I needed the bearings in my trailer replaced and stopped in to ask about an estimate. Jimmy phoned Mark and came back with "$100 plus parts." Fair enough. I dropped the trailer off two weeks later after being told that they only needed one day lead time expecting it to be finished the next day. I did not get a phone call for 4 days and then it was to tell me that it wouldn't be finished until Monday. Late Monday Mark calls to say they tried repacking the bearings but they need to be replaced and there would be an added charge, $50. I said that I hadn't wanted them repacked (I already knew they were bad) and had told Jimmy that we were going to replace the bearings. That was what my estimate inquiry was about after all. On Wednesday, eight days after I dropped off the trailer, it was finished. I went to pick it up and if I hadn't asked for a receipt I wouldn't have gotten one. I asked to have it itemized, parts and labor. Hmmmm. $100 labor and $50 parts. $50 parts for four bearings and some grease? Take my word that everything about this stinks. So why did I give them 2 stars instead of one? Because at the end of the day they were 30% cheaper than the shop just down the road. Fine. But, I was in the automotive service business for 15 years and from a former professional's viewpoint they did everything but the actual work completely wrong.

Finally, a repair shop that WON't rip you off Ladies! Mark and Jimmy are friendly, fair, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about fixing cars!! Thanks for fixing my Audi A4 Mark and Jimmy!

Great quality work ... prices are extremely fair, they stand by their work both owners are incredible ... I would highly recommend them

Jimmy and Mark have always treated me and mine fairly, to the point of trying not to charge for things like removing a nail from a tire. Honest guys, to be sure.
