They have worked on both of my cars and did an awesome job. I don't walk out feeling like I got ripped off. I have referred many people.

My car was towed by this auto service. I felt they were timely considering they have a business they run during the day as well. Dale picked me and my vehicle up brought us back to his shop were he got us on the road in no time. While waiting I met Meg who was very friendly and easy going. I would definitely use them again for a tow or even a repair. Two friendly easy going compassionate people!

I take all of my vehicles to Meg and Dale at Autotech. No BS, no hassle and straight to the point type of people. They are not here to hold your hand and sugar coat your car repairs. They have been in business over 30 years and have worked on all different types of vehicles.They are very reasonable in labor rate and their work is done right the first time.Good, Honest and dependable people.

Highly recommend this place! I broke down and they gave me a tow. Wanted to be towed back home. About an hour drive. The owner Dale said lets bring it to our shop to see what the problem is first to save me money for the tow. He ordered the parts and got me back on the road in a couple hour. Meg gave me a ride to the coffee shop cause it was going to take time for the repair. This business "Gets It". We work hard for our money and saved me money!!! Thanks again!! You guys were GREAT!

My family and I have been going to Auto Tech for ten years. Meg and Dale are always honest hard working people. They are knowledgeable and more than willing to explain to you what is wrong and whether or not it is worth fixing. My family and friends have purchased multiple vehicles from them and have been in good working order. Their rates are less than dealerships and they will not overcharge you. The police department, fire department, and the Slinger school district brings their vehicles there for repairs because of the honesty and integrity that they have. My twins have grown up knowing them and being able to stop by just to say hi. They are well known in the community. The sheriffs department often calls them for tows. Especially for accidents.

Towing Service Review - called and owner was out of town, gave me his back-up person and he called me right back. Was totally available, problem solved with me due to my car not starting and windows being open, even called back to make sure I got a ride home when I was not there when he came to get the vehicle in a very timely manner. His name was Charlie....thanks Charlie, you were awesome. Much appreciated.

This place is terrible. Rude old hag of a lady that makes up their own prices. I'd never recommend this dump. I mean dump because thats what it looks like. Junk everywhere. They didnt have time or resources to fix our car because I'm guessing it's beyond the knowledge of the tech. If you have to bring your car here don't! We had no choice as this is where the police towed it when it broke down.

They had to tow my truck in January. My dad said he would deal with getting it back or at least getting my belongings out of it. I ended up not having the money to get it back. My dad called them and told them my situation. He told my dad he wanted a list of the belongings i wanted. Why? I should have been entitled to all my stuff. I came up with a list anyway. As soon as my dad started reading off the items, the guy started yelling and swearing at my dad saying that he was gonna sell whatever he could of my belongings to make up for me not being able to pay the tow bill and storage fees. This guy and his receptionist are both dirt bags.

We've been going to Auto Tech for years. Before we were even customers there, Dale helped us out over the phone when we were having vehicles issues while on vacation in Wyoming. We've never had bad service.

Auto Tech has helped me and my family out numerous times. Even when we have been out of the area they have come towed our cars and fit us in for oil and tire changes on their busy days. Meg and Dale go above an beyond for us. I had a very bad experience here. If you have a choice, I wouldn't go here for a tow. One of the owners was extremely rude to me, swearing at me over the phone over a simple misunderstanding. To defend her, the other owner claimed that it's not her fault because she mostly has to deal with black people from Milwaukee. I couldn't believe it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHIVLE HERE Our vehicle started making a squealing sound and died, vehicle was towed to this dump and they ended up replacing very easy parts to get at instead of the parts that actually needed to be replaced, then told us car is fixed come get it and so later that night we broke down again with same issues ended up paying 375 for tow and repairs and then 2 more tows were needed and eventually needed to be towed to a different shop, On my experience I would never recommend these people, there crooks I get upset with them on the phone and they say "I'm mean and were not talking to you anymore "( that was there tactic to wipe there hands clean from my vehicle that they didn't want to deal with any more) DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE shafted us out of money and have same issues.

Poor..don't go there. Took my vehicle in to have an electrical problem repaired. They could not fix the vehicle. Still charged me 150 bucks for trying....rude and not trustworthy. Beware do not take your vehicle there...

dont reconize this name. as far as unkept we're in uniforms. also the complaint doesnt explain what went wrong.if so not trustworthy why do we repair sqad cars and school vehicles?

I don't recommend going there. My dad works close by and saw two ladies with Two flat tires. Auto tech would not help them change the tires after he took almost $500 for towing the car. So my dad did it for nothing.
