I worked with Sheboygan long distance via email and phone. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and things were processed quickly and efficiently. The staff at Sheboygan followed through on everything we discussed and delivered my Lincoln Nautilus across country, in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend working with this team of professionals.

Came into Van Horn Ford, met with John looking at vehicles. Great friendly man gave us 100% of his attention. Walked us around the vehicle and what was required. Traded in our vehicle and got a great price. Would highly recommend John in Sales as he will take the time to walk you through everything. Great Job!

I worked with Elijah - a very knowledgeable professional. I told him not to try to hard sell me because I had no intention of buying a car that day But I did buy the car!Elijah is very well-versed on his autos. I did ask him a couple of questions about the car that he didn t know the answer to and he said he wasn t sure, but said he d find out. Which in my mind is a good thing. Better than trying to bull your way through! Instant credibility Elijah is a darn good salesperson, and very personable, as well. I enjoyed working with him and would certainly recommend him to you.PS I love the car we bought from him!

Great job, was an out of state buyer and wanted this to go smoothly. Elijia was my salesmen and he communicated with me via email, text, and phone like I was his only customer. Only to find out this guy is a rock star salesman. Overall experience was a 10! Would recommend family and friends. Plus the oil change for life perk is great! Thanks again!

My car broke down and I'm over 100 miles away from home. Was kind of worked up as I was unaware how or when I was going to be able to get back home. Had car towed into Van Horn Ford dealer, and Eric Jacobson jumped on it right away and gave me piece of mind that this repair could be a quick fix, but if not, had plans to make sure I could get home. 10AM with no appt car arrived at dealer. Eric was able to squeeze my car in for a quick diag, and by 11am was able to tell me what it was and that it could be repaired yet today. Hour later I was able to get my car back. what a relief. Great customer service. great communication with your customers.

Elijia Who is extremely courteous professional, and took his Time with my purchase. I greatly appreciate since I came from out of town that he notified me that there were other people may be interested in the car, and he wanted to make sure that I had first shot at it. I cannot tell you how important that was And greatly appreciate all his efforts. I highly recommend Vanhorn in their staff.

Was very satisfied with my experience at Van Horn KIA! They helped me get into the best car I ve ever owned and the whole team was awesome. Shoutout to Aaron as he was the primary salesman and even went and picked my vehicle from a different location. Great communication through email & in person. Waycee was very helpful throughout the process. Love my 22 Camry XSE hybrid . Definitely a great place to purchase a vehicle from. They get you in & out just like that and doesn t make you wait 4-5 hours like some other dealership do. Overall great experience.

Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually explained all options for financing as well as additional options for extended warranties. I was very satisfied with different options also for financing that was explained to me. I will definitely recommend VanHorn to my friends.

I haven t visited a dealership in decades. My previous experience with dealerships left me hesitant to return to one again. I I like to walk through and take in the inventory on my own. My initial thought while walking the lot in peace was the cold weather was keeping them at bay? Or is their policy to not linger and distract while someone wants to crawl under pre owned trucks? Maybe I will test the theory in the summer:)When it came time to talk business we were paired with Waycee (hope I have that right Ms.) I couldn t imagine a better experience than what she provided to us the entire time. Thoughtful, personable, just very effective at putting my party of 3 at ease. We took it right through closing time and she never faltered. She was very upbeat and listened extremely well to what we had to say. No questions we re left unanswered, anything that could be done to make the purchase more convenient was done.Every associate we came in contact with was very polite, positive and helpful.(the names given escape me atm) but it was late and closing time, yet all involved burned the midnight oil to push me through. And I am very satisfied with the experience.When it comes time to find another truck I will be looking to speak with Waycee at the time of my 1st stop which will likely be Van Horn Ford Sheboygan. Thanks again for the great experience, Love the truck.

Jon was a very nice person to work with on getting me into a SUV I was interested in. He was very polite and explained everything I needed to know in detail. He exceeded my expectations. If your looking at getting a vehicle I would highly suggest checking them out.

Jon and the rest of the guys were great! I really appreciate it when salespeople are real and work with clients. The whole experience was smooth with no pressure. Very happy with whole transaction from the beginning to driving away with my new car 30 minutes after closing time!

I drove 70 miles to see a Kia after seeing it online. Ms. Thomas, the salesperson with whom I dealt at the dealership, was both friendly and businesslike. It was an excellent experience and I drove home with a new car. I highly recommend the Kia store in Sheboygan and especially working with Ms. Thomas.

Jon and Ryan really went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We had to go back the next day because we couldn't figure out how something worked on our new truck and Aaron was more than happy to help us. We love how they all work as a team regardless of who made the initial sale. Jon had the day off and Aaron was more than happy to help us. I added a picture of the truck we bought. We didn't want white, but it's a great truck, so it doesn't matter and it looks great!

Elijah was great navigating the sales process. Smart guy. Don t let his age fool you. Lower trade offer than I wanted but we were able to negotiate on the sales cost to balance out. I hate buying cars and was really pleased with them.
