Called to get information on boat storage and boat engine maintenence. Laura was very helpful and answered all my questions. She promptly emailed all the documents I need to review and sign. She was very thorough and professional.

I ve used several marinas for repairs as we ve traveled around Lake Michigan and Yacht Works was absolutely the BEST experience. They addressed our situation immediately and we re very fair with pricing. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Great guys and very accommodating!!

The staff assisting my husband with purchasing shoes was very helpful. They had a variety of clothing items, decor and jewelry to go alongside all the items needed for nautical activities.

YachtWorks is a great place for all your boating needs plus a whole lot more! Clothing, shoes and decor items are great. Debbie is very knowledgeable and does a great job selecting the home decor items. I always find something unique.

Excellent marina, complete services, well protected. Excellent docks with power, water, etc. Staff is friendly and attentive. Perfect for overnight, a week, or the whole season.

Very unfriendly staff. Kid didn't know how to do a pump out. I requested to flush the tank, but got a smirk instead. Also being a Tow Boat- US facility, you would think they would offer the Boat US discount for fuel. Will not return.

We always stop here on our traditional vacation. Awesome, friendly staff in the store and on the dock. Great, clean facilities and a wide variety of products in the store. Harbor is very protected. Again, on of my favorite places.

I purchased a 35' Everglades from Yachtworks several years ago and it was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had. The quality of the Everglades has been very superior as well. The best part of dealing with Yachtworks has been their consistently high level of service! Kent Pahlow and the rest of the service team are truly exceptional. I just can't say enough positive things about my experience with Yachtworks!

The bad news was our boating vacation was mechanically interrupted in Sister Bay , Wisconsin . The good news was Yachtworks : Kent , Brenden , Laura that took on our issues personally and solved them .

Cheap under handed buisness. Absolutely garbage equipment conditions and cant afford to heat the winter storage buildings. They only get one star because i cant give none
