My sincere thanks for finding us outside your place on Labor Day 2022. Even though you were closed for the holiday, you sold us a battery and your friend installed it! Your kindness and a safe trip home to Chicago was very much appreciated. If I lived closer, you would be my go to place!

Phenomenal customer service! The owner Scott went above and beyond for my family. We experienced some car issues while driving through the area. Scott helped us problem solve while also making sure my kids had a little snack and some toys to play with while we waited. We are grateful beyond words. Best wishes on your new store! Awesome and very knowledgeable staff. I was coming along way from home to build an off grid homestead and needed a part for my truck. So much snow packed in our tires made the car all shaky over 60. Pulled off to get it out and a very nice young man came out to ask if we needed help. He confirmed it was a tire balance issue and suggested getting as much out as we can and a car wash to melt it. Did the trick! No bumpy ride on the way back to Chicago!

This NAPA store is very helpful! My husbandneeded some tire work done. They found the leak, it happened to be around the rim. So he took the tire off the rim and ground it smooth, then mounted the tire. I asked how much and he said no charge. Great guy great place.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The customer service is by far the best I ve experienced!! Not only did the owner lead me to the best priced item, he took the time to install my wipers too. What would have been a rather mundane trip to a parts store, was a wonderful experience! They have my business from this day forward!

Recently stopped in for first time to get part for my John Deere tractor , Scott was very helpful getting the part I needed ! Part was ordered and came in super fast ! Had some ? While working on my tractor Scott went above and beyond to help me get some info ! Very impressive service ! very clean & well organized parts store highly recommend this place for all your auto parts need ! Thanks again!!

Great service! Passing thru and needed a few tools to replace the windshield washer pump purchased from this store. The O'Brien's (owners) went out of their way to to make sure we had what we needed to get on our way. Windshield wash pump is a necessity on slushy/salty roads! Highly recommend this business and owners.

Legit business run by truly great people that have been in the Solon Springs area for many years. You won t find a more ethical and customer service-based group around. This is the only place for 50 miles to get anything you need relating to your tractor, truck or car. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Nice owner that will help you with finding parts and ordering parts they don't have in stock. Stopped in a few times to purchase supplies and was always treated well. Great place for auto parts and tools.

Needed some diesel DEF fluid and antifreeze. Had a check engine light come on day before. Scott and his Dad got my code read, answered the PID, and had us back on the road, light off and back in business! Great people!!

We just purchased a battery for our ford fusion we were unable to put in our selfs (hubby had recent surgery) but the owner helped us greatly by putting it in for usthank you ...thank you .. your store and your hospitality is great ...thank you folksGina & Joe

Everyone here was awesome I needed air for a tire and they filled it and let me borrow a grease gun to fill the wheel bearings if I every need car stuffs and I'm in the area I'll be going here!
