1st class service all the way. Been in for several oil changes along with a tire purchase and detailed cleaning on our challenger that had a run in with an unknown substance that almost brought the wife to tears. (Before & after pics) Thanks Tim!! Outstanding work. Professional and courteous all the way in the service department. Salesmen there are good too! We were just waiting on our car getting cleaned up and walked around to check out the latest inventory. Nice gentleman just hung out with us knowing we weren't actually there to buy but entertained us nonetheless and was by no means pushy or just "looking for a sale". Believe me, looking at all those awesome shiney vehicles, it was tempting! Back to service though... Outstanding. Follow up after our visit to make sure everything was done to our standards was terrific as well. This dealership has our business. We know we are in great hands with our investment.

Really friendly environment the salesmen weren t pushy when I walked in. As far as the negotiating and overall buying experience it was the best I ve experienced. I wasn t hassled to buy thousands of dollars worth of warranties and extra services. I picked what I wanted added and if I declined a service that was it. Would highly recommend uptown to anyone.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Uptown, and service both 100% with them. The staff if polite, professional, and through. I know quite a bit of the service professionals by name now, and I have NEVER had a poor experience. When I move to purchase my next vehicle, Uptown will be my first stop, and I cannot express how pleased I always am after a service appointment.

Yet again, I had another great service experience at Uptown Chevrolet. In and out with no delays and everyone was friendly and made me feel like I was the only one getting my car serviced, when in fact they were really busy. Had tires put on and when I got the truck back the entire inside of truck was cleaned and detailed! This place is amazing. Love going there!

Matt Klenz is fantastic to work with in sales, Uptown also has great service even when the parts are hard to find. They do a great job of communicating and helping the customer feel welcome for sure. I will continue to buy my cars at Uptown in the future.

This is my go-to car dealership. I leased my car and have been getting oil changes from them throughout the past 2+ years and every single person I've interacted with here is genuine, nice, and helpful. Their customer service is top notch and I never feel uneducated or scammed when I visit.

From the minute I contacted Uptown, Sydney was amazing getting the info I requested in such a quick turn around, even considering the vehicle was not ready for sale yet. She was not pushy or constantly bothering me like other dealerships. She held all appointments, was on time and very flexible to my busy schedule. Everybody I dealt with were nice and very helpful getting me through the purchase. I will definitely contact Sydney in my search for my next purchase of Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit.

Had an issue with my car that is still under warranty.They adressed it and fixed promply in a professional matter. They offered me a loaner until car was repaired. The entire staff has been nothing but friendly.I have been taking my cars there for the last 8 years,and never been disappointed.

Amazing place! Excellent customer service & workmanship down to every detail! Definitely highly recommend for any of your car needs!! Absolutely happy with every & all dealings I've had with this company! They have made me a Life long customer with no doubts ... You will not be disappointed!Henry was my salesman ... super knowledgeable, polite, and helped me get everything that i desired in my next vehicle purchase, answered any and all questions I had, and made sure I understood everything before i completed my purchase, and made sure that i was absolutely happy with everything and aquired everything i desired, and has been my go to for all my car needs! He even checked in with me afterwards to make sure everything was going smoothly and that i was still happy with my purchase!Mike also did an amazing job on my car in the body shop as well!! One super satisfied customer!!!

I stopped in for a little tweaking on my vehicle.During my wait, I looked around and discovered a newer Jeep product that I just had to take pictures of. (Nice color too.) Jeep now makes pickup trucks. Enjoy the pics everyone. Awesome looking vehicle.I was very pleased with my service today.

Just wanted to say thank you to the service department. We have been having our 2017 pacific serviced here since we bought it. From John Smith to Tim (not sure last name) They always keep us updated on the vehicle and are very honest with us. Two weeks ago I purchased a ram promaster 2500 from uptown motors. I live about 3 hours away from this dealership so I couldn't really go look at the vehicle to see it's condition. I worked with Blake Verken he's one of the salesman at uptown motors. Blake sent me several pictures showing little dings in the vehicle. he was totally up front and honest. Blake was a pleasure to work with, and a man of honesty and integrity. He didn't try to hide anything. When I went to see the vehicle in person, it was better than he described it and it was immaculately cleaned. I 110% recommend working with Blake and uptown motors for any vehicle you need. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I have taken my vehicles here for a long time for their oil changes. Most recently I took my van in for an oil change and to check out why the check engine light was on before my family and I moved to Florida. Adam went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my van and to get it fixed. Words can not describe how thankful I am to him for all of the work he put into my van and going the extra mile to make sure my van was in great condition for my drive to Florida. Highly recommend Uptown!

I had previously been getting work done on my truck from a different dealer. Had an issue with the truck and my current dealer did nothing to help me. The truck is a 2019 lease with only 20k miles. I decided to call Uptown and Tim the service advisor met and exceeded my expectations. He was very helpful, honest, and fixed and returned my truck good as new in a quick time frame. I highly recommend this dealer and Tim deserves the recognition for what he did for me. I will highly recommend both him and the dealer to others.Thanks again, Mike Scott

Henry was great - I went in shopping around and getting an idea of out the door prices, he not only got me to buy when i said i wanted to sleep on it, but he did it and made me happy at the same time. He got me the vehicle i wanted, even though it was not on their lot, got it delivered, at a price i was agreeable to, and got me more than others for my trade in. Very happy with my experience.

Matt Klenz was our used car salesman who helped us purchase a used 2020 1500 Ram Longhorn. He was very pleasant to work with. It was a no pressure experience which is so refreshing. The used car sales manager Josh was also nice to work with. Overall the whole process went very smoothly and was comfortable. I would definitely buy another car from the Uptown Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership. I highly recommend them and the salesman Matt Klenz if you re looking for a vehicle.

Once again, the fine folks at Uptown came through for me. From Mark Pentler to Josh Schumacher to the on floor guys like Rol and Justin. Tim in the service department, just everyone! These people are the epitome of what a professional, experienced, caring car dealer should be! I have purchased vehicles from other dealers, but not for the past 10 + years. Every thing I need, every question I asked, every item I was maybe a bit unclear of was expertly explained, and at the end of the transaction I think the best possible outcome once again occurred -- everyone left happy! Uptown not only begins with "U", they really and truly go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic experience, not just during the sale, but for as long as you own your vehicle. I can't imagine buying my personal or business fleet vehicles from anyone else. They are just a short hop north of Milwaukee, and well worth the trip. Thanks again Uptown, for reinforcing that there ARE great people in the auto business, and it seems like they all work for you!

Great Sales Experience. My sales person was super nice to work with, extremely knowledgable and made the process of selecting and ordering my new Wrangler Rubicon, was perfect. Then I was able to drive it off the lot a short six weeks after order it. Far from the experience with other manufacturers of late with year long order cycles. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible experience buying a car, wouldn t recommend it to anybody. The finance manager lied about my financing (told me a co-signer would not affect my interest rate), it did by over 5% interest. Gave them $3000 deposit towards a car and didn't have my sales manager (Justin Thimm) or salesman (Rolland) return a phone call of mine for 12hrs+Do not waste your time.
