I have usually gone to O Reilly s, mainly due to location. I have not had the greatest experiences with them in terms of customer service. I even tried the one in Black River Falls when I needed a new battery for my car. Again, the customer service was terrible. After that I was done. I needed a new bulb for one of my lights this week and decided to go to Advance Auto this time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and actually acknowledged that I was there. I will definitely be using them again!!

I am by no means fluent in car! Lol I have some knowledge and friends who are amazing, who either do work for me or teach me. Anyway, there is a competing chain in Sparta that I always feel thinks less of you if you are not positive on information when you ask about parts. Not very helpful with bad attitudes. The guys at Advance never make me feel that way and have always been extremely helpful and nice. I bought wiper blades at a store down in Illinois recently to go to put them on and realize something wasn't right with one of them. Long story. Anyway I went to this location, even though I bought them at an Advance Auto location in another state, to see if they could help me out with getting the right one. He was confused as to what was up with the wiper blade himself, again, long story. He had no problem exchanging the blade for the right one. So I want to thank Advance Auto in Sparta for just being cool guys and giving great customer service!

Very Rude employee working didn t even try to help me. He just turned me away so they are not LGBTQ friendly at all. Will never try to get supplies from here again
