So I'll just start by saying WOW!! Besides having very reasonable prices, the customer service is top notch! Communication was excellent, and Larry was very accommodating to my situation, which allowed me to drive off in an amazing vehicle that I love more everyday I drive it! I could definitely see myself going here for any future vehicle needs, and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality vehicle at an excellent price, with amazing customer service. He also has an excellent detail technician who will make your vehicle look brand new again. Give this place a try for your next vehicle, the name of the business says it all!!

HANDS DOWN BEST PLACE EVER! I m blown away! I can t speak highly enough about Larry and Gr8 Buy Auto. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle or detailing! He worked with us, he s honest, not pushy, and so helpful. Cleanest vehicle I ve ever been in. He went out of his way. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Larry!!

I HIGHLY recommend Gr8 Buy Auto! We were looking for a great dependable family vehicle and Larry helped us get just that. He was amazing to work with and made the entire purchasing process so simple. We will definitely be going back when the time comes to get another vehicle!

If you're at that point in life where washing & waxing your car isn't "pleasurable" like it was when you were younger.......take your rides here. Recent wash & wax on a car that needed some love & it turned out to be very well spent

After visiting many used car dealers, Gr8 Buy was the answer to our prayers. We got a great, affordable vehicle for our teen that checked all his boxes and fit his budget. Scott was awesome and we will definitely be back when our next kid is shopping.

The owner is a very nice guy, they make you feel very comfortable and not so intimidated like other bigger dealerships do. I was blown away by how friendly the staff is and how clean the vehicles really are. Unfortunately, the vehicle I bought was not such a Gr8 Buy. Within the first 35 days of owning it, It's been towed twice and in the repair shop 5 times. I know that potentially comes with buying a used vehicle but still it's extremely frustrating especially when you are expecting it to be somewhat reliable. However, I was fortunate enough to have them split two of the major repair bills so that was very nice and really appreciated. I'd recommend them because of their customer service and detail work but on the actual vehicle part, I'd tell potential buyers to do your research.

I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Gr8 buy! Larry (owner) does not stand by his business name. At first, he seemed like a nice guy, but of course he was just wanting to sell a car.We purchased the 2011 Lincoln MKX specifically because of the guarantee Larry gave. I told Larry I have toddler twins. We were giving up a mini van in trade so safety, and reliability were our priority.Larry assured us written and verbally of the 3,000 mile, 1 month warranty. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle from Gr8 Buy I was Stranded. I contacted Larry and he told me to bring the vehicle to his mechanic (Davey s Auto Repair), and he will take care of the bill. Davey s Auto said on the phone, he replaced the power steering belt and the oil leak was from the belt breaking, but he sated he cleaned that, and everything was good to go. When picking up the car we were still noticing a noise, and oil leak. My boyfriend contacted Larry Immediately after picking the car up from Davey s Auto Repair. Larry said on phone we can take it to or own mechanic, so we did. Larry never disclosed that if we took it to our mechanic at West Central Auto it would void our previous contract.Since purchasing from Gr8 buy we have had to replace Belt tensioner, R&R serpentine, rear break rotors, R&R rotors, and LR wheel Bearing. Also, the transfer case leaks oil, ABS, traction control, stability control module keeps coming on when driving. We have paid out of pocket $898.78 within Gr8 buys 3,000 mile warranty. After sending the receipts to Larry he said you have to understand that I can only stand behind these used vehicles for so long. [SIC]We never once asked Larry to extend the guarantee, yet we expected his mechanic to resolve the problems expeditiously. This could have been resolved immediately. I wanted to resolve this amicably but he is unwilling to see our side. We were even willing to cut the cost he owes to half but he would not.Please Do not waste your time at Gr8 Buy!!!!

Larry is a great guy and truly wants to help all his customers. He goes above and beyond for them! I may never go anywhere else for a vehicle ever again besides though Larry. It's great to see a hometown dealership having good success and being a great person for all customers! I will always send everyone I know looking for a vehicle to him!

If I could give it zero stars I would. My experience at Gr8 Buy might be one of the worst experiences I ve been unfortunate enough to encounter. I bought a car here for 6,000 dollars. It looked good enough from the outside and drove fine. However, we always take cars to mechanics to get looked at before purchasing it. So we took it to Jb s auto repair in Sparta to be looked over to make sure the car didn t have any major problems. As it turns out, Gr8 buy called over to the mechanic and I m sure had him assure us the car was fine because the mechanic mentioned how him and Larry (gr8 buy owner) are good buddies and the car was in PRISTINE shape. So after we were told the car was in a very good condition we purchased it. Once we get back to rochester we had our regular mechanic look at the vehicle and he said the car needs over 8,000 dollars in repairs. After finding this out we called Gr8 buy and insisted we were bringing the car back after having it for one day for a full refund. He refused to work with us and didn t help us out at all. So after spending 6,000 dollars on a car we were forced to spend an even greater amount repairing it. Larry sent me home from Sparta Wisconsin to Rochester Minnesota during a heavy snow storm with barely functioning brakes and insisted the car was fine. This dealer is highly unprofessional and to be frank, quite sketchy. PLEASE do not waste your time here. They are ready to sell you the worst car for a high price. There are MANY other dealers worth your money and time that are not going to lie to you and I would recommend going to a dealer that gives you a time frame to return the car. This dealer specifically doesn t do that because they KNOW they are selling poor quality cars. They don t care about the customer, just the profit. They put on a good show and make it seem like they genuinely care about their customers and sending them home with good cars. Don t fall for it. Best way to avoid what I ve had to go through is to avoid this dealership ALTOGETHER!! Do NOT come here. And PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO ALL THESE PAID FOR RATINGS!!! I m giving it to you straight. This place is a SCAM! As if the name of the place didn t give that away. More like Gr8 Waste of Time!!! Thank you.

Great dealership, with great dealers. Jerry really helped me out when I was in need. Made me the best deal he could. I highly recommend coming to this car lot, if you ever in need of a new.. or better vehicle.

The salesman/owner here is a man with true integrity. I walked in and explained my situation and he gave me advice that bested me but lost himself a sale (for the time being). I look for business owners just like him to do business with because when I buy, I dont just buy the product.. i also buy the customer service. I'm looking forward to doing business with him in the future.

Got the interior of my truck detailed here. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job on my truck, and did a full detail on my brother's truck. I'll be back in the spring.
