Bought 2 tires. Within 6 months both blew out. Of course they would not stand behind them. And got an attitude from the woman who thinks she runs the place

It's Wal-Mart... sometimes it works great, sometimes not so much.They had the best price in the tires I needed, but no availability to install. Bought tires and let another h er shop do install. Best of both worlds.

Needed new tires on a vehicle I just received and was given an attitude when I was told"" I needed a special tool to take them off and how i dont have that tool"" then they asked if i wanted to still buy the tiers , so I said never mind I take it some where else "FIRESTONE" . They had no issues taking the wheels off AND they had no attitude

I have always been extremely happy with the headlight restorations they have done, especially for the price. I've had it done by others who've charged double or more but they always do the best job for the best price.

I brought my car battery in to be tested and turned out to be bad and while I was looking the the new batteries my test was done and it was a bad battery. She already has a new battery (the one I was going to get) already on the counter. Very helpful and professional!

The Plymouth wi location for Auto service weekends are the best. They made time for me when other locations were strictly appointments only

New service desk person? Not friendly. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk so I could leave. Not fun with three littles.May 18, 2020More recent oil changes have gone smoothly. Good price, vehicle ready when we're done shopping.

It's very hard to get a hold of people when trying to call so you're better to go into the building. They have good prices on tires and installation

Yall changed my blinker fluid Lickety split almost like it was nothing and the muffler bearings stopped rattling after you guys switched them. Also that lightning converter for the alternator is functioning beautifully.

Took my sons car there to have tires put on, and they refused to do what we asked because they basically wanted to sell us 2 more tires. This should have been disclosed up front, but basically a bait and switch. Now we have to correct this at home, on our time, after we paid for the service. Will not utilize them again.

Josh was super helpful; installed my battery at the end of the work day and went over & above good customer service. He could tell I was in physical pain and tired..very nice person.

We were driving from Door County to Chicago when our car started making a weird sound and shaking. The workers at Walmart were extremely professional, and went above and beyond to figure out the problem so that we could get home safely.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. The first all I made was to Walmart south side Sheboygan. Yesterday I received a transfer directly to the department. Today I received a run around was told to call new number that was going to be service it was actually electronics. All I wanted to do was cancel my tire appointment. If Walmart doesn t care then I don t either

I called 3 Walmart automotive departments 2 Sheboygan 1 Plymouth,and all 3 quoted different prices.I looked at the prices on the the "price wall" it was $3.00 for a valve replacement but they quoted me $35.00 all the way up to $65.00 for each tire.was it because I am a female?I walked out.

Do not allow this place to do anything to your vehicle. Damaged my daughter's vehicle and will not take responsibility to repair it. Never go here.Service: TiresService: Tires

Easy for the most part to find what i needed. Staff was overwhelmed though. No one on the floor in aisles to assist. Found what i needed however

I'm happy the store is open 24 hours, but if you're going to be open, have enough staff around to answer questions.
