Sydney janz was excellent. She explained everything to us. She went through the vehicle thoroughly with us to make sure we understood what all the options were in the vehicle. I was in and out of there in just a few hours. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend uptown to anyone seeking to purchase a new vehicle.

I stopped in the Express service for an oil change- in and out in less than 30 minutes! Great service and answered several questions for me. Even looked up my account and found that my oil change was pre-paid! Whoo hoo saved money too!!

I purchased a car for my daughter there yesterday. The process was fast and efficient. There were no underhanded sales tactics. Very straightforward. After going to at least 35 different dealerships over the last 4 days it really was just the best experience.

Marco and Aaron were great to work with - they kept me informed on the progress of the arrival of my new vehicle and they were fun! I was never made to feel like "this is a woman, so we can take advantage of her" and they were both really good about answering any questions. Also, Tracy in finance was amazing!! Love her!!! She was great, explained everything in layman terms and she was super fun to chat with! I would definitely recommend Uptown to my friends and family!

I was in the market owing to an unfortunate accident, having always only owned Honda's before with a hybrid being the vehicle I was looking to replace. I was impressed with the reviews of the Bolt EUV with its features and EV range and while shopping around for one, Uptown Chevrolet's outreach to me was great and made them the pick of the dealers I was contacted by. I worked with with Sydney Janz who was awesome to work with throughout the process. After getting a good idea of what I was looking for, she was always prompt and efficient on all subsequent follow ups about timeline, pricing, financing etc. My vehicle was ordered last month in my chosen trim with the exact packages I wanted, and it was a pleasant surprise when it came in sooner than expected. I picked it up last week , and taking delivery was just as quick and efficient as the lead up to it had been , I was given an overview of the vehicle, signed up for the app and given a tour of the vehicle and a test drive with the convenience and safety features explained in great detail. I happily drove off the lot in my first Chevy , very first EV too , and am extremely happy at what a pleasant car buying experience it ended up being all around. Thank you Uptown and thank you Sydney ! Very highly recommended!!

The guy I checked in with was really nice and helpful.I had a tire pressure monitor replaced because I used fix a flat in it. I'll never use that stuff again. Live and learn.I figured since I have it the shop I might as well get an oil change as well.Nice waiting room with snacks, coffee and bottled water.Everyone was pleasant and the work was done perfectly.Will definitely go there again.Thank you.

Even though it was a long process and we had some struggles with Chevrolet I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so helpful and always kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. This is my second purchase from Uptown and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Scott was able to get me in even though the shop was really busy and booked. Surveyed my problem, explained it to me clearly, fixed it in a very timely manner and sent me on my way safely. I must comment Marco Gomez and Aaron Nett in the Chevrolet dealership in Slinger who went above and beyond their duties and responsibilities to ensure the my dream was fulfilled.

It was easy to get an appointment and the work was done fairly quickly. When entering the service area there was someone there to receive my vehicle, but they could have been more inviting/proactive about greeting me. Check out was easy and quick when the work was done.
