Al came to the house at the scheduled time to fix our garage door lock. He was professional and very efficient with his time, and gave us a new lock with keys for side door access.I would not hesitate to call him for future business. Nice job!

Had an emergency situation with a locked room in our office and Al was able to get there within a few minutes to not only unlock the door but make keys for us for the future. The new keys were made the same day and price was very reasonable as well. So grateful and will definitely use Al's Locksmith service again. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend.

The ignition cyliner went out on my car. When I was at work Al fixed that car at home and let me square up later so I didn't have to miss any hours. Even cut me a new door key. The guy is awesome he did a great job and for a great price. Easy 5 stars.

Calling Al when I locked my keys in my car was the best decision I could have made! He took a break from what he was doing to drive to West Bend and help me out immediately. I woke the poor man up because my husband was warming the truck for work and locked himself out. He was the only person to come ALL the way to Iron Ridge.(apparently 30 minutes is too far for anyone else). Al came from Germantown and was so fast that I didn't even know he was here before he was done. At $3.10 a gallon it was worth the tip he got.Ever so thankful. Enjoy your gift card.

Locked my kids and I out of our new home on a cold and rainy day. He was able to get there fast and was very knowledgeable. Got us in quick with no damage and for an incredibly reasonable price. I had an 1992 Bonneville and the trunk would not open. Three other locksmiths didn't want to work on it because they thought it couldn't be opened. I went to Al's locksmith service and he worked very hard on getting the back seat out and went through the trunk and got it open. He made another key and got everything put back together.I was very happy with his work.

Al was awesome. Super easy to work with and did professional work. Will definitely use again in the future if needed. We got locked out of our home in the rain and we had 3 young kids. Not a fun situation. We called ALs and he seriously was the nicest guy! Couldn't have made a better choice on a car lockout. Al was fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and a super nice guy. Went extra steps in helping assure we wouldn't have this issue again. I couldn't recommend him any more highly

I locked myself out Sunday morning and called Al's. He arrived within 15 minutes, got the door open immediately, and charged a very reasonable rate. Excellent service and very knowledgeable, highly recommended.

Showed exactly on time. Fixed the issue and even replaced some short screws with long ones in the hinges. Made all doors set to one key. Reversed a handle that was backwards. Now all my doors work flawlessly...what a relief. Very reaonable charge.

Friendly and knowledgeable, Al worked quickly and effectively. He exceeded expectations by adjusting lock frames to fit locks and deadbolts better, despite only being called in for a rekeying. Charged reasonably for his work.

Al's locksmith was very rude. I guess he doesn't handle commercial locations. He assisted us last year on a commercial lockchange and you would think he would know the material that are needed this time. He laughed at me on the phone and hung up. All he could of said if he was a professional was I am sorry I am too busy right now or I am sorry I will not be able to take on this job.Services: Installation, Repair hardware

Don't ask about ford keys, he doesn't know anything about them and apparently doesn't like Fords because when asked he gets angry and hangs up. I do not recommend
