Jasen and Carl are trained and experienced automotive technicians. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help wherever they can. Jenny, in the office, is also quite friendly and efficient wherever she can lend a hand. You can always depend on Miner Transportation Inc. to stand behind both their automotive work and the used vehicles they sell.

We recently used Miner Transportation for our wedding, and didn't have a great experience. There were two big issues that happened on the wedding day: the first is that the drivers didn't follow our itinerary and ended up leaving one of our guests behind, resulting in him needing to rent a car to get to the wedding. Two additional guests confirmed this saying that the buses definitely left early from the first location. This is something we certainly didn't want. The second major issue is that it rained on our wedding day. My husband and I tried calling the office no less than 7x and no one answered. We were trying to get a hold of someone, so we could have them pick up our family and bring them to the church. At our venue, the Chruch is not the longest distance away, but long enough in the rain to cause some distress for older family members. Since no one answered, the buses departed extremely quickly, leaving our family behind.After the wedding, my husband and I kindly brought this to the attention of Jenny, but it was apparent that she didn't care. She told me that her drivers followed the instructions, but left because other guests said they didn't notice anyone missing. (Not what we asked them to do especially since some guests didn't know one another.) Additionally, she made no reference to never picking up the phone especially after telling us they never give out driver's numbers. It was certainly an unfortunate experience working with them, and I thought it was necessary for other couples to know what could potentially happen on their day. I asked them to rectify the situation, but they declined.

They do very good work n can get me in usually right away if it's an emergency very good place to go n very affordable.
