I needed an urgent oil change as I had some long distance driving for the Easter weekend and Take 5 took care great care of me and my car. I did not have to wait for very long. They were informative and gave me options. Great service. Thank you.

I ve done my last 4 oil changes here because Hank and his team do great work! I m always in and out quickly. They are diligent and realistic about need to have vs would be better to have additional services.

Needed an oil change and I've had a good experience with Take 5 before so when I came to Sheboygan I knew were I was going! The service first and foremost is Top notch, very cooperative and knowledgeable, knew what they were doing and just plain good all over! The building itself is a LITTLE cramped but it has enough room to drive in and not be hassle while doing it, cleanliness not really being a primary thing because well you're in your car AND it's an oil changing place. Prices are fair to, nothing revolutionary but nothing too overpriced either. No problems, like the last one this take 5 is good and I'd recommend it to someone if they need an oil change!Pictures are of the front and back of the building and best inside Pictures I could take!

No waiting they had me in and on my way in a few minutes.they were friendly and fast. I will continue to see them when I need to have my oil changed again. If you are a veteran and have proof you get a nice discount.

Fast and efficient. I've always wondered if the upsell is necessary or if I really need to change my air filter. My car is new. Spring of 2023. They worried they wouldn't be able to find the specs for my make and model to best service it, but we got through it swimmingly. I was given all the information I needed and all my questions were answered concisely. Friendly and no nonsense, which is exactly what I need because anything to do with the mechanics of cars gives me anxiety. Will definitely return here!

Employees needed! With only one person working when I came by I can see why most people would drive by but I was helped with my oil change and a new pair of wipers as fast as possible and happy with the service. Hopefully they can see some new employees so there is a little more help and faster service. But otherwise no problem!

Stopped in for a quick oil change during a road rally, they didn t have the right oil for my vehicle in stock and instead of just sending me on my way Tim the manager went to the auto parts store and got the correct oil! How cool is that! Very impressed by how friendly and service oriented Tim and his team are.

The staff did an excellent job explaining everything that they were doing. They even checked a filter that I wasn t aware of and it definitely needed to be changed. They were kind and professional and it didn t take long for it to be done. I appreciate the staff and their work. Thank you

The people working there are not only nice, but knowledgeable and honest. I ve been educated about the secretive filters in my car, the reason my wipers go bad and why I have to pull my car in just a tad to the right, among many other things. Indiana ave is out of my way, but I will continue to always use this Take 5.

Technicians were friendly and very professional. They thoroughly checked my vehicle, changed the oil and oil filter, and let me know the things I should keep a watch on and some of the things that might need replacing.

They check my fluids and everything and after 10 minutes of waiting, they told me they couldn t service my oil change because it has a drain bolt installed. Now I just do my own because with the drain bolt, I can just flip the switch and down goes the oil. Less than 10 minutes and it is done. Thanks by the way.

Went in because my tire pressure was low. Twan & another guy put air in all 4 tires. They were quick and very professional.

I am new to the area and have been to this Take 5 Oil Change location twice now and really appreciate their great work and friendly demeanor. It's definitely my new go-to place. It sure is nice having them not only do the oil change, but wash your windshield, inflate your tires, and do other maintenence inspections and offer to help with any other vehicle needs. It's truly a top notch, full service place with such through, yet speedy work. It's also super convenient to not wait long to get service. This is SUCH a fantastic place!! The lady who answered my phone call answered with kindness and helped me through the process of how to use Take Five. The gentleman who met me at the front helped me pick out the service I wanted, gave me water and told me what I was to do. And he had such great manners about it. When they got me in, I had a personal reason for the person on my profile not to be contacted and they were kind enough too NOT contact that person, reassure me, change the info, and get me through my oil change. They caught my air filter which was black and dirty. And they were just all so kind and funny. The store manager Tim was awesome and he s running a great business!! Terrible service , won t be going back and if I m paying $100 for an oil change it better take more than 10 min. Didn t check tires, didn t fill up fluids . Over priced and washed my windshield . Thanks
