a plate light was out and replaced right away for safe traveling. He also checked all the fluids.. It was a very pleasant experience.

I had appointment for oil change & tire rotation. Appointment was on time, work completed within an hour. Denver (service manager) was polite & friendly.

Was having tire noise/trouble on the interstate and made it here at 6:00 on a Friday night. They got my car in checked it out and stayed till after closing time to fixed it. Amazing serivice!!! What a great bunch of people helping out a stranded family! I would give 10 stars!!

Don't be fooled by the open till 10 pm and no appointment needed moniker. Neither are true. Went in at 6pm for an oil change and tire rotation, was told " not tonight". So much for quick lane. I guess I expected better.

First time here and I'll be going back for future vehicle maintenance. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, they along with the maintenance personnel are thorough and keep you informed. Their prices are more than reasonable when compared to others. I reccomend this place!

Had my truck alignment done. It now pulls worse now than before. Now 2 weeks before they can fix what they made worse. "Sorry sir we can't get to it for two weeks" as im sitting in the parking lot and 3 employees are standing outside smoking and all the bays are empty.

Brought my car here for an oil change a few months back, recently noticed an oil leak from the filter housing. Upon inspection I noticed the lube tech failed to insert new O-ring on the filter cap. If you take your car here be sure to double check their work to prevent other issues as i had from the leak. Not really sure how this was missed as they would have had "extra parts" from the filter box. Not worth the hassle of my recent repairs that were caused by this simple error.
