I've been taking my vehicle to Joe's for about 4 years now. I've always thought they were a bit on the pricier side, but they had been reliable for me so I was willing to pay more for the service.I had an electrical issue with my vehicle that was way more expensive to repair than it should have been, it took multiple visits to pinpoint the problem. I understood the complexity of the issue, so I was willing to let it slide. I then took my vehicle in for an oil change and they had some recommended maintenance.What put me over the edge was the fact that they marked up the spark plug costs by 261%. $31.29 per spark plug for something that costs $9 when I looked up the specific model. I understand some mark up is needed, but 261% is excessive with the already higher than average hourly labor rate.It was the push I needed to get a second quote. I was able to get all of the services performed for roughly $1200 less than what I was quoted.

We've been living in Slinger for almost 2 years and we are glad we found a friendly and reputable company so close by. They are kind, helpful and put the customer first. We've been there for oil changes, repairs and emissions tests. Always can for us in quickly.

We've taking our cars to Joe's for a few years now. They are very flexible with my difficult schedule to get the necessary work done on our vehicles. The prices are very fair and the work is excellent. I will continue to rely on them. Thank you!!!

Joe s did a great job with the repairs my car needed. They were super nice and helped explain things in a way I could understand and presented me options for the next steps. I will absolutely be going back for all my future car needs.

I go to Joe's for an oil change a week ago. Nobody working in the bays and am told I need to make an appointment. So I make an appointment for the next week at 10AM. I get there for the 10AM appointment and the bays have cars in and I am asked if I need a ride home. It may take a few hours and he didn't know I was going to wait. Then what is the point of making appointments. I have things needing doing too. You disappointed me twice and have lost any of my future business.

Love Joe's! Quality work and fair pricing. I do most of my own maintenance on my Astro van, but when I'm stumped, or just not wanting to deal with something, I call Joe's! Always been satisfied, very competent repairs and service! Cheers!

I didn't end up bring my car there but they helped point me to the Kia dealership because of a known issue with the engine. They helped me diagnose the issue over the phone and were honest enough to tell me about the extended warranty that would cover the cost if done at the dealership. I really appreciated their help and honesty.

I have been talking my SUV to Joe for over 5yrs now. As a woman, it's nice to have a auto repair shop you can trust to be honest and fair. They offer a diagnostic review of you vehicle that they text you, this is great! Added bonus, their waiting room is clean and inviting if you need to hang out and have a cup of coffee during your oil change! I went her for a free emissions test and was greeted with a very friendly service rep who took my car into a service bay and completed the task in 10 minutes. No fuss, no muss. I will be trying their repair services when the need appears.

Absolutely fantastic service. We ran into car trouble on a trip out of town and happened upon Joe's as the closest option. We are so grateful we did. They were extremely friendly, got us in right away and fixed our car immediately. Couldn't recommend them more.

Joe's has the best customer service. I had a sheet metal screw in my tire. They fixed it for a very reasonable price the same day. They also checked the tire pressure in all four tires and put them at the exact pressure. Not like a different place I went to one time that had a difference of 15 lbs. Was able to get in next day vs a week later like the dealershipWork that normally would have taken 2+ days to even get parts was done the same day.Cost was great for the work done and not overcharged.Liked that I received a text with inspection and pictures so could see the issues.Nice clean shop with great customer service. Definitely my go to place for my vehicles now.

I started going to Joes last year. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! !! From the phone appointment to the finished job it's a great feeling knowing people really care. Quality work, the BEST service and they are so patient and helpful. Our car had been to a number of other shops as well as the manufacturers dealer. Joe took the time to accurately diagnose the issue. He found the problem and replaced the failed item. The car runs great. The problem was not what the other shops guessed needed to be done, and involved none of the parts they were going to sell. The very first person that I engaged with at Joe's was Joe! He was at the front counter when I stopped in to make an oil change appointment. His right hand lady, Tasha, was on vacation that week. So, we had a nice conversation, set up my service and I was on my way. The day of the service, Tasha was back and Joe's right hand man, Dennis, (I hope that I remembered that right!) helped check me in. Dennis engaged me throughout the oil change and alerted me to a problem with my tire. The tire recently wasn't holding air, but it was during the bitter cold spell, so I chalked it up to the weather. Turns out, it was a small piece of plastic stuck in my tire. My windshield wipers were shredded, too. I rolled out of there with new oil, new wipers and a safe tire. This was one of the most pleasant auto experiences EVER!

Had issues with vehicle. Took it to Joe's. They completed a full diagnostic and found a faulty part that we had put on and there was no way to figure out on our own why still being an issue. Dennis and techs took care of the problem right away. Got my vehicle back next day. Fast and professional service. Would recommend Joe's Slinger Service to anyone. We have our fleet account here and service is done in a timing manner. Upfront pricing before the work is done and no surprises after. Great place to work with and I would highly recommend Joe's Slinger service to anyone for their vehicle maintenance or repair needs.

Nice people. I brought my car in because it was making a weird noise. The diagnostic fee was very reasonable and they sent a text with details on what needed fixing, and there were even pictures of the things that needed fixing on my car. Best experience with a garage that I've ever had.

I was having front end problems on my Dodge pickup. Joe's did an excellent job of both diagnosing and repairing in a timely manner. The truck drives and handles well. I would have rated this repair 5 stars except for the fact I thought they were a little pricey. I will use this facility for future repairs and recommend them to anyone needing repair work done.

Have been taking my car to Joe's Slinger Service since I purchased it. They pricing is very reasonable, they are friendly and honest.Dennis always calls and discusses the repairs and costs. He thoroughly explains what is wrong and what it will take to complete the repair. You even get a text message showing the complete inspection completed, their findings, photo and video evidence and their reccomendations.It has been incredibly easy to make appointments, I especially love that they will drop you off locally.I have been recommending Joe's to my family and friends and reccomend them to you.Very satisfied and happy with every experience.

Taken my personal vehicles to to Joe's for repairs. The service has been excellent, pricing is affordable. They even called to follow up with me to ensure I was satisfied. If you need any repair, minor or major I would highly recommend Joe's Slinger Service.
