I was greeted with genuine smiles and was able to do a walk in oil change. They not only asked before replacing my air filters but brought them out to me to show me why. I received a text and email with a link that had a video of my car and the suggestions it needed. Finally I was given a print out of everything that was performed along with the suggestions. The experience was an equal mix of courteous and professional!

I drive about an hour and half to get my car serviced at Morrie's as they are reliable, have been able to get my repairs done in one day and have great customer service. Ashley in service was so helpful to me not just on my car but with me personally today. I can't thank her enough for the phenomenal customer service and support she provided. Due to an injury I couldn't walk well today, and she brought me water, parked my car close to door and made sure I made it safely to my car. Thank you Ashley

Everyone was so great to work with! Definitely made the car buying experience enjoyable. They stayed late to ensure all of our questions were answered and to process all the paperwork. Everything about this experience was wonderful! Definitely will give them business when we are in the market for a vehicle again!

I had an amazing experience with Shawn at Morries Ford. I originally started looking for a new car about a month ago I Test drove one of their 2023 Ford Broncos. I fell in love with that type vehicle. I told him I wasn't quite ready and I felt like after the test drive he would probably be hounding me about purchasing. To my surprise it was quite the opposite. He did reach out to me just to check in to see how the car shopping was going. Later he contacted to say he just received a 2023 eruption green Bronco just the color I was looking for. I am not joking when I say this was the easiest I have ever encountered buying a new car. Everyone including the sales manager were great. Thanks again Shawn, your were great and I will definitely send all my friends your way.

I do not recommend this place for truck service. I went there because I took a friend twice and figured, "What the heck, I'll give them a shot because it's on my way to work (Fort McCoy)." I dropped off my Ford Ranger on February 1, 2024, and asked them to change the oil, transmission fluid, spark plugs, and wires, check out the brakes, and please see why the check engine light is on.They sent me a cute video underneath the truck, and honestly, it made me feel like they did a great job. They said the truck was completely out of oil, which made no sense, but I believed them. Then they told me the brakes were good, but they still squeal everywhere I go. I figured, "Okay, maybe it's because it's colder weather in Wisconsin." I picked the truck back up the same day, and the only thing they recommended was that I fix the ball joints on it. I said, "I will wait on that. I just wanted a good tune-up." I left thinking everything was good to go.As soon as I got in the truck and cranked it, it was sputtering. The check engine light was still on as well. As I began driving it, I knew something was wrong. The following day I called and left a message with the service department stating that I still had issues with the truck and could not drop it back off for two weeks because I had to travel to Fort Knox (I am in the Army. We had an exercise). When I returned from my trip, I dropped the truck off that morning and caught a ride to work. I called the service department that morning at 0900, and the service representative told me that there would be a $150 diagnostic fee. I stated, "I am not paying you $150 to diagnose the truck when it runs worse than when I gave it to you. You guys did not hook something up correctly." The clerk and I went back and forth (I won't get into the specifics because it became an argument). Eventually, I told her to leave the truck alone, and I would pick it up. Later I called the General Manager and expressed my feelings. He and I went back and forth over this until he eventually said, "Bring it in, and we will look at it." So, we agreed. When I got to the shop that day to pick my truck up, there was a note on the front seat that said, "I chose not to do what they recommended initially so they would not be looking at it unless I paid the diagnostic fee." (By the way, they recommended replacing the Ball Joints, which have nothing to do with the electricity/plugs. Look at the receipts). This let me know that the General Manager didn t understand that the technician replaced my spark plug wires and that the truck could have been firing on only 3 cylinders. I left with my truck and made up my mind that they would not touch my truck again. I paid them $761, by the way, and I still don t know if they did what they said they did. Then I dropped it off at Dahl Ford in Onalaska about a week or two later. I explained my experience with Morries in Sparta. Within an hour they called me and told me that as soon as they checked the spark plug wires, the third cylinder wire was not hooked up (I was right on my assumption). They told me they would not charge me, and that I could come to get the truck. I told them to go ahead and replace my ball joints, control arm, and whatever else that needed to be changed out. I did that because I trusted what they were saying, never did they try to upsell me something. They were just being honest, and there were no cute videos (Smoking mirrors). I paid right at $2,000 here and felt great. The truck ran great after picking it up.Look at the receipts from both dealers. Again, I would not go to Morrie s in Sparta. If you scroll through their Google Reviews, you will see that this is a common trend, and they cycle through General Managers. Won't be going back to Morrie s in Sparta.

I've had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Morrie's, and Jamie, our salesman, made the experience consistently outstanding. Jamie's knowledge, courtesy, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. He goes above and beyond to ensure that you find the perfect vehicle. The dealership itself offers a wide selection of quality cars, and Jamie's pricing advice is competitive. His transparency and honesty in the process make buying a car a breeze. Thanks to Jamie, Morrie's is a dealership I trust and would highly recommend for a positive car-buying experience.

Charged for several services that were covered. When the mistake was brought to their teams attention, VERY little (if any) effort was made to correct or even confirm this information. Extremely unprofessional customer service.

Just about every time I go here one of the service desk representatives is so rude to me in one way or another. It is my local Chevrolet dealer so I go there because the mechanics do really good work. It s sad to be that darn rude, but given the circumstances I get it. Get a job that you are satisfied with and stop mistreating good customers.

Worked with Phil and Mark on pre-driven purchase and trade in. Our experience was what all consumers want when purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, honesty, openness, integrity, and fairness. It was our first experience with a Morrie s dealership and we will definitely look at them again for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you both for practicing reciprocity with your customers.

I have a major problem with the service department.I took my truck there to have a few things fixed and a full inspection done. My truck is a 2001 f350 diesel. I know it has a bad oil cooler and some suspension issues. And I'm working with a grant company that allows x amount of dollars for service. They claimed they couldn't get it to start and run. They claim it is "locked up" and they said it needs a motor. I have had other mechanics look at it before this and I know for a fact it is not blown up. With all this said they established its junk and then still charged almost 200 dollars and the results ended up getting me booted from the grant program. Long story short. They have lazy techs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR ANY SERVICE WORK!!!!! Also my fiance took her car there before and they couldn't even install a new air filter right. Checked it out after a service there and it was folded and not in place and the cover was not clipped in place.

They are about $30 to $40 more than any other place for an oil change. Osseo Ford was $65 and they were $93 for the same check over. Went in for the buy 3 tires get one for $1 was quoted $956 total with alignment and installation. They said the bill would be $1400 when asked where the other $444 came from they said shop supplies. When asked to speak to the GM the service department was told to give it at the price quoted and he never spoke with us. Stay clear shady business practices and price gouging.

We worked with Morrries salesman Jamie Heeter to buy our new F150. Unfortunatly a truck with the options we wanted was not available in the Morries system at this time. So Jamie spent 4 or 5 days researching Ford dealers in a 500 mile radius for a truck that had the equipment we were looking for. What he was able to locate, and that a dealer was willing to do a dealer trade on, was either missing an option we wanted or had some we didn't want. Nevertheless he would send the information on trucks he found so we could to see if anything was coming close enough to what we wanted. He stayed in touch with us and kept us updated on his search efforts. He suggested that we might try stepping up to the next higher trim package to see what was available. We did and he was able to find our new truck. Jamie, along with the Sales Manager Mark and General Manager Mellsa, made the sale effortless for us. These are very good people to do business with. I have even had Jamie get in touch with a good friend of ours to show him a truck he found with us in mind. It fits our friends needs so they are working with Jamie to put a deal together.

Highly recommend Morries Sparta Ford to anyone. Mark and Shawn worked hard to get a deal done. Not only did I get a great trade value for my truck but I was able to package it with my camper that I never used.

Great service experience at the Sparta Quick Lane. Dropped my Explorer off and when finished they text me to inform me it was finished. Manager was very thorough when explaining what was done and the condition of tires, brakes, etc... Manager was very knowledgeable much better than past experiences with Quick Lane managers.

Found the perfect vehicle online. Called and spoke with Neil making an appointment for a test drive. We live in Iowa and made the 3 hour journey and my wife and I are very happy we did. Neil and Eric were fantastic to work with and made buying our vehicle an easy and enjoyable experience. Thanks for the fantastic service.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY. I forgot to write this review when it all happened. This happened in the month of June. I took my car in for an oil change and whilst it was in there I wanted another small repair done. They quoted me it was going to cost me all together $200. They then kept my car for a total of 4 days. Morries contacted me and told me when they were installing the other part they ended up frying it. They broke my part by doing something completely simple. Then denied to pay for the part they BROKE, and then told me it was going to cost me upwards of 2 or more grand. I took a simple part in to get fixed. They broke it and then to get me to pay exuberant prices to fix it. This place is an absolute joke. I went onto Google and searched for my part. I found a company selling them for $300 I purchased it and it arrived on my door step. It took me 1 hour-start to finish to remove the part THEY FRIED aswell as install the new part. $300 and 1 hour of my time and I did it all. And they wanted 2-3 thousand dollars to fix it. I wouldn't be so mad but they broke a part and refused to reimburse me for it. I was so fed up I told them to piece meal my car back together and I will be there to pick it up. I was so sick of them, I still ended up paying $340, that extra 150 dollars was the hour they spent to destroy my part and I still payed that. I wanted to name the man that could've helped me and that was Manager Bryan. He refused to reimburse me for a part they broke. He was extremely unprofessional and advise everyone to have extreme caution when taking anything there and aswell as dealing with Manager Bryan.
