I am Very happy that i came here to get my Volkswagen s steering fixed. My Car is driving beautifully & i will be definitely going back if needed. I love that they were very clear, honest, quick, fair, & efficient! No complaints!

Larry and his team are great to work with. I know I can trust them to do quality repairs and maintenance work, so this is where I choose to service my car. They are detailed in their estimates and explanations and always provide top notch customer service. Once I got a flat tire driving through Grant Park and they were able to help me out right away. Thank you for being an easy choice for my car repairs. Highly recommended!

Fixed rear brake issue, and was pleased to be told that it was covered by the 3 year warranty. They also discovered 2 screws in one of my tires and that they were showing signs of unusual wear and were also looking much older than the front tires. All 4 were purchased together. Thanks for your honesty and great service.

I trust everybody at SMCC. They are honest, trustworthy, and explain things in a way that I can understand. They update you on everything going on with your car, and take pictures as well! Chris is always super nice, and the mechanics do great work. Highly recommend!

I ve had so many issues with other care centers and garages trying to either overcharge me or get me to buy services that aren t needed. This place? They are amazing. The people are so so nice and they never charge more than what a job should cost. When there are addition things that need attention (they always check over the car for you) they give you recommendations, they take pictures, they explain it if you don t understand, and they give estimates with breakdowns for any services or repairs that you are looking into. They are very transparent about prices and services and the most trustworthy people I ve met.

I always buy my tires from Larry. He s honest and will repair before he sells. They also have the best mechanic Kyle who will explain any questions or concerns. Fast emissions testing as well.

Needed a battery on a Friday afternoon.. Staff was courteous and efficient. Went out of their way to get battery installed quickly so we could all start our weekend. I was very pleased and highly recommend this business!

I have been a customer with South Milwaukee Auto care for the past 25 years. I have all SUV maintenance performed there from oil changes, brakes to tires. Their expertise and updated knowledge helps with diagnosing any issue and highly skilled mechanics get the job done right.

4-19-24 Had my truck in for a few things. I received the same excellent service. Thank you Larry!My husband started coming here 2 yrs ago instead of many years of going to Toyota. He loves the great service, honesty & lower prices to have same work done. I am thinking of going here myself instead of my many years at Ford. It's nice to find a place that tells you the truth about your repairs verses others who only care about making the almighty $ for themselves.5-1-23 UPDATE: I started taking my 2003 truck here a few months ago instead of the dealer I bought it from new. I've recently had several maintenance repairs done by Larry & I have been extremely happy from beginning to end with each of them. Larry has been very professional, honest, polite & a great listener to my concerns & I trust him %. His staff are also great! It is hard to find such quality service & satisfaction anymore. Thank you Larry & staff for taking pride in what you do to please your customers & keep them coming back!

This place is the BEST! They are honest and will get the job done. I brought my car here when another shop said they couldn t fix my car issue and I would need to take it to the dealer they said. This place was in close proximity so I decided to stop in and ask if they could help. They were friendly and super helpful we made an appt that same day and they came through and fixed the issue saving me a ton of money by not having to take it to the dealer! This is my new go to for anything with my car. Also, they are great for emissions testing - super fast!

I have returned with my Ford F150.Amazing service.Truck was towed in. I drove out.Truck runs wonderful.Thank you for everythingMkkI returned to South Milwaukee Car Care with my 17 year old, Honda Ridgeline. Ithought it was maybe time to find a new vehicle. Well, I was wrong. They fixed my suspension, helped me with a tire sensor problem. Brake replacement and did General maintenance. Wow, almost like new. They are polite, patient with me, explained a way I can understand. Great repair work.I will always return for service.I have been a customer for a few years. Staff is always friendly and informative.I have an older vehicle. Over 200k miles. They do everything possible to make sure it is safe for me to drive. They explain the problems in terms I understand. I will always return for service. My family and I moved to Milwaukee a few years ago and went to numerous mechanics. South Milwaukee Car Care gave us the best service by far. They've communicated everything very clearly and we have never had any surprises. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares that you leave happy. The mechanics do a thorough job and relay any other issues they find along the way. This will definitely be auto shop we take our vehicles to from now on.

I know a few people who go here and always gave good reviews so I go here for my emissions testing well I stopped in last week and didn't pass but didn't fail it was rejected in other words system wasn't reading I guess so the guy sends me to the dmv well come to find out these test stations have the number you need to call so going to the dmv was a waste of time and unnecessary according to the lady/clerk at the dmv he essentially sent me on a wild goose chase when he could've just gave me the number to call
