They changed my oil and oil filter that was perfect but I also had them change my windshield wipers and the carbon cabin filter. I bought this car brand new and take great care of it, only has 35,000 miles from the year and a half I owned it. When they opened my dash the guy ( Matt) took a screwdriver to it because he couldn't open it. Now the bar is bent and they said it's fine it doesn't do anything anyway. Okay.... Then he put in the carbon filter into my dash and proceeded to close it. He couldn't close it because he just bent the bar that keeps it from flopping open. So my glove box is broken and the filter in my cabin broke my fan. It sounds like grinding when I turn on my heat or ac. Now I have to bring it back into your shop after work and before getting my kids to see if they will fix it. They told me if I had any problems in the next 3 months to bring it back and it will be fixed for free. We will see if that is true.

I like the fact that I can always just go to 5 Minute Oil Change without any appointment, and I never waited long before they waved me in and get the job done so I can be on my way.They are always very friendly and courteous, offering me water, and I never have to get out of the car. Because I'm a veteran, I am given a discount, which makes this experience even better Thanks

I only go to Take 5 for my oil changes even though I have to drive 15 miles to get there. The staff and work completed is always top notch and the overall service is outstanding. I really appreciate your veterans discount and thank your service manager EACH time.

Very professional and quick. the men were kind and we re talking to me about everything they were doing. I got an oil change and new windshield wipers, had coupons for both. Will definitely be going back to this location.

Very pleased with Tiffany at take-5, and the kind young man who changed my oil. They did a wonderful job taking care of my car and informing me of ongoing issues, while also going above and beyond for myself and my infant daughter! Thank you again! We will be back.

Although service was fast and friendly I made the mistake of letting you replace my cabin filter and got charged 50$!!!! Ridiculously overpriced. Live and learn I guess.

I like taking my auto to take 5 oil change because there always so friendly and they explain to you detail by detail what they are going to do to your auto and what it needs.

This place is ridiculous! Took the both of my vehicles there since I couldn t get into my local dealership both times, the female told me that she couldn t check my fluid levels because Toyota locks these things on the vehicle so I have to take it back to the dealership to get these things checked same thing with the tires. She also didn t know how to shut off the maintenance light and told me to go to the south side location to get it to shut off. I shared this info with two different Toyota dealerships whom both confirmed that this is a lie. If you re lazy, then just be honest! I don t understand the need to lie! If you wanna pay $100 to just get your oil changed then this is the place for you (literally, just the oil). I had a feeling she was making excuses and it is now confirmed; I saw them cleaning the windshield of the previous car and putting air into its tires etc. so it seems like they like to pick and pray on certain individuals. Customers beware!

I went in after noticing a possible leak on my Jetta. Tiffany and her team went above and beyond to educate me on the potential cause and do an inspection, despite knowing the issue could be something outside of their wheelhouse. Everyone there seemed genuinely interested in helping me as if I were a friend. I will be back!

Tiffany, Alberto, and Ariel were absolutely amazing. They helped me figure out I needed a coolant flush because it was evaporating and causing me problems. They kindly explained how to keep up with my cars maintenance and provided just absolutely impeccable service. Cannot recommend this place enough. I've been coming here for the last year and have had a great experience every single time! Thank you all so much!

One of the new managers, Kevin, is very professional and courteous. They had a no call no show employee, so it was just him and Matt working, but they did their best to get everything done the right way as soon as they could. They were very informative about my car and presented themselves in a way that didn't seem like they were there to sell me their additional unnecessary products/ services that I feel like I experience from the other oil change places all to often. Overall it was a good visit and I'll be back.

I don t usually write reviews but my boyfriend and i have taken our car to other oil change places and other take 5s and nothing was at quick, easy, and fast as this one. The manager (I think her name was Cheyanne, but i can t quite remember) took all our information and gave us all the options we could get for the oil change. Usually these places try to make me take the most expensive one. She has 2 guys changing the oil that had it done in just a few minutes! They were all so sweet and made something as simple as an oil change an all around good experience.

Over tightened my drain plug and crushes the gasket to make a leak and didn t tighten oil filter. Will never go back again

Always had very great experiences here; just got a vehicle for the first time and they took their time to explain the entire process and everything going on. I had my oil change, new wipers and new air filter to make the car run like new and will come here to get my work done in the future for sure. I went for emission testing and it was very quick and easy. However, I only went because it was convenient. I have been told that I can no longer have my oil changed there and they couldn't tell me why. Not good business. I did find another place that did the service and didn't give me a hassle.
