I was greeted as I walked in. I was looking for wipers about was struggling to find the right one. One of the workers came right over and helped me pick out the right one and after ringing me up he came out and put it on without me even asking him to! Once that one was installed I tested it and noticed the other wiper needed needed replacement too and even though I had taken up a lot of his time already, he didn't hesitate to find the correct one and ring me up and go outside to install that one too! Extremely helpful as always!

Passing through on some work travel, my truck started missing. Called the store to see if they could get coils for me. Justin had ordered all six coming within minutes of my request. He showed me the eta and all. I showed up to the store, they borrowed me tools and even offered to help. Justin went above and beyond to take care of me. Another gentleman Douglas inside, offered his help in diagnosing as well. Small town America with good people. These two gentleman should be recognized for their hard work and professionalism.

Got caliper from them and was defective. Call Jonathan and he said didn't have another one but could get one tomorrow. Told him needed truck done tonight. Asked if had better quality caliper and he said if I wanted to pay shipping and wait two weeks could get one in. Said in very rude way. Would recommend going to different places to get parts.

Very helpful took care of what I needed & done it quickly. Also friendly & courteous. No masks required, handicap parking & entrance. Nice & clean store. Several different employees so make sure if you have a part set aside that you know who it was that set it aside so it will be found quicker & that it doesn't make you feel like you might have gotten the wrong store when you called. They have paint, car seat cover, floor mats, oil, filters, & etc for your automobile

Had a pretty good experience! Didn t need anything particularly complex, just some oil, a filter, and some sockets.The pack of sockets I bought had a mispackaged piece, so I brought it back and got an immediate swap for a new pack that had the right sizes that I needed for free.

I love oriellys as a whole, don't get me wrong. This specific one though doesn't know jack and they gave my husband countless wrong parts for my car even though he told them the exact year and engine type that they normally use to look this stuff up. He ended up spending $200+ on stuff he couldn't even use. Make sure you know exactly what you need when you go in there. Don't trust that they will find the right part based on the actual info you give them on the car/truck.

Went in knowing the Fram filter number needed but none of it's equivalents. Walked out with the filter needed

Very quick service. Went in and needed a windshield transmission. They didn't have one there, but got one there in about 45 minutes. This allowed me to finish my repair in timely manner. Very impressed so far, will continue to use.

Best service ever!!!! Renee has always been such a blessing everytime I have had to come in for various things! I come here because they understand customer service, especially Renee. She helped my son and I today and I wish I could repay her kindness and knowledge! Awesome experience!!

Employees are amazing Morgan has went out of her way to assist me and others every time i go there and ahe is working. Mr Silver fingers is just as awesome as he took time to talk with me and help diagnose a problem. Came to the resolve with no follow up visits then i find out they price match.Best Auto parts store i been to since champion in LaCrosse. A must fo for parts.

Called for parts to ha e them set out. They weren't set out and had one guy at the counter. Phone rang non stop while me and 4 other customers waited. Had to rebates. Would only let me use one.

Awesome service! The even let me trade my old car battery in for a $10 gift card. The employees are always easy going and try to assist you with all your car problems. 5/5

Open early and closes late on Sundays. The staff was very helpful when I went in for replacement brake parts and suggested a few additional items which they thought I'd need but I turned them down. Yes, I ended up needing those items... :+/ lol Great store!

I had a normal bad pain in my back and was unable to put a headlight on. The gentlemen who worked there said he was able to help me. I didnt do anything because he did it all.

Prices are good, as is selection. If it's not in stock, they can usually get it there in a day or two. The associates are friendly to a fault; they sometimes get chatty with the regular customers, causing a long wait for other customers.

I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sparta for any minor parts or tools that I may need specifically for my car. The associates are quite dedicated to their current customer. They take their time and try to answer any question that's asked. I've gotten actuators, wrenches, and mirrors from them and have been more pleased than disappointed.

I was able to walk in and out with exactly what I needed in about 5 minutes. The store is clean. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they had the part that many others did not.

Always gives the wrong parts. Than acts like it's always the customers fault. Never a smiling face when you walk in the place. Not so welcoming from the workers. They act like you bother them. Rather drive else where for parts.

Very helpful. The second time my gas cap was loose and dash lights went on. They pulled up the code and saved me a lot of time at the dealership.
