I had a most excellent experience with Mr Fix It. On a Saturday evening my radiator cracked on the Interstate. Odai stayed late and waited for me to bring it in. He diagnosed and ordered a new replacement. He even offered me a ride! My car was ready by Monday at noon. And a very reasonable price too. Odai was not only extremely attentive and kind but fast and informative when fixing my car. I took it in last minute, and even though he was working on several other vehicles took the time to trouble shoot with me and do the repair on my car. Although it was a small repair I now have a lot of trust and respect for this dealership and will most certainly be bringing it back for bigger repairs in the future!Service: General repairs & maintenance

So I had been referred to have odai fix my car after I had hit a curb and caused my car to not be able to drive. I was a little worried to have him fix my car based on the reviews but after reading them and seeing that they all had the same story just slightly different words I knew that something was up. So when I went to have my car fixed I asked the owner what happened, as I was a little worried. And the audacity of this customer surprised me. People can really twist a story. The owner explained that this man gave his car to be fixed and when odai went to test drive it after fixing it and it ran out of gas, which is a small mistake that everyone makes. He then went to go get gas to fill it but the police took the car and the owner had to go get it, which odai said he would pay for and the guy came to get the money to get his car from the police but he came after hours and decided to open all the cars on the lot. Which they have on the cameras from the garage, leading to the police incident. I was so shocked hearing that this man did this and is acting like the victim and to top it all off he didn t pay for the work odai did on his car after odai gave him the money to get his car. I am just so shocked and angry that people would do this when odai was really nice and fixed my car within a week when it wouldn t even start. He even gave me a great price. I just want people to be aware that odai isn t cheating anyone based on one mans crazy story.

Recently, I found out that Odai Odeh crashed my truck, minor damage, because it ran out of gas and the sheriffs found the abandoned vehicle, my truck, on the side of the freeway and towed it to West Allis. Over the course of 5 months, up to now, I discovered that he never fixed my vehicle and he was just using my vehicle as his daily vehicle. When I visited the towing shop, I noticed immediately that the inside of my truck was messy, dirty, and filthy. My truck was completely trashed and my front license plate fender was crushed.Additionally, over the last 3 months, he has been avoiding me, so I just told him he could keep the $1500 and I just need the towing money, $370. He told me, if you want your towing money, come to the shop and get it. Once I arrived at the shop, he was a complete no show. 35 minutes later, he calls the police on me and they surrounded me and kept calling me a suspect. Honestly, I am not going to dive into the entire police situation, because as a Black Man, it was very traumatizing.Long story short, the police helped me retrieve my truck. Everyone, just stay away from this place. Save your money and time.

This was my first time visit and service. Odai is a great Mechanic. He is definitely passionate at what he does. His pricing was outstanding. He was able to complete the work in a very timely manner.
