Jess was amazing to work with! Not because she s my cousin, but because she took the time prior to this purchase to find what we were looking for. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone at Van Horn. I had issues with my previous purchase (used vehicle) and needed a replacement. Everyone involved went above and beyond the call of duty to make my purchase of a brand new 2024 Atlas as smooth of a transaction as possible. Working with Clarissa & Jess was wonderful! They found the exact car I was looking for, made sure it passed all their inspections and had it personally delivered to my house! It was washed & had a full tank of gas. All the associates treated me with respect, kindness, and were extremely communicative in making sure they had all my needs met. Worked with Jess as my salesperson, Brandon and Josh as the sales manager team! All of them were extremely helpful to me in a tough situation. They made sure everything I needed was taken care of no hesitation! We ended up crunching the right numbers and being able to accomplish a GREAT deal. Edited: Dale absolutely crushed it, we called wanting to purchase a vehicle and explained we are out of state and he went above and beyond. With all the questions asked and answered, to sending pictures and videos, to setting delivery up. Dale went above and beyond, thank you so much and can't wait to do future business with you.Also everyone else we worked with made the whole process seamless and smooth for out of state purchases. Great job all.Vehicle was delivered, again above and beyond. So clean inside and out, full tank, fresh oil change. Delivery was fast and professional. Overall my experience was fantastic. Dale was not only exceptionally helpful throughout the process, but was also very transparent in regards to other options related to the specifics of my purchase. Van Horn Volkswagen was a great place for me to buy a certified pre-owned VW Atlas. My sales representative Dale was incredibly responsive, transparent, and forthright. I was nervous to make such a huge purchase but Dale gave me the space I needed to think it through without the hard sell I was expecting. He answered every question I had and if he did not have the answer, he found someone who did. I just wanted to give a BIG thanks to Jess and Clarissa from Van Horn Volkswagen for making my remote purchase experience of my first VW Golf GTI a most pleasant one. They helped guide me through the process of remotely buying a car which I had never done before, and I only wish I could have said thanks in person. They were professional, easy to work with and gave me the confidence that I was working with a trustworthy and great team of professionals. All the paperwork for financing and license plate transfer was handled remotely and it was amazing when my car arrived in front of my door. So once more, thank you guys, it was a memorable experience, and I couldn't be happier! :)

Tre was phenomenal! He helped with everything from finding a vehicle in my price range to getting me a front license plate holder. He helped set up my vehicle to coordinate with my phone and made sure it was ready to go when I came to get it. Best car buying experience I ve ever had. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a vehicle his way.

Would not recommend using them for service.Brought my 2021 Tiguan in it was burning through oil. They measured it and told me to come back in 500-1000 miles. Bring it back they say it s within VW allotted loss. Then next thing is the engine light comes on. I bring it in 49k miles on it the light is not currently on but they can read the codes that it was giving. They tell me to come back when it is on solid. This is my wife s car so I didn t know the warranty was about to expire at 50k or I might not have left. Fast forward over 50k the light is on solid bring it back they say it needs a new head due to carbon build up ( this is a known issue with this year and model ) $8000.00 job. At this point the shop worker claims VW would likely cover some under a goodwill warranty, but there is no heads available. So to get the goodwill warranty according to Kyle ( the ship worker ) they will need to take apart the engine to make sure it can t be cleaned to fix it, Which will then leavie me without a car while we wait for the head. The timeline for a head could be 4-6 months. So I ask them what is my options&/or next steps. His first response well you could buy a Nissan Rogue? I said doubtful. Then Kyle the shop worker says let me speak to my manager and we will speak in the next day or two. Almost a week later I have to call Kyle and he says that they have seen about a dozen of these of which they have cleaned a handful of them and it has only cured the problem once. Ok then what are my options and/or next steps? To which he had no answer(s). So he said he will talk to his manager ( again ) and call me back. This was at the end of January it s now March & I ve still not heard back.So I called around to find a place that could clean the head & get a second opinion. The second opinion ended up being the same need a new head. I told them there are non available and VW would most likely cover most of it if there was. The new place did find aCompany to chemically clean it and then put it back together. The issue is resolved. So Tiguan owners by advised get the extended warranty or get ride of the car. Cleaning it after the warranty is done will cost thousands.As for me using this VW dealership it s not happening ever again.

Dale was extremely helpful and courteous. He stayed till 9pm at night to help us complete our transaction. I appreciate his courteous nature, friendly banter, and all the help he put into making our car wishes come true. Thanks Tre as well who had helped me narrow down my choices and spent a few hours going over features and vehicles with me as well. 2nd time purchasing the Van Horn and will continue to do so in the future! 10/10 would recommend to a friend! Thanks fellas!

Worked with Tre, had a reached out the day prior to coming in for test drives with a few questions including our wants and needs. Tre had three vehicles ready and waiting as well as documents for used options as well. We had a great experience, even financing went fast and smooth. Fastest and best experience yet, this is our 5th car purchase with Van Horn.

Our car shopping experience at Van Horn was great! From the minute we walked in to the time we left the store, Tre was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, personable and an overall great salesman. We ended up driving away in a 2022 VW Tiguan SE and Tre made sure that we were comfortable and all of our questions were answered prior to us leaving. He is doing a great job! We have already shared to many friends about our great experience with Tre and Van Horn. Very pleased with our experience.

From the very onset of this process dealing with Katie was absolutely a pleasure. She was very punctual with her meetings her phone calls that we needed to follow up on. She explained everything very well and I did have a lot of questions and that was a very good and helpful experience. If I were your competition. it was truly was one of the best car purchases that I've ever had. I will be recommending Van Horn to anyone that I deal with.
