The best experience for a bad situation. Had a trailer tire blow out in Wisconsin on our way to Louisville, KY. Arnold's was able to help us get on the road quickly and safely and we didn't miss a beat on our trip thanks to them. We are very grateful. Superior customer service!

Very good service garage. Robert is always great to deal with. They service all my vehicles from breaks to tires to oil changes. This small little shop is definitely what a small town auto repair shop is and should be. I have taken my vehicle there for years and have had nothing but good experiences. Love this place! When I lived in Sparta, it was the only place I took my vehicles. You can't beat a small town family owned business where they take care of their customers to the fullest! Would recommend to anyone.

I don t trust anyone else with my vehicle besides the Arnold s. They don t overcharge or bill you for things you don t need. They treat your vehicle as it s their own. Went in for new tires. Robert found an issue with my oil pump. It was under factory warranty. They want to charge me $230 dollars for a tow that was literally a 2 minute drive on the same street. I paid $180 for a tow that was from LaCrosse to Sparta just a couple of months ago with a more reasonable company, and to make it worse they told me they didn't care and that I should just have better insurance. I never leave reviews, let alone a negative one, but this place is HORRIBLE!

This is a family-owned business that has been serving the area for generations. Today, it was 32 below in the morning and my car wouldn't start. I called them at 8:15 and they were really busy. They got here about 11 and had my car running within 5 minutes. Service with a smile. I'm really happy with them

We were stranded, needing a tow, for our only car. After towing us and our car to the shop, Mike (Arnold) offered to drive us home knowing we didn t have a way to get there. We live 7 miles northwest of town in the boonies, and he generously drove my family safely home so we didn t have to call a cab. Highly recommended!

Left two high school students standing on the side of the road for over an hour waiting for a Tow. Driver called then and Arnold's decided not to tow the vehicle because they thought it was too muddy to pull the vehicle out. Didn't even go to the site and investigate themselves or bother to call and say they were not coming. Complete disrespect for someone stranded 10 feet from the road.
