Had a different tow company out first for a bad ball bearing, to tow my vehicle and ended up doing even more damage than was already there and just left it and made it my problem, Paul with Kicos Towing came out after the other company, and couldn't have been more grateful. With his experience and professionalism, even with the extensive damage done, the truck was towed and transported safely and unscratched, they treat they're customers property like their own, and put pride into what they do, I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again.

Great service from beginning to end especially considering it was a holiday evening and we needed a long-distance tow. Customer service person on phone was very kind, helpful and understanding. Driver,Tony, was very friendly,prompt and kept us well informed the entire way back to Illinois. They were up front about pricing and provided detailed receipt. Would use the company again if ever in the need.

Wow what a relief it was yesterday to have a reliable and professional human being like PaulShow up and get us and our vehicle out of harms way on 41 north outside of Kenosha.It was clear that tow was not his first Rodeo!He got us safe and sound to a dealership in Waukesha .He even waited around for us to make sure they had a loaner for us,And offered to help transfer our belongings to the other vehicle.Nothing can eclipse sheer human kindness.On an actual eclipse day.Thank you for meeting people in their most stressed , vulnerable moment Paul and making us feel safe and cared for

Paul was a great guy. He called and let me know his ETA and he got there within that time. He didn't tow me right away he decided to jump the car first even though I already had one and it worked. He was very concerned and kind. Thank you Paul, it wasn't a good experience working with my insurance but he was great.

Paul did his good deed for the year. In and out towing stopped by after I binned my car off of 94 into the ditch (January 11 snowstorm) and immediately left, with me still in the ditch. Paul drove by with someone already recovered on his flatbed and offered to pull me out. Absolutely a unit, pulled me right out, no damage, great attitude, exemplary Minnesota nice! I only rated 5 stars because they don't go higher!

Paul , came to pick up my car I myself he got me home safe we also had great conversation while getting me home, he went above what his job was and I was thankful for someone who cares about people and my car. I will recommend 100% just a good man. Thanks Paul.

The driver Paul was super helpful! He came to help quickly, was outgoing & very helpful !! He even carried my heavy boxes out of father trunk & brought them into the gas station so I didn t have to. Plus offered to let me warm up in the truck while I waited. Paul Should get praised for his outstanding customer service!!

A+ experience with Nick, who not only did all the things right (called with ETA, confirmed location, etc.) but when he got to my car he could tell immediately what was wrong and called to let me know what he observed and sent pictures to go along with it. That made it extremely easy for me to inform the dealership and get the repairs done asap (because he was 100% right)

Paul rescued us. He did an excellent job getting our truck out of the ice and snow. Not only was he polite, but he arrived to the scene quickly. Great work and definitely would recommend.

Won t call any other tow company! These guys are the best! I was recently towed from Brown Deer (25 miles and 40 minutes from home!) and didn t even consider calling a closer tow company! Thank you, Tony!!!! I appreciate everything you have done to help me! You are awesome!! Appreciate you and won t ever let another company tow my car! I would absolutely recommend that everyone in need of a tow, make this your first call! It will be your last, I promise!!!

There was a scary snow storm recently. Trees and branches were falling around my neighborhood including large branches from the tree on my parent's property. We were trying to move my car, but for some reason the car wouldn't start and I was very worried that the branches would fall on my car.I'm so glad that Quintin was working the Saturday after the large snow storm when the roads were still full of snow and difficult to maneuver. He was very kind, provided excellent customer service, and was able to help me take my car to the nearest dealership. Thank you so much Quintin for working on such a cold and awful day. I really appreciated you helping me out that evening!

My 2020 like new Ram 3500 8ft PU had a sensor fail while at the airport parking garage. It had to be towed to the dealer but the equipment could not fit in the parking structure, so the guys physically pushed it from floor 3 so it could be loaded and hauled. Traveled here from Turkey, after the rental car broke down Kicos was called. They arrived in 30 minutes and it was the best towing experience I've ever had. They made the situation so easy, thank you again to Tony and Kicos Towing.

I was extremely pleased with the this company. From time of call to the flat bed arriving was only about 20min. Gage, the driver was personable, friendly and careful. Took good care of my car from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Price was good. Even got me a receipt within a few minutes when I called in after the tow. Thanks guys! Great job! My son's car was broken into and after a tons of issues with a number of unnamed businesses and public servants, Kicos Towing was a breath of fresh air. They were 100% transparent with us and not only very professional with us, but SO empathetic and helpful throughout the process. Tony came to the lot, just for us, so we could get a police report finished. That kind of customer service goes a long way. I would recommend Kicos to anyone needing a tow in that area!
