I want to say thankyou to the van horn team in sheboygan. Especially to JIM PARKER and his partner AUSTIN for helping me through a super stressful time. I recently bought a 02 ford explorer and thought I got a great deal, however there was a bunch of hidden issues that showed them selves a shortly after. So I decided that it's time for a new car. This is my first new car since I'm only 20. Jim not only stayed late on a Saturday but the Monday after he helped me purchase the most amazing car ever! Austin is getting trained on how to get into the sales business and in my opinion he was very professional overall will differ go back. I 100% recommend asking for Jim and Austin's assistance. You won't be sorry.Have save travels to anyone who reads this and if your buying a car happy pickings!

I worked with Jim Parker at Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan, WI. He was friendly from the start, answered every question I had, and researched anything he didn't immediately recall. He helped me understand the vehicle after purchase. Jim's attitude and assistance was a large factor in deciding to purchase from Van Horn. The sales and finance teams were responsive and educational. I felt they were focused on my satisfaction, and not "just another car sale".Jim was great at having vehicles ready when I requested a test drive. I decided to purchase a late model used vehicle from Van Horn. It had a buyback title, but I did my research and feel that the title will not be an issue. Van Horn was up front regarding the vehicle title and condition (which was very good), and provided the buyback record information when requested. I was attracted to their Oil for Life offer with every vehicle purchased from VH. I keep my cars for a long time. This will be helpful for proper maintenance.

I originally purchased a 2017 sonata from here a year and a half ago. I was just really unhappy with the car overall. It just wasn't the car for me. Upon hearing about my unhappiness with the car Mariah had reached out to me about trading it in! Today I walked out with a beautiful (almost new) 2022 Tuscon! Thank you for making sure I was completely happy with my purchase! Highly recommend this dealer! Got me a great price on my trade in and new car and made sure I got out of there in a timely fashion! I'll definitely be back for my next car!! Thank you!

I highly recommend the Van Horn Hyundai of Sheboygan dealership! Everyone we spoke with were nothing but attentive and tremendously helpful. They were able to assist us with finding our dream vehicle! I was seriously blown away by their clear and thorough communication. The whole vehicle purchasing process felt very modernized and a lot more customer friendly.Our sales consultant, Jim Parker, was phenomenal! He took his time explaining everything efficiently. I felt like he answered my questions, even the ones I didn t know I had. Jim was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely does his job really well!

I purchased a 2022 Sonata hybrid limited edition from them in March 2024. I found a great deal online from them and I was out-of-state when I purchased the car. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. After I purchased the car, I had a tire issue. The dealership immediately took care of it and reimbursed me the cost of the new tire. This is top notch service. I found them to be an honest dealer and one that I can definitely recommend.

Great experience at the dealership, made everything simple, quick, and delivery of the vehicle was super fast. I was expecting the delivery to take longer being I was out of state, but everything from customer service from the beginning was awesome. Thank you A, Ryan, and Eric for everything. Keep up the great work, I would definitely buy another vehicle from your dealership or recommend family and friend to you guys. A+++ service for sure.

Jim Parker was a great salesman to work with. He was non-pressure & very friendly. He was forthcoming that somebody had test-driven the vehicle I was interested in, the night before, & said they felt a vibration, but that the service center treated the tires to get snow out & he test drove it that morning & had not felt the vibration.The staff was great & I felt very comfortable that I was not being hung out to dry. 2 weeks into owning my "new-to-me" car & I'm very happy with it.

Jim and the staff at Van Horn Hyundai were wonderful to work with. They responded to texts and emails promptly and when Jim was out of the office he made sure another staff member (Pete, who was also incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions) was available to help me. They worked with me on my trade to help keep things within my budget and kept the buying process short and sweet.

Jim was awesome, he had the car I was interested ready to go when I came in and made the buying process easy. He even arranged for me to leave my rental vehicle there so I didn't have to coordinate taking it back. Great customer service.

Awful service. They knew we were driving over two hours to test drive and buy a car. They sold it to someone else as we walked in for our scheduled appointment. They sat us next to the other couple as they bought the car we came to see. We had been in communication about that specific car for over a week. We had an appointment and everything. We would have happily put down a deposit if we knew other people were interested rather than wasting the whole day driving. The sales rep never even said goodbye, he just moved on to the next customers. After waiting for him to come back to us so we could say goodbye (and he never did) we walked ourselves out. VERY disappointed.

After much research and test driving multiple vehicles, my husband and I decided on a vehicle we both loved. We filtered through our options and realized the vehicle we were looking for was going to take us on a 2.5 hour drive to Sheboygan. We called in advance and spoke with Jim, he answered all our questions and had everything ready for us upon arrival. We test drove our vehicle and it was the perfect fit for us! So grateful to have worked with Jim. His knowledge and warm welcoming personality made this a seamless and great experience for us both.

The entire team at Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan were A+++. It really was a team effort, including Ryan, Aaron, Peter, Mariah, and Sara. I would speculate I was neither the most nor least demanding customer, but I was purchasing a car from California, so there was definitely some additional requests, including videos and pictures. Ryan and Aaron were especially helpful with answering questions and making sure the process went smoothly. Their patience and response time stand out as especially helpful. In an age where customer service is a mixed bag at best, Van Horn stood out as a throw back to a time where customers were treated professionally and going "above and beyond" was a part of the job. Thank you, Ryan and Aaron! Thank you to everyone at Van Horn Hyundai!!!

Planned to make offer and buy Hyundai Tucson last week; but after test drive found Odometer had changed over 4K miles than advertised. Van Horn promoted car online showing odometer at 13 miles and provided CarFax with only 10 miles, but found out the car actually had over 4500 miles. Almost bought a car at a significantly higher price than actual value. Before buying from Van Horn, recommend taking the car to another mechanic to valid actual miles and determine if odometer was tampered with.

Jim Parker is such a sweet guy! I came in knowing what I wanted and he played no games and helped me right away. Even though the car was not purchased yet, there was a chance if I waited a few days, the car would have been sold to someone else. With the short amount of time I had, I told Jim I would see him later that day or the rest of the weekend because I knew I had to get that car. 3 hours later, I came back to see Jim with a check in my hand. We both laughed and joked about I told you I ll see you later today! You just have to experience Jim s presence. He doesn t pressure you into buying a car, he s just a friendly guy who, if you want to know something, he s got an answer for you.
