We have had several minor repairs done at Schaefer's. They are always friendly and communicative. I think their pricing is fair and they're fairly quick with the turn-around. It's also convenient to be able to drop off/pick up at their gas station when the service center is closed. One time, I had a tire pressure issue that i couldn't resolve with just adding air and they came out and fixed it on the spot (no charge). Highly recommend Schaefer's.

I needed to have my vehicle emission tested before the end of November. It was the day after Thanksgiving and every other local shop was closed. But Schaefer's got me in right away and on my way in a hurry!!Very friendly, very accommodating.

Shout out to Schaefer's Service Center... Drove up from Fredericksburg, Texas to Slinger for a business trip, and had some vibration issues with my truck during the drive. They squeezed me in and got it fixed in a couple of days ready for my return trip. Thank you everyone!!

Schaefers replaced front and rear brakes on my Ford F150. The work was performed in a professional manner and the brakes function as they should.The service writer Katie was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I went in for an emissions test, and it may have taken, maybe 5 minutes.In the short period of time I was there, I noticed how nice the place looked, how nice everyone in the office was and how efficient everything was moving. They may not have thought so, but I did.Thank you for your fast friendly service.I now have a mechanic shop "I" trust 100% !

I stopped in because I got a low tire pressure light while on a longer trip. Although it was almost the end of their day and they were very busy, they looked at my tire and located non-repairable damage. Since the radials should match and I was hesitant to purchase 2 new tires, they called numerous tire shops until they found 2 matching used tires with good remaining tread that fit my vehicle, drove over to pick them up, installed them, and charged me just over $100. I was afraid I'd have to purchase at least 2 new tires with each costing more than that. Truly a great group of people, who took care of me like my last name was Schaeffer. Highly recommend them!Service: Auto tire replacement

Had an alignment and wheel balance/rotation done. Made some special requests and had a good experience. Truck rides great again and service was top notch. Shuttle service was great and was a factor in choosing this place. Had a nice talk with the driver!

This is one of the best places to go for your auto maintenance, hands down. I had problems with gas smell in my car and I took it to two different places including the manufacture's dealership. They all could not diagnose the issue until I found Schaefer's Service Center. Bob was very nice and friendly to speak to. They diagnosed the issue the first time, ordered and parts and got it fixed for me. I can now drive the car feeling much safer.The customer service experience was top notch. Bob was great to work with and I am so happy with the service I received that I am willing to drive about 40mins to have my car maintenance done.Bob, I really appreciate the excellent customer service you provided each time I was there. I had a flat tire while traveling I-41 southbound. They got me safely off the side of the interstate and did everything they could to help me out from there. I totally recommend them!

Nicest staff!! We were on our way to a flat tire and they were nice enough to let us stay warm with our pup from the cold. Did a great patch job in a timely manner to get us back on the road! Thank you so much!

I had a great experience. I needed my vehicle emission tested. The customer service person at the counter told me exactly what they could do and how long it would take to have it done. They charge me a modest $10 fee and completed the inspection filled out my online application for my renewal stickers for my license applied the stickers and graciously thanked me for stopping by. They also shared a list of the services that they provide. This is an awesome company.

I called to make an appointment to have all four tires replaced on my light duty truck. Tires were delivered ahead of schedule, alignment was completed and truck was delivered as promised. Very pleased once again and I will be bringing both my personal vehicles as well as my business vehicles in for service .Thank YouServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

They were quick and got my emissions done in minutes. Haven't had same experience before since they couldn't figure out how to plug in computer to BMW . That car went in 3 times. Funny how we can do it at home.

Super expensive not willing to work with you and will out source work to thee most expensive place they can definitely would not recommend. And they left my car unlocked anything could have been stolen out of it!

The best service center we have every worked with. Extremely helpful even on short notice. Give honest opinions and explain rationale behind recommendations. Never pushy. They have always simply provided a sheet with recommended due maintenance and leave it to me to schedule at my time and budget convenience. They always treat my wife well when she brings in a car alone and never try to pull fast ones. They even offer rides in any weather condition!

New to the area and work hours make it impossible to do anything Schaefer got me in to do a emissions test after they were done for the day and was very fast!!! If I have auto issues I'm checking them out first

Honest over the top customer service..I had a issue with truck and called some other repair shop, who didn't seem to want my work...I asked around and a neighbor said call these guys -they heard great things.I called them on a Friday- they said they were busy..but drop it off and they will get to it by Wednesday. I was not in huge hurry just needed it to be done by Friday. They had it done and ready for pickup on time...they picked my wife up at home to get her the vehicle. Then I emailed them on Saturday morning, to see if I could get it in Monday, for a window motor...they called my wife Monday morning, she dropped truck off..they gave her ride to dentist appt. (dropped her off), and finished the job. They called her and said it wouldn't be ready for pickup until Tuesday afternoon, because the worker put small scratch on window tint and they will redo tint (truck is 13 years old, I would never even noticed this). I am very impressed by the honesty, quality of work, and attention to detail.Besides--they actually call back. Thanks guys.

I can't begin to express how great the people, service, and all around place as a business is! They're truly sincere with wanting to help you get what you need done to have you back on the road, without trying to nickle and dime you like many other places do to make as much money off you as possible! HIGHLY recommend Schaefer's to anybody who needs help with their vehicle!!

Schaefer's always does a thorough job. This repair issue was discovered during a routine oil change..the tech took the time to check for problems and discovered what needed repair, something that I wouldn't have noticed.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

The service for my annual car check was Wonderful. They were speedy and I could relax and have a K cup while I waited. The even put the New stickers on. WOW! I was impressed.
