My Mazda is here for repair and the communication has been great! They have been working extra hard to make sure my car is repaired correctly. I have also been given a loaner car to use ( my cost whatever is not covered under warranty ) I feel important. All the ladies I have spoken too have been wonderful and helpful. I am very happy and confident with this business.

Everyone at the dealership is willing to go above and beyond to help their customers! I was a first time buyer from a dealership and the process was so smooth! Alyssa, Shane, and Peter explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got the best deal possible! I now have a cute and reliable car. The service department also provided a great experience when purchasing the car! (Scott, Zach, and Don were so helpful!)

I have used them a few times for warranty work. They were very quick on a couple of airbag replacements.Another time I had my Mazda 6 towed into them on a Sunday when it wouldn't start. (My neighborhood shop has limited parking.) They spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem that they didn't charge me for. The problem turned out to be a faulty battery. They are a dealer for the battery brand and were able to replace it under warranty. My only cost was a pro-rated payment for the battery. This happened about a year ago and there have been no more electrical problems with the car.Another time, Doug and Brian in the Parts Dept. were very helpful selecting accessories.
