Bring a lawyer to proof read your paperwork.... I bought a 2019 camry from this place with 21,000 miles on itcat the time. I paid 2,400.00 extra for a "EXTEDED WARRANTY" Which was supposed to be 5 yrs or 60,000 miles. So one would think after 3 yrs and only having 68,000 Miles on the car I would be covered.... hahaha think again. Apparently my warranty wasn't extended.. it was stacked... on top of a warranty from the factory. So I essentially paid 2,400 for a warranty that was good for maybe 10,000 miles... that never was needed. Now he can't have an adult conversation about the term extended without hanging up on me. He made his money and now he's done with it. Other people at the warranty place and somerset have agreed I'm right but because a certain box was checked I'm screwed... BE CAUTIOUS BUYING HERE!!!I'll be contacting a lawyer and the better buisness bureau! I'd steer clear of truwarranty as well!... far as your reply goes I call bullcrap... see ya in court! And if anyone buying here would like to hear my horror story please feel free to reach out on Facebook. I'd be more than happy to tell you the details!

Experience was great. Rebecca made my experience so fun and it went so smoothly!!!! They have a great line up of cars and communication before I made my decision was always upfront, honest, and timely!! I would definitely go back there.

Don't buy anything from this sleazy shop. I purchased a Jeep from them and it started having issues on my way home. They won't do anything to make it right either. They won't stand by what they sell. They will cover up issues, not disclose anything about the issues and once it's off the lot it becomes your problem and not theirs. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. EVER...

Just a heads up. At this small dealership you are buying a vehicle that was most likely purchased at an auction. These vehicles are very nice but sold as is They were friendly and easy to deal with, however I had problems with the vehicle just days after I bought it. They reminded me that I signed an as is agreement, which I did so I take some of the responsibility. At a large dealership they would have certainly taken care of the issues. Not here Lesson learned.

Ron at Somerset is totally awesome to work with at Somerset. I just purchased my third car from Somerset. They do anything they can to get you approved and close the deal quickly.

Great mechanic they do excellent work. They are honest and their prices are reasonable. I'm very picky too. I have dumped about 6 other mechanics lately. I recommend somerset sales and leasing highly.

Was kind of nervous about buying from a small dealership but everything went AWESOME! I DID take the car I was interested in to another place to have a pre-inspection done and it came out very good - I ended up buying the car and am VERY HAPPY with it!! Ron was so helpful and NOT PUSHY whatsoever- definitely will recommend them!

Scott and his team are excellent to work with. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them in the past two years. Scott is open and honest, professional and really cares about your needs. He is easy to work with, and more importantly he is upfront and fair!!I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Top notch customer service, and I mean top notch. You don't feel like you are being taken advantage of at all, like other dealerships, especially those larger ones who only care about volume and not the customer.Hats off to Scott, and keep up the good work. The man was very helpful. They got me in the vehicle I wanted at the down payment I wanted. When the first down payment was over my budget they worked with me to get in my vehicle at an affordable experience. We noticed the van needed a transmission flush and they did it for me while I filled out my paperwork. Thank you for working hard to get me in a great vehicle. And If you email them they are very quick at responding.

After waiting 3 months to write a review just to make sure everything was all good. I have to say, this is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I bought my first vehicle from them at the end of July and that one got totalled out the very next month. So with no money and no vehicle and a new loan that I haven't even begun payments on I had no idea what to do. Somerset Sales reassured me that I would be able to get into a new vehicle with no issues and they stuck to their word. Now I have a better vehicle than before. Scott.... You're so awesome!! They listen and understand your needs. You cannot go wrong with this dealership!! I will be sending people over their way!!

First time we bought a vehicle there, Ron was amazing!! He found us exactly what we were looking for.Second time we got another sales person. Told her what I wanted and she indeed did that....kinda. I showed up to pick up my car and the infosystem did not come equipped with the SD card needed to run the entire system. She told me that they would get it ordered ASAP. This piece of the car was a make it or break for me.it s been a month and several messages back to the dealership without any response or an SD card. They told me the car was in perfect condition. You wouldn t believe how well it was rigged to get it off their lot. The new tires were literally thrown on the rims. Not even in the same rotation. 2 were put on backwards and none of them were balanced. Had to fix the sway bar and the struts. Don t appreciate being lied to just to get a sale. We drove to get 2 hours for this specific vehicle.We will not be back.

From start to finish the whole buying experience was outstanding. They worked with me every way they could and were extremely nice and helpful. This dealership is great! I have worked with Jeff and Jeremy buying a few different cars through them throughout the years. Every time they've made the process so easy, they explained all the different options, helped me get good financing, and got me get a great deal on the vehicle. They were even able to help me trade in my car that had problems so rather than fixing it I was able to trade it in for a new ride. Even if they don't have the vehicle you want tell them and they will find it for you and get you a great deal. I highly recommend this place, thanks for turning a stressful situation into a easy car buying experience!

I had a wonderful and positive experience at Somerset Sales & Leasing. Aaron was courteous and knowledgable about the process as well as the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. JD was welcoming and very assuring throughout the process. Coming from 2 states away, they were fully prepared and ready to roll when I arrived. My new vehicle is exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely return when it's time to trade this one in. I highly recommend giving Aaron a call at Somerset Sales & Leasing. You will NOT be disappointed!

Scott was so helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. Helped me every step of the way and we figured a plan that worked for me, let me comb through the vehicle to make sure it was what I was looking for. The dealership itself I was impressed, not your typical used car dealer. Wide variety of vehicles for In my opinion, they have something for everyone. No pressure at all from anyone. I spent all day there and felt like I was hanging out with a couple friends. Even let me take an extended drive under a rental agreement so I could show my wife! In the end, I got the vehicle I was looking for. It was as described in the ad, My exp. was very good. I wish I would have come here 2 years ago, I probably would've gotten a better truck and not be here now looking so soon!! Thanks Scott and JD at Somerset, if I hear of any friends looking I will definitely suggest this place!

While searching for a particular vehicle, I came across the exact one at Somerset Auto. I worked directly with Ron LaForge from the test-drive through the purchase signing. I can't recommend him enough. Ron made the entire process easy, fast, and convenient within my timeline and availability. He quickly responded to my questions, and after-purchase follow-up emails.Thank you for all your assistance, Ron! I've not been this thrilled to own and drive a car in two decades.As an FYI: There's two different locations. I suggest potential buyers call ahead to ensure the car they wish to test drive or look at is at the location they want to visit. In my case, the car I was looking at was located at their River Falls location. I made a simple phone call, and Ron had it driven up to Somerset for my test drive.

Want to say thank you to Scott and JD for the great experience of buying both my vehicles from you guys. They were very helpful in helping me find what I wanted and not being pushy to buy just anything they had on the lot. They respect what I was looking for and the best thing I like about Somerset sales and leasing is that their were up fornt and honest with me but they were still willing to work for what I wanted. I can honestly say that I will never go to any other car dealership. Scott and JD thank you once again for the amazing hard work and determination on finding want I asked for. Thank you. I will be happy to recommend you to other people.

I traded in my old car for a charger, and JD was extremely helpful with the transition. They never hassled me and stayed right in my comfort zone with prices and worked with what I had, no problems. I should have come to them first, it would have saved me so much time! it took one day to get a new car and Scott smoothly settled all the papers! ill definitely recommend them!

Just purchased a 2018 Dodge Durango, worked with Jeff. If we could give 6 stars, we would. They are fair, honest and very easy to deal with. Probably the most fun car transaction we've experienced. We discovered a missing floor mat in the new vehicle. They delivered it over a half hour away to our hotel on a Saturday night.Talk about service!

I just bought my first car through Somerset Sales and Leasing and it was definitely a wonderful experience! Scott was extremely cooperative and helpful, he did everything he could to make sure that I got the car I wanted. I wouldn't recommend anybody else, and I'll more than likely be getting my next car through them as well! Thank you again, so much! I love my car!

I am so pleased with the service I received from the Staff at Somerset Auto Sales!! They got me into the car that fit my budget and the one I wanted. Bob and Scott were some of the best salesmen. They were patient with me on getting them the info they needed to get me financed. I am very pleased with Somerset sales and I will go back for another car purchase in the future. My boyfriend and I HIGHLY recommend Summerset Auto!!!! We looked everywhere trying to find a good used reliable truck he could afford. My son told us to go here and that was the best advice he could have given. Scott took excellent care of us. He did his best to find the best finances to fit our needs. I will definitely go back here when I need to trade in my vehicle. Very friendly staff willing to help in any way!! Thank you so much Scott for going above and beyond for us!!!!!!

We just purchased our second car from Somerset Sales and Leasing. Both times, they made it a quick painless process. For our first purchase, they met us at a central location so that we could test drive the vehicle. One our most recent purchase, the paperwork was even prepared ahead of time when we were in a major rush (sometime when your old car dies it's not at a convenient time) so all we had to do was stop in, sign and we were on our way. We will be using them again without a doubt! Honest, fair prices and service that can't be beat.

Called a week prior to visiting and spoke with Scott. As the dealership was 3 hours away, I wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of prior to going to make sure that I was coming home with a vehicle that day. I suffer from a neuro disorder and explained that multiple trips back and forth would be incredibly hard to do. Scott worked with me ahead of time, had me approved for multiple vehicles, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure the entire process was as easy as possible for me. Upon arriving, there were no surprises with the process and after a short time I had driven away in a new truck that I wanted. Well worth the drive and he may have found himself a new customer in my father in the near future. I definitely would recommend taking your time to talk to them if you're in need of a vehicle. In the future when I want something new this definitely will be the first place that I come back to. Thank you again Scott and Somerset!

These guys are absolutely FABULOUS!!! Mitch helped both myself and my parents get new reliable vehicles. I've never been to a dealership that did so much for their customers. Super friendly and just flat out super awesome!! Definitely my go-to dealership!!! Their time and effort will always be greatly appreciated!

I bought a vehicle from Somerset sales and leasing just over a month ago. With all the anxiety I had about purchasing a vehicle they made me feel comfortable and made the process as relaxing as possible. Scott and JD did everything they could to help me get into the vehicle I'm driving today. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend anybody to go there and try them out and I hope you have an experience like I did, an AWESOME one!

Very happy - a dealership with integrity. I found a good car there, and I signed an agreement to purchase it. After I signed but before I had completed the purchase, others also said they wanted to buy the car, some with offers over the asking price. However, since they agreed to sell it to me at the asking price, they kept their word. Highly recommend this dealership!

My car died today and I needed something pretty quick. Jeff was able to get me a good running SUV that fit my family and my budget. I also liked having a few options to pick from. I am also very pleased with it being such a quick process. I applied online sent alot of the necessary items through email I just had to show up, test drive, sign and go.
