Jim was excellent! He was very informative, patient and friendly. This is the first vehicle I have had since my 98 Ford and the amount of technology in these vehicles now is astonishing. He showed me how everything worked and answered any questions I had. The sales process was relatively quick and I never felt pressured to get anything I was not interested in. Peyton was our finance guy and he was great as well! They really did make an experience I was honestly dreading into a enjoyable one. Thanks!

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Jim worked seamlessly and cohesively together from start to finish to make the process of purchasing a car enjoyable. They communicated with me and one another constantly, keeping everyone on the same page and making sure all parties involved knew what were the next steps (as this was my first time buying from a dealer). Gunner was very helpful with the purchase of my father in laws car. Patient, understanding and above all not pushing more on us. We had a budget and he stuck to it. In future if needed we will return. Loved his service.

I enjoy the experience at Van Horn Mazda. The fact that I found a great starter car and the employees are extremely helpful.I did not expect to buy a vehicle and drive off on the same day, but I am happy it turned out that way.Thanks for the Hedgehog (Chevy Sonic), I am going to enjoy every second behind the wheel.

Got a 2018 Hyundai Kona at Van Horn and couldn t be happier! Joe Raunio was very helpful with information about the car/previous owner and warranty options. The financing was seamless and straightforward with Peyton Lueke. I will definitely be recommending Van Horn to anyone looking for a vechile.

I worked with Jim Rauhut and manager Peyton Luecke to purchase a used car. This was my first time buying a newer used vehicle and it involved getting a loan. I was very nervous about the whole process. Jim and Peyton both kept in contact with me the whole time even using text and email which better fit my busy life.! Within only one week they had me off in my new car! Even when a radio issue came up after my purchase they has me set to get it fixed first thing Monday! I will be back!Shout out to Tre Robinson at the VW Van Horn for taking time with me to make sure I got to where I needed to be! I would recommend him as well

I was so blessed to have Jim as our car sales guy. He went above and beyond and stayed late to help us find the right car. He even came in on his day off so I could pick up my car with him there. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I left with an amazing car at a good value! Nothing bad to say about this experience! Thank you Jim!

Great, friendly. Gunnar didn t a really good job with trying to get me in a vehicle. Unfortunately I declined and decided to seek my truck to them instead, however he and his staff took no time whatsoever helping me get the right price for my truck. Thanks again.

Joe was very good to work with. He explained the features of the car and worked out a good deal for us. It was well worth the 80 mile trip to Van Horn Sheboygan. It will be our first stop next time we need to buy a car.

Working with Jim and Joe was great. I have purchased cars at other dealerships recently and both Jim and Joe understood what I was and was not interested and were not pushy but helpful and friendly. Would recommend buying from them to others.

Joe was the salesman. He was nice but seemed really inexperienced. The 2018 Altima online photos do not match what they have. It was scratched, dented, had glue or something on it. These vehicles aren't clean at all either. Why on Earth would they take photos of the vehicles not cleaned and post them online, it looks very trashy. Wasted over an hour of my time.

Gunnar Stier was my salesman. From the first contact with Van Horn, he made the experience easy and seamless. There was one specific vehicle I was looking for seen on the website. I had a tight budget to replace my 19 year old vehicle after several expensive repairs to it. Gunnar worked with his manager to make it possible. Everyone involved made this a problem free and even enjoyable process. It really helped to be picked up from my home as there was no one who could take me there and there is always the issue of bringing someone along to drive my existing vehicle home. No high pressure was used at any time and I appreciate that.I rate Gunnar and everyone at Van Horn 10 out of 10. He has a bright future and is an excellent addition to the team.

Joe made my first car purchase experience 100% easier than what I had expected. Joe was very nice to me and my parents which I am very grateful. Unfortunately I didn t get to test drive the car (my choice due to the weather) but joe built a trust foundation with me and my parents that we didn t feel the need to. We knew what we wanted and Joe exceeded with his service. My car had a fault with a trunk issue that I didn t notice when viewing the car and van horn is taking care of it (currently fixing while I type this review) free of charge as they took accountability! This made me more comfortable with the Sheboygan Mazda location that I don t and wouldn t mind driving 2 hours again to work with them for a future car purchase! Joe was outstanding!

We enjoyed searching for a new USED car at Van Horn Mazda, we met Joe R and he was very helpful with our search to upgrade our 20 year old vehicle. When he could not answer a question he search out the answer for us. many great vehicles there and we focused our attention on the 2011 Chevy Malibu on the lot. great test drive together with Joe, we rarely get to Sheboygan. Our search ended back at Van HORN Mazda 5/13 when we purchased the Malibu. and looking forward to many miles and eperiences driving to various destinations to come.Thanks again JOE R.

Got to test drive the vehicle in a timely mannerThe salesman was really helpful & kind.I absolutely LOVE my new car Decently priced with quite a few miles but overall beautiful vehicleRuns & drives smoothly.Has a bunch of extra safety features that help a short gal out The GM was also very kind and informative.5 OH and it had been sitting in the lot for a few weeks so the battery had died, however, they replaced the battery free of charge before I left.Definitely an honest run company and i would definitely recommend. Not to mention they were very busy the day I bought my car and everyone remained kind and got everything taken care of I purchased a 2013 Cadillac XTS premium

Jim explained some of the new features of the CX-5 & asked if I d like to take a new one for a drive. When I confirmed that I was interested, he suggested that they look over my car so I would know the trade-in value. While he answered my questions, I saw another customer checking out the car I just drove. I decided to buy the car. Jim got the info they needed to start the paperwork, introduced me to the finance manager. When everything was ready, I went in & signed the paperwork. Jim made sure I had no more questions. He helped move everything out of my old car & into the new one. He told me that since the detailing people were gone for the day, I could come in next week so they could do a final clean-up on my new vehicle! He was very thorough, even kept my water glass filled. I felt relaxed & excited as I left, knowing I could always stop by if I needed any help or had more questions.A big Thank you to everybody there for giving me a great experience!

Everyone at Van Horn was awesome, I test drove a truck wanted to buy it, but didn't have time to wait for the credit approval and sign all the papers, they said they could deliver the truck to me(about40 mies away) and bring me the papers to to sign. Jim Rauhut was extremely helpful, and willing to work with me. Definitely will go back next time I need a new car

Very personable laid-back atmosphere. Abe was one of the best dealers I have worked with in a long time buying a car. I recommend checking it out when looking for your new,used car. Roy was very great to work with also.

I'v had some rough patches with Van Horn in the past, and I'm here to say that was with old management. I am not one to hold grudges, especially when the sales representatives as well as new management are still willing to work with me. I'm very thankful to have such a great representative as Jim R. and his team. I am looking to purchase a new vehicle when my lease expires in April and was presented the opportunity to test drive my dream car. The team was very understanding of my situation and the fact that im not quite ready to buy, they pushed to sell which is totally okay given it was the last day of the month! So with that, thank you for letting me drive this vehicle as i am now very much set on purchasing when the time comes! I look forward to the day i get to work with such a team in this new investment and future endeavors! Thanks Jim!

Actually a pretty great experience. Veronica was fantastic to work with and helped with everything I wanted help with and left me alone when I wanted space to think. I don't know what else I want from this experience so it's five stars for me.I'm a happy customer.

The Manager named Joe sent a car to pick me and my roommate up to check out the cars we were interested in so we didn't have to pay for a Uber costing 20$, they were extremely customer friendly and had amazing service.I'd give them 10/5 if I could.So super kind and amazing people.
