I was able to work with the staff here to find my dream used car, a 2017 Audi Q7 Prestige and couldn't be happier with the car, their service and the price we negotiated on the final sale. All used cars have available warranties for them too. Stop on by and see what they have on the lot for purchase or ask them what they can help you find.

I took my BMW 5 series to get the brake light and service reminder checked. The issue turned out out to be a broken sensor and my tires needing replacement. Scott himself was there and showed me what the issue was. The staff was very kind and actually showed me and explained to me how the brake pads and all are supposed to look like. It is one of the very rare instances where the mechanics are actually willing to be completely transparent and walk you through the repair process. As the tires needed to be replaced and so the alignment came into picture as well. When I went to pick up the car, the tires were installed and alignment was being checked. To my surprise, the alignment came out to be fine and they actually took the alignment charge off the bill. Who does that? I have rarely experienced this kind of honesty and transparency. I absolutely recommend Scott's Automotive for any kind of repair work. God bless you guys at Scott's and I wish for you to expand in multiple states while keeping your values!

We were referred to Scott s by a friend of ours. We were in need of a fix after a hit and run. Scott did great work and kept the costs down as much as he could. He also wasn t stressing us about money up front or down payments to do the work. He was patient with us knowing we are on a budget and we had to work with our insurance to get the work paid for. The quote he gave satisfied our insurance agent enough that he didn t bother making us get other quotes. It s always comforting to know that there are great honest people in the world. The man needs to provide for himself and his family too but not at the expense of sticking it to his customers. We had an accident later on that year and we had the car taken directly to Scott s. He did the work and had the repairs done in a day or two. This time insurance wasn t paying but we still didn t get over charged. We are grateful to have Scott on our list of go to people if we are in need of any car related problems. Thank you Scott!!!

I was having problems with my truck and the oil pressure. Scott's made time to get me in that very day. The staff and technician were very friendly, straight forward and honest. They fixed the issue quickly and well and had me on my way that same day.

Got my straight pipe and Borla exhaust installed by Scott and crew in August of 2019, on my 2013 MINI Cooper S Countryman ALL 4. These guys were outstanding and recommended other modifications to further enhance the car's performance. Prices were reasonable, not to mention the time in which the got everything done. They accept NAPA Auto Care credit card and this was one of the reasons why I chose them. The second reason is because it was the best rated European car shop in the area. I highly recommend them.

I have been to many garages over the years, but Scott's Automotive is ,without a doubt, the Best! The Techs will Do WHATEVER it takes to find a solution for the issue. I left the shop feeling absolute confidence that everything was done proper, and that I could count on Scott's for all my automotive needs. I had a great experience here in a not-great situation. I was getting ready to tow a Uhaul trailer with my life packed inside of it to Denver when I noticed the running lights weren't working on the trailer. Uhaul couldn't figure out what was wrong, so I was frantically calling auto shops in the area to see if anyone could look at my wiring ASAP. Scott's was the fourth place I called and after being told I'd need an appointment by the first three shops, they told me they could see me right away on a SATURDAY! They were up front with pricing for the diagnosis over the phone, were able to find the problem, and even drove to a dealership to pick up the part I was missing. All the techs that came in and out of the office were very friendly and Scott, who worked on my car, was super professional and patient with explaining the problem and solution to me. The receptionist was also very friendly and understanding of my frustration with the delay in my move. I highly recommend this shop and I'm very happy to have given them my business. It feels like a family-run business and I appreciated that after trying to work with the people at Uhaul. My situation was really annoying, but I'm grateful that this shop was there in my time of need. I don't think any other place would have gotten my problem fixed as quickly as they did.

Untrustable and Unprofessional they will charge you for a lot of money for now reason. I had an issue with the taillight, and after they spent an hour and charged me for it they came the said we have to change the electrical module and will cost around $1000. I stopped at the dealership to get a second opinion before I spend all this money and Scott's estimate was close to the dealer estimate since they will order the parts from the dealer. After spending an hour at the dealer they came back and said all fixed and should be good to go, I asked what was the problem they told me it was a loose wire and they charge me way less than Scott's garage.

GREAT SERVICE! Scott and his crew are awesome. Great price on tires that beat Discount Tire and Costco. Have services that they don't even offer at some of the big guys like alignments!

My husband, Brian and I have taken our cars here on 3 different occasions. My best friend, Candice also goes here. Everytime I am amazed how great they are. They do great work in a reasonable amount of time for fair prices everytime. We will no longer be going anywhere else and they are 25 minutes from our home, but it is worth traveling for a great mechanic. Thank you Scotts Automotive for being fair and friendly.

RESPONSE TO OWNER:Lets go through the whole list of the times your shop and your never ending carousel of mechanics messed up:1. Car was brought in for a muffler and resonator delete. Car came back with a resonator delete only...because I was told it needed a special bend that he couldn't do plus he ran out of exhaust tubing or some other BS2. The car was brought in for a coil over suspension install. And no, it was never tuned properly as I was told by you and Nick. All four corners were set at varying degrees of stiffness instead of the implicitly instructed settings that I requested at time of install. (And I assume you don't understand what I meant by "tuning" because you didn't do it like you said you did) The car was NEVER brought in for any adjustments after the install because you told me it was "dialed in because he spent all day on it"3. Girlfriends car was brought in to diagnose an oil leak. You quoted me over $500 and six hours of labor to fix a problem that was 45 minute fix. I had to show you and your idiot mechanics how to do it because they were morons and wanted to take out the intake manifold instead of using common sense and going from underneath the car.4. Car was brought in for an oil leak. I was NEVER CALLED, NEVER QUOTED A PRICE and to my dismay it was almost $350 to fix a part that I was quoted by 2 shops at 2 hours labor and a $9 gasket. One shop was an actual dealer and it was $267.89 and the other independent shop told me it would have been about $220...so not sure which 5 shops you called but maybe you should stick to fixing the cars you have instead of wasting your time calling other shops to blatantly lie about how low your prices are...5. Finally, I brought the car in for cv axles, axle seals and control arms and once again I was quoted over $500 to do a job an independent shop did for $444. Because of the OVERPRICED oil leak fix I asked for a quote this time because your SERVICE MANAGER JOHN WAS RAMPING UP THE BILLABLE HOURS AND OVER INFLATING REPAIR COSTS!This place went from good to bad real quick...used to be great shop but the last two times I was there were a horrible experience. Over charged for an oil leak repair and the other reason for the car being there was never fixed. Then the next time I was there I was quoted $120 more for a repair then a very reputable foreign service shop quoted me. So I took my car there to be fixed only to find out that my coilover 32 way adjustable suspension kit that Scott's put in for me ($600+ in labor) was NEVER tuned even though I was charged for it...last straw! If you care about you car, take it anywhere else!

So.. you are afraid to purchase a "salvage or flood" vehicle? Wellllll, let me tell you about my "flood" car. I purchased a 2015 GMC Denali with 33K miles on it from Scott's Auto. Scott brought the car up from Texas where the hurricane had been and devastated tens of thousands of vehicles. Well why would I want to buy a "submarine" car that could potentially have serious electrical problems down the road, AND the TV news was warning people about buying cars that we're in floods in Florida and Texas. For one, the TV news as usual, only gives you half the story. They did not say that the TITLE of ANY flood vehicle BY LAW has to say it is a salvage or flood vehicle. Did the TV news tell you that? Hell no, all they said was to be careful about buying cars from Texas or Florida. They made it appear that one would never know you we're buying a flood car. For two, Scott will stand behind any salvage or flood car he sells to anyone. When Scott told me he would guarantee my car for 12 months or 12K miles whichever came first, well, the deal was done. Who do you know who does that? Guarantees a used car for a year?!?!? I paid roughly half of what the car if not a flood car was worth. I'm here to tell you a year later my car has had ZERO problems electrically OR mechanically. Sooo, if you want to drive a much newer vehicle, and want to pay THOUSANDS LESS for it, AND have a 12 month / 12 K mile guarantee. then buying a used salvage/flood vehicle is the way to go. When the time comes to trade this car in, I will certainly see what Scott has in stock as far as salvage vehicles.

Had my rear shocks and springs replaced today! Awesome service! I drove 1 hour from Madison and it was worth it! I will be going back for my front struts and springs in a couple of weeks. I think I found my new garage.

I take my cars to different shops around town and got problems you cannot trust them but when I met Scott and his team they are really good on what they doing I recommend this place to anyone for now on I take all my cars to them.

This place is a joke! I took my ac compressor bracket to get welded on Wednesday and on Friday it still was untouched! Would never recommend this place to anyone ever! Poor communication!!!
