Second cover for my second truck. This install was for my new 23 Ford F450 super duty. The printed instructions, the videos to support the install, the ease of assembly, the customer service, the quality workmanship and the ease of operation make this cover the very best truck bed cover on the market. I received a discount as a repeat customer and received email replies within hours for every question I had. Highly recommend Paragon covers to anyone.

I've been using roll up tonneau covers since 2006. They've always been quick and easy to use. Problem is they get cut or holes punctured easy. The velcro doesn't work in the snow and ice.Peragon is a local business so I thought the least I could do was try their bed cover out next time I needed to buy one. My only regret after installing one was NOT GETTING ONE SOONER!I've had one about 4 months now through the winter and I love the versatility. Very quick to fold up out of the way and incredibly easy to remove when I need the extra bed space. If you're on the fence wondering whether or not to buy one....just buy it. Incredibly functional and built very tough. They acquired another lifetime customer.

Panel separating, the tailgate freezes in the winter time. Left a review back in November 23. Company took down the review with pics. Wouldn t recommend to any one.

Peragon,Just wanted to say thank you for making an awesome product. I purchased my cover for my 2013 Ford F150 in 2013 and it hasnt let me down yet. Honestly besides the original sticker fading and not quite as smooth on opening and closing as it used�to be, it never fails. Absolutely recommend this to any truck owner.

WOW!!! Peragon customer service went above and beyond to deliver me some parts to repair my cover! I cant thank them enough! I had a small issue with sagging before a big vacation, and it had been raining quite a bit in south Texas, and was concerned with water intrusion on my luggage. Customer service stepped right up and got me the parts right before my big vacation with my kids! THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!

I have their Limited HDX cover. Extremely happy with the build quality and the functionality of the product. Equally important, their installation support materials and customer service are absolutely top-notch. I believe this is the best retractable bed cover in the market right now.

The best cover on the market. These guys stand behind their product. My cover was damage in shipping and they quickly sent out the replacement parts. They answer the phone quick and you can talk to someone that knows what you are dealing with. Each time I call to ask a question, it was handle very professional. Time will tell how it holds up. I'm satisfied at this time.

Waited a month for cheaply made bed cover, and unfortunately have a trip planned where we needed this bed cover to secure belongings in the bed. The instructions are poorly written. My truck is a 2016 f350, this style bed has not changed from 99-2016. The front bracket only has about an inch window where it can be installed. The instructions do not provide a measurement for this window forcing you to install and uninstall the rails to find the proper fit. This added an hour to installation. After getting the rails installed I opened the panels to find broken bearing caster. Made fro cheap cast I m not surprised. Don t waste your money.

I did a lot of shopping for bed covers before landing on Peragon. This cover worked better for me over the roll up cartridge design as I remove mine each hunting season in order to fit decoys. Also, it took up much less bed space when folded which means a lot as I have the 5'6" bed. I purchased the Limited HD and could not be happier. The install was easy and the only issue I had was with the rear panel seal tearing on me. I sent customer service a pic of the issue and they promptly responded and immediately mailed out a new seal. The fit and finish is excellent and I would definitely recommend.

This is the third bed cover I get from Peragon. the cover High quality, long lasting easy to install and looks sharp. Peragon customer service is amazing in a time we customer service is hard to come by. I made a mistake in my order; they replaced it promptly and with no questions asked. I recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service.

Outstanding customer service from an American company offering an American product. Their bed covers do a great job balancing security (all metal, locking) and flexibility (easily collapsible and easily removable). Their customer support team is highly responsive and works to ensure you are completely happy with the product. Well done!

I purchased a Peragon truck bed cover for my truck via their website directly from them. Once I ordered I was told my bed cover would take almost 2 months to ship! I called and spoke to Jacob from sales and support and advised he was unable to ship it out sooner and suggested I cancel the order. Looks to me like customer acquisition is not important to them. I still wanted the cover so I got an email from Jason that he was able to ship it out a month from time of purchase which is still a long time but interesting how they were magically able to shave a month off, again he suggested if I didn t want to wait that long to cancel the order; I guess thats their favorite slogan If you can t wait over 2 months, too bad just cancel terrible customer service. I felt that as a customer I was being pushed out so that s what happened I ended up going with another brand and I cancelled my order so I ended up taking their advise. Then all you get is a email that my order was cancelled but no specifics on how and when I will get my money which they have held hostage for a few weeks at this point.Terrible company that doesn t care about customer satisfaction. There are hundreds of truck bed covers with same or better quality than Peragon, that actually cares about their customers. Ended up going with a TrailFX great cover and superior customer service.

I tried to order a cover from this worthless company back in April but they refused to sell me a cover because they had discontinued covers for 2005-2015 Tacoma s. Come to find out that they did discontinued about a month later. Plus if you go to their website they have nothing posted but 5 star reviews. No one is ever going to have ALL 5 star reviews I don t care how good they are! If you really like to know how this cover review/s please go to any truck forum and read all the complaints as there are hundreds of negative reviews BUYER BEWARE

Terrible don t buy this !!! I spent 7 hours to assemble this bad cover ! and in the end it rained and when I went to open it, water leaked inside my truck wet my tools , They invest in advertising but they are very liars because the products are not really that wonderful No , I do not recommend for nobody!now i WANt my Refund
