I had power steering fluid that made a mess under the hood of my honda. I told them I just did the brakes and I noticed this. I dropped off my car and the next day they got back to me. They told me that I needed a rack and pinion and a power steering pump which was going to be just shy of $2000. I said I had to think about it and I got my car back. I took my car to another shop and he looked at it. He told me there is NOTHING WRONG with my car at all. He said that the fluid came out of the reservoir tank when I moved my wheels manually when doing the brakes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Best service we've ever had! Very nice people! My husband and I were driving from Minnesota and our car started to make a strange noise. I called them and explained what was happening. They said bring it right over they were closing in 5 minutes. They took it for a test drive. They fixed it right up free of charge... (Was the plastic covering under the car flapping in the wind) if we lived out here we'd 100% go back. I would recommend them anytime! Thanks guys!!!

We highly recommend Northview Service Center. Their customer service is fantastic. Friendly, professional, fast responses and honest. We got two quotes for a power steering hose replacement on the same day, and Northview saved us a couple hundred dollars! They were able to get us in the next day. Everyone was so helpful and they were willing to work with my third party warranty company. They had expected the repair to take around 1 week, and I had my car back in half the time. They provided a courtesy car which was great. Would recommend and definitely coming back here in the future!

I've taken my vehicles a number of times and every time has been a positive experience. Fast, professional and never even a hint of shady upselling. They've even provided a loaner vehicle while mine is being worked on. Excellent family owned business, well respected within the community, will give thorough assessment with costs, reasonable costs...maybe 10% higher than a shade tree mechanic but with professionalism and someone that stands behind their workIf Dan tells you that the tie rod is going to go in about 3 months, as he did with my husband, you better listen. My husband's went 3 mo almost to the day and nearly caused a very bad accident. We always listen now!

I am new in town and had the unpleasant experience of a few car repairs. Having only had one mechanic for my entire life, I had to reach out and use a new company. Amanda and Master Tech Troy have been great to work with. Amanda is always friendly and Troy s work is accurate and professional. I am glad to have had the luck to find Northview to help me with my needs moving forward.

Professional car service, when we need it. Great about giving us estimates for a particular repair and holding to the estimate. They have proven to be price competitive time and time again. We now purchase our new tire sets from Northview Service Center in addition to the only shop we go to for our car repairs. They are good about mentioning other concerns while doing the job at hand without pressure to fix those concerns; however, we appreciate them bringing it to our attention. Northview Service Center is a business we trust and recommend.

The exterior gas cover would not open. They opened it free of charge though a repair was needed (I verified this with my own testing). They ordered the parts even though I didn't want the repair done for two weeks (it wasn't cheap). I know that they gave me a fair estimate and work was done on time. I have recommended this shop to many co-workers and they - my co-workers - have always thanked me for the tip.

the front office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the techs had an oil change and tire rotation done within the hour definitely recommend this shop for any auto needs

I was spending some time staging a property in Somerset/New Richmond area (I'm a Realtor), however I'm from St Paul. I didn't know my way around nor did I know who I should go to about getting a patch on my tire. I had to make a long distance travel the next day about 2 hours away and needed it done soon! I called around, explaining my situation and Northview moved some things in their afternoon around and told me they'd get me right in! Thank goodness! As I was there to drop off my car, I thought to ask about a special they had advertised on the front window."4 used tires for $200 l" total!The guy did not pressure me one bit, but answered my questions for me and then checked to see if they had the size to fit my rims. They did! And it was true! No hidden fees whatsoever! I would have had to wait there for a while and the worker knew that. He offered me to take their loaner car to go get done what I needed to get done while waiting for my car to be good to go. This was Free of Charge!!! I couldn't believe it! The service was superb and they are friendly and willing to go above and beyond for customers. Even being an "outsider" from the cities, they treated me like I was a friend.Highly recommend Northview Service Center!Amanda

I called 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday with a flat tire they told me that would fix it and to bring it in because they didn't want me to drive on it throughout the weekend. They were very friendly when I arrived and fixed my tire. Very reasonably priced and great service. Thank you for staying late on a friday! You have a customer for life! I will recommend to everyone I know!

We moved to the area in 2018. Our neighbor recommended Dan. We have been very happy with Northern Service. They are honest and provide service at a reasonable price. Love that they have loaner cars. I can t say enough good things about Northview! Service is spectacular and done in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and helpful. We ve been bringing our vehicles here for years and have never had a problem. So thankful for this place and the piece of mind they ve given us when the stress of a car problem has come up!

All my family has Northview as our only consideration for our mechanical needs. Just use them once and you will get it. Actually a conversation piece when we're together. I was on the road in Texas and got a $2100 quote just for parts. Drove back home to Northview and was $364 parts and labor.

I have been Northview customer for over 20 years with a variety of vehicles and have never been disappointed . They do not recommend work that is not needed as some other places do and are very honest to deal with. Dan, Jon, Eric and crew are always there to help. 5+ stars
